But at last he came out after Sodhi started the truck and was about to drove it.
The moment the society residents heard that the drive was drunk and in that state of his he drove the truck and got in the accident they all became furious.
As the usual life of theirs they all started to talk to together which just created the voices in which nothing was being heard clearly.
But then Champakalal stopped them all and when he ordered to talk one by one after that Bhide said that they should call the police and give the driver to the police for the crime of drunken driving and then eventual accident.
With this point of Bhide everyone including Jethalal agreed and showed their united to view to call the police for the driver.
But at that moment the driver started to plead to the residents of the society to not call the police as he has family to look after for.
The driver said that he knew that drinking and driving is a crime and he realizes that he has done a mistake which he will never again repeat in his life.
The driver even vowed on his kids that he will stop drinking and driving and even more he will completely stop consuming alcohol.
The pleading of the driver was not melting the hearts of the residents of the society but there was one person whose heart melted by the pleadings of the driver.
And this person is none other than the only elder and the so called most wise and wisdom filled man of the society Mr. Champakalal Jayantilal Gada.
The old man took a pity on the driver and so in his authoritive and serious tone he forbade the residents of the society to not call the police.
Everyone was astonished by this decision of Champakalal and even questioned for the reason behind this decision.
And so it began the wise and wisdom filled words of Champakalal which he used for the Hriday parivartan aka change of heart of the residents of the society.
Champakalal stated that the driver had realized and he should be given a chance to rectify his mistake and if they don't give this chance of rectification to the driver for his done mistake then it will be the mistake of the residents of the society.
Champakalal even asked the driver to remember and follow the vow that he had taken to not repeat the same mistake again ever in his life.
The driver readily agreed and reiterated the vow that he had made of not touching the alcohol again in his life.
And with that the great wisdom filled Champakalal forgave the truck driver and ordered him to take the truck out of the society and everyone else also joined in with Champakalal as well.
The driver went into his truck and started it as well but then Sodhi told him to do somethings that he needs to do for taking the truck out of the society.
The driver couldn't understand he needs to do and so Sodhi took the steering wheel from the driver and drove the truck out of the society to his garage to fully fix the problems that's pressnt in the truck.
Once the truck has gone out and the entrance was cleared the residents of the Gokuldham Society started to rejoice and dance in happiness.
While they all were having a little conversation between them Babita came to her balcony and asked about the truck for which Jethalal replied that the truck has gone out of the society.
After hearing this answer from Jethalal she became happy because she is expecting a doctor for visiting Iyer.
And after a few minutes the doctor arrived and when he asked about Iyer, Jethalal and Daya brought the doctor to the flat of Iyer.
The doctor checked Iyer and assumed that he might have broken his ankle but for better understanding he referred them to have an X-ray of the leg.
And for the time being the doctor advised to rest and told Babita to bring the X-ray report to him once it was done.
Babita agreed and then Jethalal brought the doctor out and once the doctor has gone Jethalal returned and said, "Babita Ji I will accompany you and Iyer for the X-ray. You don't need to worry about anything."
This kind gesture of Jethalal made Babita to thank him and he immediately said that he will get ready within thirty minutes and she should help Iyer to get ready and herself get ready so that they could bring him for the X-ray.
