"Are you even human?!"

Hofa grabbed Indor's collar. Veins bulged on his hand. "Why'd you gamble with my aid money?!"

Indor jumped. Patted Hofa's tense hand quickly. "I was investing! That little money's nothing. We goblins don't lack cash. Look how worked up you are."

Hofa released him, breathing hard. This goblin nearly killed him with rage.

"You serious?"

"Trust me." Indor thumped his chest. "You'll have books and a wand before sunset. Just do what I say."

Hofa glared coldly. The more he looked, the less he liked him. Dumbledore trusted this guy? Called him "decent"?

"What do I do?"

"First—Diagon Alley."

Indor smiled. Extended a long finger, tapped the wall three times.

The wall shook like something alive. Dust showered down. It split into a wide archway—winding cobblestone road, no visible end.

In that moment...

A sound rang in Hofa's mind.

Ding!

Wizard secret realm discovered. System activated.

Compulsory Education System.

Two purposes:

One: Host must complete seven years of Hogwarts magical education.(Mandatory measures will be taken if necessary)

Two: Help host explore and record this world. Completing secret realm explorations earns rewards.

[Current Wizard Secret Realm—London Wizard Market]

50% exploration—receive [One-Third Spell Fragment](Contains unique energy. Collect three to upgrade one spell ability)

100% exploration—receive [Knowledge of the Great God](Mysterious and unfathomable. You won't know its power until you possess it)

Hofa froze. Fortunately, recent events had toughened his heart. He reviewed the information several times.

Having a system wasn't strange.

Function was standard—complete tasks, get rewards.

Just the name was odd.

Compulsory Education System. Must complete seven years...

Something felt off. Would anyone refuse seven years at Hogwarts? Even Voldemort stayed all seven. The school's appeal was obvious.

But the system said mandatory measures if necessary.

Ridiculous. He'd never skipped class in his past life.

He tried asking questions. No answer. Only change—an empty green bar appeared in his mind.

[Current Realm Exploration 0%]

Hofa understood. Only continuous exploration earned rewards. Two types: [Spell Fragment] and [Knowledge of the Great God].

Uses unknown for now.

After confirming everything, Hofa exited his mental space.

Indor watched Hofa stand there stupidly. Figured he was shocked—first time in Diagon Alley.

After waiting, he pushed Hofa. "Stop staring. Let's go. Lots to do."

Hofa nodded.

They stepped into Diagon Alley.

Compared to the Muggle world's depression outside, the wizarding world seemed leisurely and colorful.

Every window displayed materials. Baskets of red feathers, glowing blue bat eyeballs, strange silver instruments. Lucky wind chimes at doorways.

The chimes had little mouths. When someone passed, they sang together—tinkling sounds.

Not sales pitches. Pleasant ancient words Hofa couldn't understand.

Some shops were hidden. He had to go inside before the exploration bar increased.

Like a corner shop—just a small wooden cabinet for brooms at the entrance.

Would've thought it was storage. Inside—wizard restaurant. Luxuriously decorated. House-elves shuttling everywhere.

The deepest impression: Polchius's Weather Carpets. Below gilded letters, smaller text:

(Troubled by climate adjustment? Suffering jet lag? Just 50 Galleons for your favorite weather. Home or travel. Only 50 Galleons. What are you waiting for?)

Weather carpets?

Never seen this. Not in the original story. He walked in.

Stunned. Really sold weather.

Left carpet: thunderstorm. Dark cloud raining, splashing everywhere.

Right carpet: dry desert. Miniature camels walking in sand.

Beyond—rainforest. Lush trees. Parrots bouncing. Getting close meant humidity in your face.

A wizard in sunglasses lay on a lounge chair beside the rainforest, sunbathing.

Shop owner nearby, enthusiastically recommending. "Real enough? Can't experience tropical rainforest sunbathing anywhere else in Britain."

Sunbathing wizard climbed up. "About right. Increase humidity more. Add more parrots in the middle."

"Sure!"

Owner waved his wand. Amid parrot singing, entire rainforest rolled into a carpet.

Folded neatly.

Wizard paid, left with his carpet.

Hofa walked, looked in amazement.

All kinds of weather. Endless grasslands, ice-covered glaciers, scenic islands, rumbling volcanoes about to erupt.

