Chapter 3 - The unbound

⚔️ Narrator –

"The 4th Generation… has officially awakened."

All squads from Division 60 to 70 stood in perfect formation – eyes forward, hearts beating with adrenaline and dreams. And among them, in row 64, stood the world's newest sparks of chaos and destiny: Ashnix, Ikana, Glacian, and Shino.

🎙️ Announcer:

"All squads, proceed to the Grand Hall. There… your masters await."

The ground trembled as 50 proud squads marched through the gates – weapons strapped, uniforms shining, auras burning like wildfire.

Ashnix and his squad stood silently, waiting.

One by one, the Masters appeared.

👑 The Arrival of 64th Squad Master

He walked in casual steps, hair long and free, eyes half-closed but deadly sharp.

He was no hero in shining gold. He was more dangerous. He was real.

"I'm Tenkai. I don't do flashy speeches. I'm chill, but serious when it matters. I'm also the best person you'll ever meet – if you don't piss me off."

Ikana nodded with respect. Glacian silently observed. Ashnix slightly bowed. Shino just smiled like she already knew his personality.

Then:

Tenkai: "Introduce yourselves. Not your name. Tell me what makes you dangerous."

🔥 Ashnix – "Flame Imperial, Nature Aura, and… something yet to be named."

⚪ Glacian – "Ice heart. Frozen rage. My shields… never break."

💘 Shino – "I don't steal hearts. They surrender."

🎈 Ikana – "I make jokes. Then I turn them into explosions."

Tenkai's eyes glittered.

"Yeah. You're my kind of broken."

🛡️ Scene 2 – Blazers Weapon Base

The team followed Tenkai into a huge underground arena filled with weapons that glowed with power.

Tenkai: "Tools don't make a Blazer strong. But the right weapon… can make them invincible."

Even Maro (division instructor) was helping the young squads.

⚔️ Weapon Selection

Ashnix:

"I already have a blade. A sword I haven't... truly awakened yet." He pulls out a mysterious sword and he takes a pocket knife and some small wepones

Ikana:

"I want something… dangerous AND fun." He takes double sharp-edged aura gauntlets – like claw gloves with balloon marks.

Shino:

"Daggers. Dual. Close enough to kill… beautiful enough to love." She chooses twin curved daggers with petal-like edge design.

Glacian:

"I handle distance, direction, and drag." He picks three reinforced aura chains—each one able to hold a giant.

Tenkai smirks.

"Good choices. You're not here to survive. You're here to define what power means."

🧵 Scene 3 – Suit Design

Team 64th colors were chosen: Red – the color of power, of fire, of attention.

🎨 Costume Selections:

Ashnix – Red and Black (fire/royalty)

Ikana – Purple, White, and Red (fun, chaos, heart)

Glacian – Black, Blue, with a Touch of Red (cold control, but warm blood)

Shino – Pink, White, Violet, with subtle Red (love with a killing edge)

Tenkai wore normal black… with a single red thread across his collar.

"Red isn't just color. It's a warning."

🏙️ Scene 4 – Their Territory: VIYAN CITY

Narrator:

"Viyan. A city of construction. Innovation. The playground of the future. The home… of Squad 64."

Their base was a modern glass-and-steel building with 5 rooms, a training hall, and a weapon vault – with the symbol of 64th Squad carved in crimson.

Tenkai:

"Unpack. Rest. Tomorrow… the real mission begins. No tests. No grades. Only death or victory."

Ikana: "Uhh… sir. Can I get a snack's and drinks fridge?"

Tenkai: "You ask me that again, I'll bury you alive."

Ikana nods respectfully:

"Thank you, sir."

Narrator:

The next morning, before the sun fully rose, a hush swept across Division 60–70. The Blazers Council had summoned every squad master, leader, and member to the Grand Council Hall. Rumor spread like wildfire: the elders were to decide something important for the entire division.

A messenger ran to Squad 64's base and delivered the summons. Tenkai read it once, then folded it with calm hands.

