Chapter 1 - First Encounter Death

Tucked away in a faraway lands of mystical beings, was Tallor, a place touched by the softest element of magic which is how it caught the attention of a vampire named Ehremeus. He saw a calling in Tallor because there were things beyond the meaning of life - he was simply on the search for something more, more than the animosity that lingers wherever he roamed in the vampire world.

An elite vampire that became famous for his stature and good looks in Tallor. He was able to woo any woman there by the touch of his vampire magic in his hands.

His magical abilities were first destructive and harmful, but that became much refined once he seeked rehabilitation in Tallor.

A new life a new identity, nobody else knew. His past was a mess he never wanted to remember.

There were other mystical beings that lived there, even other vampires.

One day he was strolling accross the streets to try a type of food they make only for vampires. He always thought that such an idea was extremely silly and it made vampires appear too corny and soft. Vampires were able to live off any kind of blood, animal blood, even lab grown blood elexirs would keep their bodies alive and active for the entire day.

But this time, he decided to give the community vampire food, a try.

"Hm. Vampire food, looks quite repulsive." Ehremeus thought to himself as he turned his head to look at the stall where they arranged food for vampires on the stall table. He even thought that this would be the silliest thing he is going to do; buy vampire food.

He turned around and faced the stall, and walked towards it. Standing there in the stall, he witnessed a small woman, she looked petite and young but was mature of body and appearance.

"A human." He pondered in his mind in, a state of shock. "A human selling vampire food, I wonder what it could be made of." He thought as his interest for the vampire food heightened as his senses of sudden thirst began emerging from within, even more, it was a sense of excitement from seeing a human dwell with the food for monsters. He wondered how they make it and what they made it with, his curiousity suddenly heightened his impulsive drive to approach this shop, and in this moment there was no changing his mind, he was engrossed into this momentarily experience.

The shopkeeper saw him, smiled and said.

"Sir, what would you like to have today?"

"Firstly, it was a pleasure stumbling into your stall here; I appreciate your participation in considering vampires as living beings that would indulge in human cooked food. I'm Ehremeus, how do you do?"

"That's amazing, I'm glad I was noticed by a vampire like you, my name is Skeal. Do you prefer any vampire delights on our menu today?" She smiled politely and asked him.

Ehremeus gazed at the menu on their wall. The first item on their menu was rabbit blood apple pie, preserved blood clot of a horse, blood oxygen in a bottle, marker b cell blood of a doner in a bottle, raw wild boar heart sandwich, royal blood sausage.

"Ummm. Could you explain what the royal blood sausage is made of.." he paused and asked with slight confusion.

"It is made from the blood transfusion of a royal blood and an eagle. It reduces the need for vampires to hunt for human blood and the magic is that, it keeps you humbled and grounded for a long time. The blood of an eagle to represent you except the eagle blood has activated life, the vampire, a cannibal species that dont have enough blood count in their bodies, and also, to heal you from the predatory instincts when meticulously reacted with royal blood. Basically simply just to keep your humanity intact.

"Wow that is quite enticing, and did you kill any human to make these blood potions for vampires?" He asked inquisitively with a hint of intimidating waves of energy towards her.

"Uh..what? I would not do such an immoral thing to any human. The humans they usually donate blood for a good cause. From my knowledge of vampires, you're the kinds that kill humans, I've heard."

"Uh.. hehe he, i suppose that is true.Very well then, in that case I will try the royal blood sausage..." he paused

"You know, i thought I would find blood noodles in blood soup here but it isn't there on the menu." He added.

"Alrighty then, one warm blood sausage coming up." Skeal smirked at him from the side of her eyes and it was only a momentarily expression he noticed for a mini second, as though she did not intend to smirk but was caught doing it In the nick of time.

"Here you are Mr Ehremeus, hot blood sausage made especially for you." She coughed up a giggle as though she wasn't in control of her emotion.

Ehremeus raised his eyebrows slightly and thought her expressive ways of joy was suspicious. But he dismissed his thought after realizing that she's just a cute and petite human woman that does not look harmful at all.

He sat on the bench with folded legs and began cutting the bloody sausage with a Fork and knife. He was startled at how only really thick blood started to ooze out while the meaty clot of blood part was still intact inside.

He wiped the blood sauce on the sausage with his Fork, and put a piece of the cut sausage into his mouth. He felt different suddenly, the blood meat was so soft and reacted with the taste of sweetened blood, he just felt blood melt in his mouth and sent shivers of a driven ecstacy through his spine. He felt a sense of soul rising around his nimbus.

"Was this ...was this something to make me feel alive, like a living being. I have never felt this human in my life before." He thought to himself.

"Skeal, I must say, I find your experimental cooking and its creations very profound. You must have learned alot of alchemy to get food that taste like this. I'm not the kind to acknowledge any kind of human food, usually as they are not satisfying to me, almost as though it dissapears the moment I bite into it. But your food, it's something else..exqui...uhh ahhh hmm." As he continued to express his thoughts about her blood sausage, suddenly he lost control of his body and his heart was in pain as he falls to the ground with his vampire teeth protruding out of the pain.

Suddenly, Skeal leaped out of the stall, like magic. And landed infront of Ehremeus. Ehremeus stared at her with his hand on his chest and did not say a word.

He was startled when she suddenly transformed into a human fox with a tail.

"Uh..ah..what? You're a foxtail human?"

"Yeah. I am. It is my blood you drank. And the blood transfusion like I said is dangerously reacting inside your body. Legends say that such formulas easily kill Vampires. So yes, perhaps you will die and all the pain in your heart is the pain you gave to those you hurt and harmed. It's only pain but it is but your own. Atleast I have my tail magic now. That is all I needed from you. Inhumane beings like you cannot truly be trusted." She slid her legs on the pavement and hopped away in laughter.

Suddenly, Ehremeus's eyes closed and he lay on the ground dead. This was the blood of a different species like her, that reacted harmfully with his.

Ehremeus eyes opened; he was an immortal vampire indeed, it was temporary death.

However in his awakening, he found himself in his own bedroom and didn't understand how he ended up here. He looked around to find any clue, there was a woman standing in the door. It was a woman from his sire line, a vampire. He rubbed his eyes again and looked clearly. He noticed her, someone known.

"Cap? What are you doing here? How did you even find me?" He asked in a state of surprise.

"Firstly, why were you there trying to find food from humans like a scavenger, as a royal, you should learn to aquire some self respect, Ehremeus. Know that there are many that are a threat to you, since you decided to live a life of humanity. And that little lady, did she poison you." Cap breathed deeply and looked at him with expectations of another morbid response.

"She definitely was a cheerful and kindered spirit. At first i collected, she was a human but later, she transformed into a different human being with a tail. There must be lots of fox tailed people around here. I'm beginning to wonder why she chose to harm me." Ehremeus appeared confused and disappointed about such an arbitrary deception.

"I could just go and kill her for harming you in that manner, maybe she just needs a vampire-fox turning." Cap responded to Ehrmeus displaying savage loyalty and protection towards him.

" You need to do nothing like that Cap. Trust me, I saw some kind of a mystery in that little woman. Maybe her humanity is still very active. An active source of pain." He looked outside the window and said to Cap.

"Wow now you sound just like a Pokémon. What has that twisted woman done to you." Cap was enraged 😠 and disturbed by his sudden softness and thought to herself.

"I must teach this little cow girl a lesson."
