Chapter 265 - Chapter 138: Vivi: Harry, I Want You to Help Me... (12,000)

Lost magic power?

Harry's heart sank.

"How could this be?" His voice trembled slightly.

Vivi's tone was light-hearted, as if she didn't consider the loss of magic power to be a big deal at all.

"It's just losing magic power. If you want to travel through time for so long, you have to pay some price—besides, it's not like I haven't gone through this before."

At this point, Vivi suddenly reached out her right hand to pinch Harry's face, speaking with a hint of threat: "Or are you going to abandon me because of this? Because I'm a Dud?"

"Ouch, ouch, ouch, how could I…" Harry mumbled, his speech a bit unclear due to the pinch, "I'm just worried about your body, what if it affects you somehow?"

"Really?" Vivi's expression relaxed.

"Of course, I think we should take a trip to France." Harry said indistinctly, "Let's visit Mr. Leme's Alchemy Room, I think he will give us an answer."

The phoenix, Fiona, chirped twice from Vivi's shoulder.

"See, even Fiona is upset!" Harry pointed at Fiona and said.

Then he persuaded, "I think it might be because of your physical weakness, maybe your magic will come back tomorrow?"

Vivi let go of Harry's hand and said helplessly, "Alright, as you wish then… Take me to the Broken Cauldron Bar, and let Fiona assist you."

"Fiona." Harry reached out to let the phoenix perch on his shoulder and took Vivi's wrist.

For a moment, Vivi was stunned.

Before she could speak, the world spun around them and the next moment, they were at the entrance of the Broken Cauldron Bar.

Just as they landed, Harry noticed Vivi was slightly unstable, as if she was trying hard to keep herself up.

"What's wrong, Vivi?" Harry hurriedly moved forward to support her arm.

Vivi braced herself against the wall and said with a small smile, "Nothing… My body is a bit weak, suddenly being taken by your Apparition, it's a bit uncomfortable."

"Sorry, Vivi."

Harry said apologetically, realizing that Vivi had not only lost her magic power but was also extremely weak.

"It's okay, just give me a moment to recover." Vivi said softly, but she didn't seem to want to let go of the wall.

Until they heard a clearing throat at the door.

"Oh, Draco." Harry waved his hand: "Hello there."

"Harry."

Draco nodded reservedly, then looked at the older sister Harry was supporting.

Instinctively, he felt an aversion to the woman in front of him—

Seems… like Malfoy's adversary, he thought.

"Who is this?" he asked tentatively.

Harry said somewhat awkwardly, "Oh, this is my sister."

"Sister?" Draco stood solemnly, tactically leaning back and frowning: "I didn't know you had a sister."

"Well, now you do." Harry said, "Um, could you step aside? My sister is feeling a bit dizzy, I need to take her inside."

"Alright." Draco nodded, frowning, planning to tell his father and great-grandparents about this.

Harry helped Vivi into the Broken Cauldron Bar, leading her to the bar counter where Tom was.

"Hello, Tom, I need two rooms." he said, realizing it didn't sound right, so added: "This is my sister."

"Oh, it's Mr. Potter."

Tom glanced at Vivi and then at Harry, evidently a bit skeptical.

You, the last of the Potter family, where did this sister come from? Especially one with white hair.

But since the customer had spoken, Tom knew it wasn't his place to question, so he arranged for Harry to have two adjacent rooms.

"Here they are." He led them upstairs, "Two adjacent rooms. If you need anything, feel free to ask."

"Thank you, Tom." Harry nodded to him, helping Vivi into the room.

To be honest, though the Broken Cauldron Bar's guest rooms appeared old, the bed linens were clean and fresh.

"Let's rest here for the night, Vivi." Harry settled her onto the bed and said, "We'll set off tomorrow… Is there anything you'd like to eat?"

"Room service will be fine." Vivi said, then asked Harry: "Can you tell me about the changes over the past century? In detail."

"Of course." Harry said with a smile, "I'll go ask Tom to prepare dinner, you haven't eaten in over a century, you must be hungry."

With that, he left the guest room and went downstairs to the bar to order some food that Vivi enjoyed.

Soon enough, the Broken Cauldron Bar's waiter brought them their dinner.

"Honestly, British food isn't great." Harry said as he swallowed some bread, "I remember being amazed by the court cuisine in Vienna back in 1888. If British cuisine could take some cues from other countries, it would be better."

Vivi ate quietly until she swallowed the food in her mouth, then asked: "So, what's the best thing to eat in London?"

Harry choked a bit, realizing he hadn't actually eaten much in London.

But he felt that as an old Englishman, he should maintain his country's dignity and not lose face in front of a woman from Austria-Hungary, right?

He racked his brain and finally remembered the hamburger Hagrid bought him.

So he said, "McDonald's in London is good."

"McDonald's?" Vivi stretched out her hand and wiped the ketchup from Harry's lips with a handkerchief, "What's that? Is it a good restaurant?"

"Uh, it's like American fast food." Harry said, his straightened posture slumping back down.
