The ground shook violently, rattling buildings, shattering windows, and sending people scrambling into the streets. Sirens blared across the city, followed by the sharp, steady voice of the announcer echoing through emergency speakers:
"Attention all citizens. An unidentified T1 Bahimut has emerged within Sector 12. Please proceed to the nearest evacuation zone immediately. This is not a drill."
On screens across the city, the live broadcast showed a towering beast with jagged scales and bone-like wings tearing through the streets. Dust clouds swirled as its massive claws ripped into concrete. The camera feed shook, cutting in and out, but one thing was clear; Bahimut's rampage was dangerously close to the old shopping district.
And in that district… was their mother's shop.
Without a second thought, they bolted, their chest burning as they sprinted against the flow of panicked crowds. All that mattered now was reaching her. Every step pounded louder than the sirens. Every second felt like it was slipping away.
When they reached the street, their worst fear greeted them; collapsed walls, smoke, shattered glass.
The little family shop stood half-destroyed.they searched frantically until at last they spotted her. Their mother, lying unconscious against the rubble. Her breathing was shallow, but she was alive. Relief came over them—but there was no time to rest.
Rushing towards their unconscious mother, they tried to save her but at this moment,the Bahimut Roared, its feet just a few distance from their mother.
Once again, panic burst through their minds as they looked at the Bahimut responsible for this destruction.
The Bahimut was about 5 meters tall (over 16 feet), purple in colour,covered with spiky scales.
It looked like a gigantic Armageddon lizard, its claw sharp enough to split a skyscraper into two easily. The pressure emitted from it caused people to run from their life, its spiky tail swung, destroying buildings close to it.
Even though it wasn't their first time seeing such a creature, the fear of death still causes them to run around, causing chaos.
Its predatory eyes wandered around the crowd that were running towards the evacuation zone.
As it took a step forward,
SWOOSH! BOOM!
An unknown group of humans flew into the scene, each holding a gun, one of them had shot the leg of the Bahimut, causing it to grunt in pain as it let out a painful roar, taking a step backward.
The bullet from the gun pierced through the scale of the Bahimut, only able to pierce halfway through the body of the Bahimut.
Taking advantage of this, Shinra and Shizue quickly rushed towards Their mother, carrying their unconscious mother from the range of the Bahimut.
The Bahimut Roared in anger, the injury caused by the gun, healed with speed close to the naked eyes.
This isn't an ordinary gun but an advanced gun specialised in dealing with the Bahimuts.
Five of the humans wearing unknown tech suits, surrounded the Bahimut.
Each with a gun, shooting rapidly, damaging the Bahimut.
The Bahimut Roared, not left out, as it swang it tail at the closest human beside it, the human saw the incoming tails, jumping beyond height a Normal human could jump.
ROAR!
The Bahimut didn't stop at this, it opened, charging Energy, releasing a beam of purple Energy towards the humans, swinging it.
The humans moved as they were trained for this, dodging the beam of energy that was coming for them but the building that surrounds them didn't escape, crashing and destroyed.
Thankfully, all human had ran towards the evacuation site, well fortified that Bahimut can't pierce through but Shinra and Shizue were still around with their unconscious mother.
They took cover with one of the destroyed building, the beam of energy going above, narrowly avoiding them.
The battle continued, with the five humans attacking the Bahimut.
But even though their weapon was able to pierce through the Bahimut scale, the damage wasn't able to hinder it's regenerative speed which made them helpless, as the battle was at stalemate.
Shizue frowned when she saw this, looking at her mother that was unconscious, her thoughts flickered.
At this moment, the Bahimut Roared towards the sky, with earth-shaking roar that blasted away its assailant.
Its purple scale began to shine, as its body pulsating with power, energy reaching class-4 Bahimut.
At this moment, the five human assailants couldn't injure the Bahimut any longer, finding it hard to withstand the attack of the Bahimut.
Buildings were destroyed with everything in disarray and chaos.
When Shizue saw this, she sighed, looking back at Shinra, "Protect Mom well, am coming back"
As she said this, she headed to the battlefield with Shinra watching her leave, a smile of amusement on his face.
What she was hiding, he knew about it.
Shizue looked at the Bahimut that was going rampant, after the new surge of its power.
Before she got towards the range of the battle, her glasses shone, then it began to fragment into small unknown particles..
This small unknown particle began to multiply, covering her entire body, forming a mecha dark combat suit that covered her entire body
With a partial helmet on, the number 004 was plastered on the suit.
As this suit appeared, it felt as if another Bahimut had arrived.
The rampant Bahimut noticed her, looking at her.
Immediately it looked towards her direction, she had disappeared, the next moment, Shizue appeared beside it, with the move of her foot, the Bahimut was sent flying, half of its head exploding.
Its healing strength couldn't heal the damage quickly. The Bahimut sensed danger and death.
With sacrifice, it healed its head back to its prime.
Opening its mouth to release its strongest attack, a large purple beam of attack was generated, looking like a mini-sun.
Shizue didn't flinch at this, stretching her hands forward, two dark short swords appeared in her hands and everywhere descended into darkness.
The Bahimut released the beam of attack that caused devastation towards the surroundings.
An unknown Energy was circulating through her suit, as it glowed with dark light.
SWOOSH! SWOOSH!
Her figure disappeared, All everyone could see was a dark light and the next second, Shizue was already behind the Bahimut.
They saw as the purple beam and Bahimut were cut into pieces, the core of the Bahimut couldn't escape as it was partaker of the slash.
Blood splattered everywhere, the Bahimut scourged by Shizue.
But nobody notices before the Bahimut exploded, a small pure bloody ant fell from it, all one could see was blood and slaughter.
"Commencing the search for the most cruelest creature in the world"
It burrowed the ground, unnoticed by everyone.
