Yujun's POV
I walk down the hallway that now feels more familiar and more home-like to me than my own home with careful steps.
Yeon and Yunah's words had boosted my confidence, but anxiety still gnaws at my heart and grows in my chest as I walk with my head down.
What if he doesn't want me? What if he has realized that loving me isn't worth it?
I arrive at the room that Yeon had described for me to be Jaehyun's and I push open the door to walk in without knocking…a big mistake.
Jaehyun is freshly stepping out of the shower and holding a towel, the sight of him makes my mouth go dry.
He is bare-chested with water running down his neck, down his chest, past his abs and soaking the grey sweatpants that sit low on his hips.
He looks startled to see me stopping the hands that were lifted to rub the towel into his wet hair.
Both of us stand frozen, looking at each other like we did at the gate some minutes ago.
