Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: The Rinne Saiyan God

The second ley line met at the Astral Basin, where the veil of reality was fine. The cloud was eternal twilight, and spurted nebulous colours, and the earth was obsidian smooth as a mirror, which was a reflection of the cosmic dances above. In this case the Prana was not movement, but stillness, the stillness of such magnitude that it seemed like the universe was in suspension.

Frieza Pain was seated in the middle of the basin, cross-legged on a floating piece of quartz. He was serenely shaped, his six golden circles of his Deva Paths circling him slowly. He failed to open his eyes when they came.

The scholar and the prince, he said, his voice tuning in with the mute moaning of the Basin. You take your calculus and your vanity to a shrine of complete moderation. It is... poetic."

Your balance is very like extinction, Gohan said, his Prana Vision booted up, and it was breaking down the impossibly complicated energy field. The Six Suns were not merely the sources of power, but of a conceptual kind, each of which controlled an essential law of this local reality.

And is extinction only symmetry set right, Frieza Pain answered, and his eyes opened. They possessed the nothingness of space. You clasp to your deviant personalities. I give you togetherness in the great equation.

Say it not, Sasuke, his hand on the hilt of the Blaze Fang. His Ultra Sharingan Instinct was already tracing the probabilities, in search of the imperfection on the perfect geometry of the god. "We are here to break your toy."

Frieza Pain smiled in a cold, cold-blooded, dramatic expression. Then prove your variables.

The struggle was not an action, but an order.

"Deva Sun: Gravity Command."

The mass of a crashed star descended on them. The obsidian floor that Gohan was standing on broke. The knees of Sasuke would shudder a moment and then his Majin Blue aura would burst out, its liquid, versatile energy overcoming the pressing power.

"Asura Sun: War Machine Form."

Four other mechanical arms of condensed Prana, ending with cannon, sprang back of Frieza Pain. They rotated in themselves, and poured volleys of energy homing blasts that flashed through the stalwart air.

Sasuke transformed into a blue phantom, his Shadow Breaker teleportation that enabled him shift in and out of reality which helped him avoid the blasts and bridge the gap. His Blaze Fang struck out, Crescent Void Slash to cut off the bond between Frieza Pain and the Asura Sun. The god simply raised a hand.

"Preta Sun: Absorption Field."

He was enclosed in a glittering dome. The reality gashing slash of the dome by Masuke just... evaporated, costing its energy to power the golden halo of the Rinne Saiyan.

"He's a closed system!" Enchanting and gleaming in his hand, a golden katana of gleaming will, Gohan shouted his own Spirit Blade. Attacks he annuls and expends the energy to keep up his defenses. We can not overpower him directly.

Then we blow the system," snarled Sasuke, and he fired a Crimson Halo Detonation which caused Frieza Pain to briefly re-solidify his gravity field into a shield.

The Chrono Theorem came into play in the mind of Gohan. The world was paralyzed, turning into a web of streams of energy and probability fields. He beheld it--the Gravity Command was the keynote. It had to perform a continuous and minute correction to the movements of its targets. A feedback loop.

His Gravity Sun has a lag of calculation of 0.0003 seconds! Through the din of the Asura cannons Gohan shouted. It is small as nothing, yet there it is! When we can make a paradox in its targeting data, we will be able to compel an overload!

Define the variable, Sasuke said, and already envisaged the scheme.

On my word, I require you to be two places at once!

It was a insane gamble. Sasuke gave a curt nod.

Gohan had the light of a thousand calculations in his eyes. Time Reflection! Chrono Theorem: Temporal Reflection!

He didn't attack Frieza Pain. He assaulted the flow of information to the Gravity Sun. He estimated the path of the first shadow Breaker of Sasuke and formed an ideal echo of it a phantom signature that manifested 0.0003 seconds behind the real Sasuke.

The reason of the Deva Sun broke. It attempted to kill a target that could be both in position A and position B. Once, in a glorious moment, the terrible gravity field trembled and stuttered its splendid balance was broken.

It was the introduction that Sasuke needed.

The crushing weight removed, he made another leaped with god-speed. He did not apply any fancy method. He employed that which Frieza Pain had rejected pure, undiluted, arrogant power. His majin blue essence narrowed down to his fist and he impaled it not at the body of Frieza Pain but at the very center at the center of the golden ring which circled his head--the center of the Rinne Saiyan Eyes.

The influence was not heard but the consequence was devastating. Over the golden circle was a net of cracks. The other five suns were contending wildly. The Absorption Field was swaying. Asura weapons melted into particles of light.

Frieza Pain had been thrown off his quartz throne into the obsidian mirror which made a crack that reverberated in the Basin. A moment passed and the golden circles faded. He set himself up, and a drop of the waking, golden blood--blood of a god--pouring down his lip. The arrogant smile had disappeared, with one of cold, critical rage.

You put a fallacy in the diviner calculation, he said, and his voice was no longer melodious, but acute. "A temporary irregularity."

It was just that you were proud of yourself, and that was all that was wrong with you, Sasuke told him, and his Blaze Fang pointed to the prostrate god. There is no place in existence equation of existence where designates a single author.

The ley line, relieved of his hold on it, at first vibrated erratically, and its force was dispersed harmlessly into the Astral Basin. The second goal was fulfilled fully.

When they turned away Frieza Pain, with the voice treated of its poetic majesty, pursued them, a harsh threat.

The total amount is yet to be counted. And I always balance my books."
