Ray Nanu has been in a foul mood lately. The warrior rankings for Roy Yuliss, whom he looks down upon, have been steadily rising, and she is highly regarded by others, gaining much attention from the Roy Clan.
In contrast, despite believing he has greater talent as a warrior, Nanu's ranking remains stagnant. Even within the Ray Race, he seems less favored, completely unlike Yuliss.

Although Nanu doesn't care who died, he doesn't understand why he made no mistakes, yet Yuliss made such wrong decisions and was still valued by the race.
