Chapter 5 - The Miracorm Dungeon

The sky above Aurelius was still tinted crimson when Kael left the city.

The words of the God of Creation echoed in his mind:

"Something evil is awakening in the Forest of Death…"

As he walked among the charred trees, a strange darkness surrounded him.

Then, from the shadows, a cold wind blew—and there she was.

A girl with **silver hair**, **crimson eyes**, and a smile that could freeze the soul.

"I was wondering when we'd meet again, Kael," she whispered. "You've grown stronger… but every

light casts a shadow."

Kael drew his sword. "What do you want from me?"

The goddess chuckled softly. "Nothing… not yet. But when your light shines too brightly, I'll be there

to extinguish it."

With a wave of dark mist, she vanished.

---

Still shaken, Kael returned to Aurelius and went to see the **blacksmith**.

The man, strong and scarred from years of work, studied Kael's weapon carefully.

"You've got spirit, kid," he said. "But this sword won't last long against real monsters."

"Can you forge a better one?" Kael asked.

The blacksmith nodded. "Yes—but I'll need three rare materials:

- the **Crimson Dragon Scale**,

- the **Void Crystal**,

- and the **Heart of the Storm**.

All of them lie within the *Miracorm Dungeon*. But be warned… no one who entered that place ever

came back alive."

Kael smiled confidently. "Then I'll be the first."

## The Miracorm Dungeon

Before him stood a massive stone gate carved with glowing runes.

As Kael touched it, the runes lit up, and the door slowly opened.

A gust of cold air poured out.

"Alright… let's do this."

### Levels 1–10The first floors were filled with **Mist Ghouls**, creatures made of fog and hatred.

Kael unleashed *Fire Burst*, burning them into ashes.

With each fight, his control over magic improved.

### Levels 11–20

Here he faced **Spectral Knights** and **Deep Venom Serpents**.

During one brutal battle, Kael discovered a new spell: *Flame Wave*.

The boss of this section, **Titanus Aegir**, was a stone giant wrapped in lightning.

After a fierce clash, Kael struck him down with a flaming slash and claimed the **Heart of the

Storm**.

### Levels 21–30

The walls turned to black crystal, and whispers echoed through the darkness.

Invisible **Shadow Predators** hunted him, but Kael fought through them relentlessly.

Finally, he reached the last chamber—where **Drakarion, the Crimson Dragon**, awaited.

"So you guard the Dragon Scale," Kael muttered.

Drakarion roared, shaking the dungeon itself.

Kael summoned all his power. "*Flame Nova!*"

A blinding explosion of fire filled the chamber.

When the flames died down, Kael stood victorious.

He gathered the **Crimson Dragon Scale** and opened a golden chest at the center of the room.

Inside, he found the **Void Crystal**—the final material.

But as his fingers touched the gem, darkness surrounded him once more.

From the shadows emerged the **Goddess of Darkness**, her eyes gleaming.

"You've obtained what you desired… but every power has a price," she whispered.

Kael glared at her. "I won't fear you."

She smiled faintly. "Oh, Kael… it's not me you should fear. It's yourself."

Her laughter faded as she disappeared into black mist.

Kael stood alone, the three materials glowing in his inventory.

His heart pounded as he looked up at the dim light above.

"The world of creation… hides more secrets than I imagined."
