"Thanks, I've been experimenting with different batters and coatings, and this was the one I felt came out the best. I dipped the strips in a batter full of spices and then coated them in a mix of cornflake and cracker crumbs," She replied, before adding as I tried the white sauce again, "And that's garlic sauce, I think it originated in, uh...Middle-Eastern culture? I found the recipe online and it's probably my favorite sauce now."
"I can see why, it's really good. I don't think I've really tried Middle-Eastern food before, and evidently, I need to change that," I responded, before picking up a few fries and dipping them in the garlic sauce, my eyes widening a loud crunch rang out as I took a bite.
