Chapter 68: The Girls in the sheep's House Are Heartbroken!!!
Zeus floated beneath Charlotte Linlin as she sat comfortably on his cloud-like body, crossing her arms.
She knew well that neither the giants of Elbaf nor the children of the Sheep's House welcomed her anymore.
But in her mind, Roy was the key—her bridge back to Elbaf, the one person who could ease tensions and, at the same time, someone she wanted to protect.
Most importantly, Linlin believed that one day, Roy would inherit the Sheep's House.
As long as he carried on its ideals, Mother's dream wouldn't fade—even if her own nation of Totto Land were to fall apart.
"Then I'll be going now. Goodbye, Brother Roy!" Linlin waved, smiling brightly before glancing at Toki with envy. "Linlin will slim down in the future! Brother Roy, don't forget me!"
"Goodbye, Linlin. I won't," Roy said, waving back. "And be careful—Kong might head for Cake Island."
"Got it!"
Zeus lifted Linlin higher into the sky. Before leaving, Linlin shot Toki a mischievous wink, as if teasing her.
Toki, however, only smiled softly. She was far too gentle to be provoked—and, truthfully, she didn't mind.
That night, she even said something that nearly made Roy faint from happiness: she didn't mind him having other girls younger than her.
Sister Toki, you're an angel!
Redding and the others acted as though Linlin didn't exist. Once her figure vanished into the horizon, the giant called out, "Let's go, Roy. Time to head back to the village."
"Alright. Come on, Toki," Roy said, taking her hand and gently rubbing it.
"Yes," she replied with a warm smile.
They began the journey back toward Elbaf Village and the Sheep's House. Roy knew Kong would likely remain patrolling the surrounding seas for a while.
For now, it was safest to lie low.

At the Sheep's House, chaos reigned.
"Stop right there! That's mine!" a little blue-haired girl shouted angrily, chasing a scruffy-looking boy who laughed while holding a stolen piece of cake.
"Hahaha! Don't be mad! When I reclaim my kingdom, I'll make you a duchess!" the so-called prince yelled, grinning wickedly as he stuffed the cake into his mouth.
"You idiot! She likes blue hair—you can't compete with me!" another boy shouted, tackling him to the ground.
"You're the idiot! She likes me!"
Soon, the long-armed child and the fishman child were rolling across the grass, pulling each other's hair and scratching wildly.
From a distance, Toki giggled at the sight while Roy pressed a hand to his forehead, exasperated.
He hadn't been gone that long, yet the kids were already running wild—fighting over food, titles, and even crushes.
Nearby, a boy with a cockscomb hairstyle bragged to a group of listeners, while the mink children quietly read the books Roy had left behind.
"Brother Roy!" a small mink boy cried out the moment he spotted him. Tears welled up in his eyes as he sprinted toward him.
The little blue-haired girl stopped mid-chase, her heart practically sparkling at the sight of Roy.
The scruffy prince dropped his cake, eyes wide with awe. The cockscomb boy froze mid-boast.
The long-armed and fishman children stopped fighting, both bursting into tears as they ran toward their beloved "big brother."
The Sheep's House instantly filled with laughter, shouting, and tears.
"Brother Roy! They never sleep at night! They keep bothering me!" the mink child whined, showing off his dark circles.
Roy chuckled. With those panda eyes, I can't even tell the difference.
Next came the fishman boy, charging forward to hug him. "That long-arm brat scratched me all over!"
"I did not!" the long-armed child retorted, shoving him aside. "He bit me!"
Roy suddenly found himself surrounded by sobbing children, each shouting their grievances at once. Even Toki couldn't get close.
"Alright, alright!" Roy said, holding up his hands. "I was only gone for a short while. Why are you all such crybabies?"
He ruffled each child's head one by one.
The head-patting session instantly turned the chaos into cheers.
"No! You were gone for more than a year! We missed you so much!" the blue-haired girl cried, wiping her eyes.
"We were just fooling around to make Brother come back faster!" the little prince added, his tears spilling too.
Roy sighed but smiled warmly. These brats had grown up, but they were still the same mischievous, big-hearted kids he loved.
"If it weren't for you, Brother Roy, the Sheep's House would've fallen apart," the prince sniffled.
"Alright, alright," Roy said gently. "You all have to stay strong. If you cry too much, I'll get angry."
The orphans quickly wiped their tears, straightening up as if preparing for inspection.
"I came back in a hurry this time, so I didn't bring any gifts," Roy said, reaching into his coat. "But I do have these."
He pulled out a bundle of photographs—snapshots of islands, ports, and towns from the New World, West Blue, and North Blue.
"These are places I've been. You can look at them later as stories."
He then handed out a few comic books. "And these are from Town in the North Blue."
"Wow! What a huge tree!" the little prince gasped, pointing to a photo.
"That's the Tree of Knowledge," Roy explained with a smile. "It's the biggest tree in the world—home to the world's largest library and the wisest scholars."
"I see!" the prince nodded eagerly. "Brother always says strength protects the body, and knowledge strengthens the mind. So if we bring scholars from there, we can build the strongest nation ever!"
"First, you'll need to be strong enough," Roy teased. Then he turned, pulling Toki closer. "Let me introduce her—this is Amatsuki Toki, my girlfriend."
Toki smiled gently at the group.
The blue-haired girl froze. "W-What…? She's so beautiful…"
The other girls' eyes widened in collective horror.
"N-No way… this can't be real…"
And thus, half the girls in the Sheep's House felt their hearts shatter at once.