> Tenkai: "Team — assembly tomorrow. We'll decide formation, roles, and strategy based on your skills, weapons, and mindsets. I can change leadership if needed, but I believe Glacian fits the leader role. He's unshakeable at range defense. I'll handle long-range with bow and arrow. I want Shino, Ikana, and Ashnix as rush attackers. If we need a flanker, Ikana's illusions make him the best candidate."

Ikana chewed the tip of his thumb and grinned.

Shino nodded, cheeks barely flushed.

Glacian only watched the horizon.

The Grand Council

The Grand Hall towered with pillars etched in old runes. Fifty squads, ten masters, ten leaders, and 30 members in each squad and here is 50 members filled the floor like a living chessboard. At the front sat Maro, Division Captain, flanked by the eleven Blazers Elders — faces carved by decades of war.

Maro rose. The hall silenced.

> Maro: "Leaders, masters — the Council will now hear your division name and purpose."

Tenkai stepped forward for Division 60–70.

> maro (calm): "We will be called Alpha's. We stand to hunt Shadows, protect civilians, and learn the truth of their origin."division 60 to 70 called as Alpha's

An elder cleared his throat.

> 3rd Elder: "Good name. Clear and forward."

> 6th Elder: "You aim to kill Shadows."

> 1st Elder (grim): "Remember — this threat has cost us for eighty-two years."

> 2nd Elder: "This war seems infinite."

> 4th Elder: "But you will search. Not merely kill."

> 5th Elder: "Discover their origin. That is vital."

> 8th Elder: "Destroy what must be destroyed and bring peace."

> 9th Elder: "Obey orders. Follow mission directives."

> 10th Elder: "We will fund your operations, provide facilities, and the honor of the Blazers."

> 11th Elder: "Go with our blessing. Do not return in shame."

Maro's gaze swept the room.

> Maro: "Alpha's — you carry the weight of this division. Train well. Live up to this name."

The hall erupted briefly in the low murmur of soldiers, then fell into focused silence as squads returned to their bases.

Narrator (closing beat):

Squad 64 filed out under Tenkai's steady stride. The team echoed in their minds like a challenge and a promise. Each of them — Ashnix, Ikana, Glacian, Shino — felt the Council's words settle into the bones of their fate.

Tomorrow: first field assignment from the Council. Tonight: weapons, strategy, and a final quiet before the world pushed them into the storm.

Finally, the first mission arrived. Team 64 was fully prepared. Their task was to rescue Rose Village, located in Siring, also known as The Peace of Heaven.

The threat there was from the Fused Shadows (FS) — creatures born when a shadow fuses with a human. This fusion can only happen if both the shadow and the human willingly accept each other. Once fused, they gain the raw power of a shadow and the intelligence of a human, making them extremely hard to defeat. The FS also command ordinary Shadows (S) — mindless monsters that exist only to destroy and obey their commander's orders.

As Team 64 approached the village, twelve normal shadows suddenly attacked.

Tenkai calmly raised his hand, his index finger pointed upward. A glowing arrow appeared above him, suspended in the air. Then, with a swift motion, he aimed his finger forward and said,

> "Final aim — one last shadow."

The arrow instantly split into several parts, striking through all twelve shadows before piercing the last one and returning perfectly to Tenkai's hand.

The entire team stood in shock.

Ashnix finally asked, "How… how did you do that without even using a bow?"

Tenkai smiled slightly and replied,

> "I use Air Imperial — and mine is unbounded."

He continued,

> "Every Imperial is normally bounded. Yours too. When an Imperial becomes unbounded, it gains a heart and mind of its own. It cant betray you or refuse your orders. I from hardwork and imperial mastry finally unbounded mine, allowing it to think and act freely. It can now make its own decisions — and I've merged it with my strongest arrow, meaning I can control it in any way, even without a bow." and it helps me evertime

The team listened in awe, realizing their master's strength and understanding just how far they still had to go.
