"We're not sure yet." Max shrugs as he tells the lie. "We're gonna sleep on it for a night before we decide."
His father nods and reaches out, touching the silky black hair on Levi's head. "That's a good idea. He'll carry the name for the rest of his life, it needs to be a good one. Congratulations to the both of you. You made it this far, now you just need to protect him for the rest of his life." He smiles at the both of us. "I think it's time for us to leave. We'll visit later today."
Max's mother kisses my cheek and runs her finger over Levi's. "Sleep tight you two. You'll need it."
Max leads them out of the room and then Alexia and Elias come in together.
Elias is at my side immediately, looking at the both of us. "So glad to see you're both doing well."
I smile. "Thank you. Did you hear from Dad and Evie?"
