They are Rias and Sona the heir to the Gremory and Sitri clan respectively.
They have been friends with Savion for the past 7 years.
"I really don't know where his sudden interest in guns came from" Rias continued
"If I'm not mistaken it started around the time we were 7 years old, so two years ago and for why even I don't know. " replied Sona.
"Should we go and drag him out or wait for another couple of days more like last time?"
"Let's wait for just another day, we can send onee-sama if needed, she coming home today after all" Sona replied with a slight smirk.
*Chuckle* "Wow, Sona I didn't know you had a grudge on him" Rias said with a laugh.
"I don't, but its the most effective option we have" she replied.
"HAHAHAHA IT'S DONE! I CAN FINALLY SLEEP AGAIN" I shouted in ecstacy.
Almost 2 years of work finally done, I have created my very own personal weapon
Since imitation is said to be the highest form of flattery I decided to make them similar to the weapon of one of my favorite character from Bleach, Starrk Cayote.
Making the body of the pistol itself was surprisingly easy, only took two months each to finish both of them.
Making it so that they could absorb and channel my demonic powers from the handle to the muzzle and shoot it out as a condense beam wasn't quite as easy.
What was even harder was reinforcing it to make they're strong and durable enough so that it could withstand being use countless of times.
Had a few prototypes explode on my face and some just crumbled after two or three use. Had to look into demon swords to realize the problem.
Demon swords are weapons infuse with demonic powers, so I had to find a way to infuse my demonic powers into it, which I succeeded by carving the Astaroth clan seal/crest into the handle and using it as a medium. I started to slowly pump my powers into the guns everyday until I can finally channel it automatically when I hold it.
Now, after a year it's finally done and the result is beyond what I was expecting.
Not only can it absorb and channel my demonic power it now has the ability to store it in itself.
Also, being closely exposed solely to my demonic powers for a long make it easier to make them pretty much unusable to anyone but me and so I did just that, now no one but me can wield them.
The main reason why it took so long is because it doesn't use demonic powers to create and manipulate stuffs but rather, it use the raw and pure demonic power as both it's source and ammunition.
An example would be a plastic water gun if I use my demonic power to manipulate the water within the gun I could still shoot out powerful attacks without destroying the gun, but if I were to do the same with pure demonic energy it'll completely destroy it.
Which I believe is the reason why there's aren't any firearms in the underworld, since regular gun hardly works on any strong devil.

"Time to test it" I said as hold one with both hand since they're currently slightly too big to duel wield and I pull the trigger
*click* *BANG*

"Heh, it works I really can~ hold the release for a few seconds to build up more power and up to 7 seconds till it auto release, that's good" I thought to myself happy.
"Savi-kun! what was that sou. .
. What happened to the wall?! are you okay?!"
"Oh, hello mom and yes I'm fine, more than fine actually!" I said happily
"Oh, is your little project finally done?" she asked curiously
"YEP!" I said showing her the two guns.
"CONGRATULATIONS! I knew you could do it!" She exclaimed, pulling me into a hug.
"Since, you've been quite secretive about it can you tell me exactly what they do, they definitely don't look like regular guns and I can practically feel your demonic powers flowing through it. " She said.
Oh, I'll need to do something about that, looks like I already know what my first upgrade is gonna be.
"Savi-kun. .
. ?" oops
"Sorry mom I was just thinking anyway, they're guns that can shoots demonic powers"

*Sigh* "You really are bad at explaining things Savi-kun"
I just blush in slight embarrassment, I mean it true but you don't have to point it out.
"Come on try again"
*Ahem* "They're guns that absorb my powers to either store them or to channel and condense them, shooting them out, making them stronger and alot more faster than regular attacks. They can shoot as long as I have demonic power and lastly they will only work for me.
Simple and effective"
A fully charge shot should be strong enough to easily blow up any high devil's head but I'm not telling her that.
"Amazing! but, you do realize you'll need to actually train yourself if you're going to make the most of them right?"
"I know, my powers already deals a lot of damage but what I need is to increase the amount I have and also I'll have to work hard to get use to them and work hard on my aim and other related skills"
