Yano entered a corridor filled with animated code and flying blue sparks. The ground shook beneath his feet, and every effective move could result in his fall or a blue cast.
"Every step is recorded... Any mistake could be fatal."
A group of ghosts, their digital codes and human origins, arrived at him with incredible speed to surround him. He raised his dagger and thrust against them, a blue light wave repelling the first one.
With each strike, Yano began to understand their pattern and organize the roles his position played. Each strike was specific to the redeemer of the chicks and the ghosts. After less than a minute of control, the ghosts began to clear the path toward a room filled with a nasty blue heat.
"I survived... But the path just got more dangerous."
