The drive back to the Waning Villa was mostly filled with silence between the love triangle.
"I can open the door myself," Mylo chortled, his tone indifferent as he glared at Royce, "The days you were not here, who do you think opened the car doors for me?"
Royce lowered his head, feeling extremely bad.
"You have bandages around your hands, pretty. I just want to help."
"What do you care about?" Mylo bites back, even more annoyed. He steps out of the car and walks away from Royce.
Mylo even walks past Ryker who thought Mylo was coming to talk to him.
A short laughter rumbles in Ryker's stomach as Mylo glares at him also, before walking past him.
He shakes his head and throws the car key to the guard who bows deeply before him.
Royce walks around the car and stands beside Ryker, looking at Mylo's figure getting smaller as he walks with fast steps to the mansion.
"Has he always been this scary?" Royce is genuinely seeking help, support and answers from Ryker.
