Chapter 24 - Admiral Admiral Kizaru… Turns Out He’s an Idiot?!

Boom!

Before that marine could even turn around to face Lin Xuan again, a sharp pain exploded at the back of his head. His body was flung backward like a rag doll, slamming hard into a nearby wall.

Almost at the same time, the three marines who had tried to rescue the Celestial Dragon met the same fate—each sent flying by a single kick from Lin Xuan!

The marines, who had just begun to cheer, fell into stunned silence.

Then, terror swept across their faces.

Because Lin Xuan's figure blurred and vanished—he was charging straight at them!

The next second—

"Ahhh!" "Ahhh!" "Ahhh!"

Screams filled the air one after another. Lin Xuan, just like Uchiha Madara moments ago, tore through the ranks of the marines like a whirlwind. Every soldier he passed was struck down, sent hurtling away one by one!

Watching the carnage, Madara couldn't help curling his lips. "At least you didn't disgrace the name of the Sharingan."

With his eyes, of course he could tell—Lin Xuan's taijutsu and his dynamic perception both came from the Sharingan, perfectly mimicking Madara's earlier moves.

And judging from how cleanly Lin Xuan executed them, his control was already excellent.

Indeed, just as Madara suspected, this entire fighting style was what Lin Xuan had copied moments ago using the Sharingan's visual learning.

That was exactly why Lin Xuan had chosen to copy Madara's Sharingan first.

After all, the "Universal Copy Card" could only duplicate one ability at a time. If he wanted to copy all of Madara's ninjutsu one by one, the cost in Prestige Points would be astronomical.

The most efficient approach was simple—copy the Sharingan, and then use the Sharingan to replicate ninjutsu, Genjutsus, and taijutsu. Only abilities that couldn't be learned through the eye would require the Copy Card.

And honestly, being able to learn techniques just by watching—without spending any Prestige Points at all—felt pretty damn good.

As he continued his "workout," the various strengthening elixirs he had consumed earlier fully took effect.

By the time he finished flattening every last marine on the scene, his strength had surged once again—this time, to thirty times his original level!

What did that mean?

It meant that while he could previously lift only a few dozen jin with one hand, now he could hoist over two thousand jin!

And the improvement wasn't limited to strength—his speed, reflexes, and overall combat ability had multiplied dozens of times over. At this point, his total power was easily a hundred times what it once was.

When the battle was over, Lin Xuan clapped his hands lightly, as if he'd merely done a bit of light exercise, and walked back toward the three Celestial Dragon slaves.

Grabbing their "leashes," he glanced at the dozens of marines lying unconscious and groaning across the street. A faint sense of boredom crossed his eyes.

Apparently, he couldn't farm any more Prestige Points from these guys.

Just then, a series of thunderous explosions echoed from the direction of the harbor. Lin Xuan's eyes lit up immediately.

Madara also looked in that direction. "So, the so-called elites of Marine Headquarters have finally arrived?"

Lin Xuan grinned. "We'll find out soon enough."

Together, the two of them—dragging the three Celestial Dragon slaves along—strode toward the sound of cannon fire.

As they walked, Madara asked curiously, "Some of them, during battle, suddenly turn black and their strength increases dramatically. What's that about?"

Lin Xuan replied, "Ah, that's a special power unique to this world. It's called Armament Haki…"

Lieutenant Colonel Blackbeard, who had just struggled to his feet, snorted coldly when he saw them moving toward the harbor instead of fleeing.

"Admiral Admiral Kizaru will take care of you two soon enough!"

He didn't dare to attack again, but he and the few marines still able to stand followed behind at a distance, making sure Lin Xuan and Madara didn't escape.

Meanwhile, at the harbor, a Marine Headquarters warship was speeding toward the island.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

As soon as it arrived, the warship opened fire—massive cannonballs tore through the air, blasting apart pirate ships trying to flee, scattering debris and men into the sea.

The ship plowed forward, clearing its path with relentless bombardment until it reached the island's edge.

Then—

Whoosh!

From the deck, a middle-aged man wearing a yellow-striped suit and a cloak emblazoned with the word Justice leaped high into the air—landing gracefully atop one of the still-flying cannonballs. Using it as a stepping stone, he was launched straight toward the shore.

Some sharp-eyed pirates recognized him instantly.

"Oh my god—it's Admiral Kizaru!"

"Admiral Admiral Kizaru himself has come!"

"We're finished! We're so dead!"

Panic spread among the pirates like wildfire. To them, this was the herald of apocalypse.

But Admiral Kizaru himself didn't even glance their way.

After landing lightly on the shore, he casually took out a Den Den Mushi and started making a call.

"Moshi moshi, Sentomaru? This is Admiral Admiral Kizaru. I've arrived—please respond."

He waited.

Silence.

He frowned, scratching his head. "Hello? This is Admiral Admiral Kizaru. Is anyone there? The line's connected, how strange…"

Then, from the other end came a furious roar—none other than the voice of Fleet Admiral Sengoku.

"Admiral Admiral Kizaru! You grabbed the wrong Den Den Mushi again!"

Admiral Kizaru froze, his old face stiff with embarrassment.

Awkward silence. Then he hastily hung up and rummaged through his coat for the other Den Den Mushi.

Unfortunately, he caught sight of a group of pirates nearby—who had witnessed the entire scene.

Their expressions were priceless—eyes wide, jaws slack, disbelief written all over their faces.

Was this really the fearsome, world-renowned Admiral Admiral Kizaru?

A man who couldn't even tell his Den Den Mushis apart?

And judging from Sengoku's outburst, this clearly wasn't the first time!
