LOVE IN DISGUISE
Chapter 3
Even though Silvia was from a rich family, she was treated like an outcast, nobody cares about her and she didn't know why it was like that, Ruth was always favoured than she was.
She did a part time job at a restaurant, even after what happened to her, she knew that she had to go to work, she didn't have a choice, because whatever she earned ,was what she used to get things for herself, her parents never got anything for her, she just couldn't understand the hatred her parents had towards her.
Silvia 's work place***************
" Silvia why weren't you at work yesterday?" Mr Fred asked, " sorry sir, something came up" Silvia apologized, " Silvia this is unlike you , you never miss a day at work, what was so important?" Mr Fred asked , " it's just something important, but I promise, it won't happen again " , " it better not " Mr Fred warned her before leaving.
Mr Fred was actually the manager of the restaurant, while Silvia was taking the order of a customer, her cell phone rang, she quickly took the order and went to pick up the call.
Silvia: hello
Ruth: Silvia I need to speak with you right now
Silvia: sorry, but I'm at work right now , I can't leave
Ruth : fine immediately you close, meet me at our usual spot
Silvia: we don't have a usual spot
Ruth : that's true, anyways meet me at the bar ,we went to the last Time
Silvia: why that bar,? After what happened yesterday I am not going
Ruth: are you trying to say I set you up!( She said in an annoyed tone)
Silvia: no no that's not what I meant, I meant maybe someone set me up in that place, so I think it's best if I don't go there
Ruth: fine,when we get home we'll take about it( she said curtly and hung up).
Silvia didn't know what Ruth wanted to tell her, but she knew that Ruth didn't like her, she just hoped it wasn't something bad .
Leon's mansion************
Silvia walked into the living room only to see her sister ruth there along with her mom and dad.
" Silvia sit down we have something we have to discuss with you" Sarah said .
Silvia had a bad feeling about it, but she still sat down " Silvia you know that your sister's wedding to young master Wilson is tomorrow right?" Leon asked " yes I do " Silvia replied.
" Good, we want you to get married to young master Wilson in her stead" Sarah said coldly.
Hearing this Silvia's jaw dropped, " mom what are you saying?, Why do I have to get married to young master Wilson, why does it have to be me, why can't she get married to him?" .
" Listen Silvia don't provoke me, you better just agree, besides how can a beautiful girl like me, get married to someone like Young Master Wilson, who's sick and about to die, I don't want to be a widow " Ruth said proudly.
" So am I the one who deserves to a widow?, Is this fair? What have I ever done to you guys? Why do you people hate me?" She asked.
" Are you trying to say ,you don't want to get married to him?" Leon asked angrily.
" Yes dad I can't, she can get married to him , but I won't " Silvia replied and stood up to leave the living room when she heard Ruth's voice
" If you don't get married to him in my stead I will upload those photos of you online, and I believe you know the photos I am talking about" Ruth said with a smug look on her face.
Hearing this , tears poured down Silvia's face , " Ruth why do you hate me like this?, Why do you want to upload those photos, what will you gain?".
" Yes , Silvia if you don't get married to young master Wilson I will tell Ruth to upload those photos online " Leon said.
" Dad you too?, Dad at least if no one else likes me , you should at least try to defend me, not encourage them" she said in tears .
" Enough with the crocodile tears already, and just get ready for your wedding tomorrow " Sarah said disdainfully.
" If I really refuse , are you guys going to upload the photos?" Silvia asked again.
" Just try me and see, you slut" Ruth replied coldly, Silvia cleaned the tears in her eyes and said " this is a forced marriage, but anyways I'll get married to him, after all, I don't have a choice " . " I wish I did have a choice, then I wouldn't have chosen this " she said with a wry smile on her face, then she turned around and went to her room.
The next day **********
Silvia was already dressed, actually she just put on a casual clothing as she was told that he wouldn't be coming in person. About an hour later a car arrived at the mansion, it was a rolls Royce.
A man putting on black suit and sunglasses walked towards Silvia and said " young master Wilson ordered that we pick you up", " oh okay, let me just put my things in the boot" Silvia said with a down face.
" No ma , just get into the car, I'll do the rest" the man replied, " no need to call me ma, my name is Silvia I'm just 22 years old" Silvia addressed herself.
" Ok miss Silvia" he replied with a gentle smile as he escorted her to the car.
Silvia looked outside at the mansion one last time no body came out to see her leave , neither her mother or her father and sister.
She was actually happy that she was leaving the place she called home, she wasn't happy there ,but at the same time she was worried, because she didn't know what young master Wilson was like, whether he was ruthless or not , or whether he was kind ,but anyways she hoped that she wasn't going from frying pan to fire.
After about an hour and 30 minutes drive ,they arrived at a large beautiful mansion , the mansion was so captivating to the eyes, it was an inexplicable sight , where she lived before was nothing compared to this one it was indeed a wonder.
It had a long driveway that surrounded with gardens and flowers of different kind, the driveway leads up to the main building.
She was warmly welcomed by the maids at the house, just as she was looking around the living room, an old man, approached her " good day miss Silvia, my name is Butler Pym" ," oh Butler Pym,nice to meet you"she said with a warm smile, she had to admit that she liked her new environment and the people around her welcomed her wholeheartedly, it's being a long time since she last smiled.
" Follow miss , I'll show you the way to your room" Butler Pym said politely, " ok" Silvia replied and followed him as he led the way for her, her room was on the 4th floor the second door at the left.
Immediately Butler Pym opened the door, she was slack jawed, the room was more beautiful than any room she had seen before, because her former room was wack , it wasn't the least beautiful, but here looked different, she walked to the window and looked outside, she welcomed with the fresh breeze that blew directly into the room, it gave her goosebumps, she smiled and deeply inhaled the air.
" Miss Silvia" Butler Pym suddenly called her ,waking her up from her imagination," yes sir?".
" In case you must know young master Wilson is not a nice person, so don't try to please him too much, it would only irritate him, he hates it when girls do that, I'm telling you this as a person who's been with him since when he was a kid, so just be you when he returns from work" Butler Pym said.
" Ok sir after all I'm not that type of girl, anyways thanks for letting me know, I'm grateful" Silvia said , " anytime miss" Butler Pym replied and left.
Shortly after, the bodyguards came into her room, with her luggages, she thanked them and started placing her things in the wardrobe. When she was done she decided to take a nap, knowing fully well that young master Wilson wasn't returning early.
6 hours later************
Silvia opened her eyes and let out a loud yawn, this was the best sleep she's had since she was a kid, the bed was so fluffy and comfy. She stood up from the bed and went to take her bath, when she came out she wanted to put on a gown, but remembering what Butler Pym said,she didn't want to act like she was seducing him, so she just put on her baggy shorts and a baggy shirt ,that was enough to cover her body , she thought.
Just as she was drying her hair ,she heard a knock on the door, she quickly stood up and went to open the door " ma'am dinner is ready" the maid named Ava said " oh okay thank , I'll be right down,let me just finish up " Silvia replied " okay" Ava said and left.
Silvia quickly dried up her hair and went downstairs, she walked into the dining room and was welcomed with the aroma of different exquisite dishes, just as she sat down she heard a cold voice " who are you ?".....