Owner approached. "Buying weather or customizing?"

Hofa startled. "Just looking..."

Indor covered his face, shook his head.

Ten minutes later, they walked out. Wizards' abilities amazed him more.

As he walked, the green bar slowly increased.

13%... 22%... 29%... 37%...

Indor was dissatisfied with Hofa's leisurely pace. Kept reminding him—time was money.

An hour later, Hofa stopped at a clothing shop. Bar reached 40%.

Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions.

Hofa knew this shop well.

Years from now, Malfoy and Harry would meet here as rivals.

Now? Lucius probably wouldn't be born for ten-plus years.

Sighing, Hofa was pushed through the door by Indor.

Inside—hunched man, hooked nose. Elegant purple robe. Gloomy eyes swept the doorway. Squinting eyes lingered on Hofa's worn shoes.

Indor didn't care. Jumped to the counter. Pulled out a gold watch, tossed it to the hunched man.

"Same as usual, Malkin. Rent an outfit."

Malkin caught it, eyes fixed on Hofa. "Your client has no potential."

Indor: "None of your business. By the rules—not back in an hour, my grandfather's watch stays."

"Hmph." Malkin stuffed it under the counter, turned, shouted. "Polina! Get out here!"

Following the shout, a pink little girl pushed open the counter, bounced out.

"Coming, Dad! Don't yell!"

Half a head shorter than Hofa—eight or nine years old.

Small but efficient. Seeing Hofa, immediately pushed him onto a stool.

"Arms out."

Hofa extended them, thinking—this girl's the future Madam Malkin? Born for this. Didn't change her surname—married out?

Polina measured him, asking, "New student? School robes?"

Before Hofa spoke, Indor shouted, "Hey! Not buying school robes. Dress him handsomely—ancient Persian prince handsome."

Old Malkin snorted.

Polina stuck out her tongue at Indor, whispered to Hofa, "Why're you with him? Goblins are bad news."

Hofa sighed. "Long story..."

Old Malkin looked snobbish, but his skills were real. Ten minutes later, Hofa was transformed.

Luxurious red robes, dark gold patterns. Knee-high calfskin boots. Black hair combed neatly. Indor even snatched Malkin's ring, put it on Hofa.

Looked exactly like pure-blood family.

Hofa stood before the mirror. Wondered how handsome Voldemort would look in this.

Indor rubbed his chin. Turned to Polina. "Like him now?"

Future Madam Malkin's face turned red. Kicked Indor hard, covered her face, ran.

"Achieved the effect." Indor snapped fingers. "Let's go, Your Highness. Busy day."

Hofa finished admiring himself, crossed his arms, smiled at Indor. "You want to package me up, drag me to Gringotts for a loan, right?"

Indor jumped back, nearly fell.

Old Malkin froze, burst out laughing. "Goblin! You have this day too! Trick seen through by a brat!"

Hofa said coldly, "You lost my aid. That watch is worth something. Pawn it for me. My compensation."

Indor jumped high. "Absolutely not! Plenty of ways to make money, but one watch. Absolutely not!"

"Really? Then tell me—Gringotts' interest rate? You dressed me for how much? How much will I repay?"

Hofa stood calmly, looking down. "I trusted you because of Dumbledore. Your actions make it hard to keep trusting."

Old Malkin muttered, "Merlin's beard..."

Sweat on Indor's forehead. Looked at Hofa, murmured, "Galloping Gorgons... really only eleven?"

Hofa loosened his collar, sat. "Two choices. One: compensate with the watch. Two: explain your plan."

Indor smiled bitterly, rubbed his hair.

Ten minutes later, fancy Hofa and Indor walked out. Heading to Gringotts.

No matter how Hofa argued, Indor wouldn't compensate with the watch. But explained his plan.

Europe's tense. Gringotts expanding, needed foreign partners. Hofa's mixed face brought convenience. Done right, package him as foreign noble, extract venture capital.

Indor's tricks weren't much to Hofa—past life's information explosion era.

But had to admit—clever. Daring to exploit big bank loopholes. Not his first time.

Because Indor swore he'd succeeded many times, guaranteed all risks were his—Hofa agreed to risk it.

He needed Hogwarts funds.
