Chapter 3 - Ch3: Rebirth and The Abandonment

In the night sky of Kuntibhoja's palace shimmering stars were present, but inside the room of marble there was silence and the thick presence of guilt expressed by the beautiful maiden with somewhat little girl vibe.

Princess Kunti of Kuntibhoja was standing near the window clutching a bag of cloth in which lay 2 Infant . One radiating golden glow and another radiating silver both have there eyes shut but breathing evenly their tiny chests rose and fell softly, unaware of the cruel fate about to unfold.

The scent of sandalwood and iron mixed in the air; the holy fire from her invocation circle still smoldered. Hours ago, she had tested the Divine Mantra given to her by Sage Durvasa a sacred chant that could summon any god to grant her a child. In her youthful curiosity and pride, she had called upon Lord Surya, the Sun God, merely to test the truth of the sage's words.

And Surya had answered.

In an instant of divine brilliance, he appeared radiant, gentle, yet commanding. He blessed her with twins, radiant as golden and silver fire and calm as the dawn and Surya also said there name open with golden hue was Karna and the one with Silver hue was Vasu. But with that blessing came the curse of her reality an unmarried princess with children of the Sun.

There was guilt, there was shame, there were tears falling but thinking of the disgrace that will fall on him and her father she was confused Kunti's heart was torn between maternal warmth and fear of disgrace. "If my father finds out , what will the world says" she whispered, tears wetting her trembling hands.

The twins stirred, one of them — Vasu — opened his eyes first. His irises glowed faintly with a strange silver hue, unlike any human. The other, Karna, radiated warmth like sunlight itself, soft golden glimmers surrounding his tiny body.

"Forgive me," Kunti choked out. "Forgive your mother for her sin."

Kunti was unaware but there was intelligent light inthe child eyes yes our Vasu has came to the point he saw his surroundings and got to know and he started thinking but just A light flared behind his closed eyes — fragments of another life flashing before him:

A television, the sound of drums, a man crying before a screen showing Karna's death.

The sorrow, the rage, the curse hurled toward the heavens — all came rushing back.

> "Mahabharata… Karna… my brother…"

"So this… is where it begins again." "Oh so I have came to this point so am I going to flowed in the basket with my Anuj(Small brother) isn't this kunti is showing so much crocodile tear " Vasu has soul of vasu from kalyug , he can atleast see that she was not as sincere as she was showing. Yes she has some guilt but the guilt was has dropped to zero in front of her own reputation.

She had made her mind and her eyes became some what cold and she asked her oldest and the loyal maid "Kiran please go and prepare a basket to carry these two and decorate them well so if they are going by anyone they can take good care of them".

Maid was stunned hearing this and when she looked at the cold eyes of Kunti she put her mouth shut she knew that Kunti has made herself clear if she talk more she can't garrunty her life.

Kiran goes and comes with a well decorated basket with some jwellery in it . She knew she was not doing right thing but what can she do looking at child she was feeling like that she would have power then she would have kill kunti and take the child to raised.

"*Sigh* It's all niyati may lord Surya and Devi(Goddess) Ganga Bless them " thought the maid. Then under the cloak of night, they walked toward the sacred river Ganga.

She placed the basket afloat. As the basket vanished into the darkness, Kunti fell in the embrace of Kiran, sobbing . "Forgive me… my sons…"

Just as Kiran also embraced Kunti thinking that all these coldness just was a facade, just then a sharp glint passed through Kunti's eyes as she took out a dagger and plunged it into Kiran's back as Kiran was falling she asked kunti with her last breath "why Kunti why???" Listening to it Kunti was also sasd but Kunti said " I have to do It Kiran after you die this secret will be gone with you"

Listening to what Kunti said Kiran unconsciously given her the curse that "As she has thrown away the loyalty and love for you. You will be also be discarded by your son "

All these was seen by six people other than Kiran they were non other than Devi(Goddess)Ganga , Suryadev(Sun god or lord Surya),Lord Shiva,Lord Bhrama ,Lord Vishnu and none other than Vasu

Vasu saw it due to the system activation at the time Kunti put the basket to flow with river it was adjusting him to this body and it adjusting him to the niyati so that no one will feel him as anomaly.

At the time Kunti putting the basket in Ganga Vasu felt a pang in his chest how could a mother be so cold he felt crying he was so sad she don't have any amount of guilt for throwing him.

She was just like the mother of his past life she also thought him as a burden so she put her at the door of orphanage but after becoming adult when he tried to find her he found her in a year after founding her when he got to meet her she also has the same cold eyes as Kunti had now and she said that he was just a mistake that no one want so not to sued legally she put him in orphanage at that moment What Vasu felt then he felt it more than 10 times now.

He felt that something shatter inside him it was his childishness and pure heart and when he was about to go in the blackning

Then, a sudden pulse of light rippled through Vasu's body.( Which only he could see)

His eyelids fluttered open, revealing eyes of molten silver — glowing faintly in the night.

He could not speak, but something within him stirred — a voice, or a divine voice

-----------------------------------------------------------

Above the water, a towering figure appeared cloaked in cosmic flame and silence Lord Shiva. His eyes gleamed like galaxies.

In the Void

Lord Shiva:

"You remember your sorrow well, Vasu."

The infant's tiny body could not move, yet his soul stood radiant before Mahadev.

Vasu (calmly):

"I remember everything, Lord. The tears I shed for Karna, the injustice that burned my soul. You heard me curse heaven… and yet, here you stand."

Lord Shiva (smiling faintly):

> "I did not come for your curse — I came for your devotion.

You wept not for yourself but for one who suffered needlessly. That heart is worthy of the power I now offer."

The cosmos rippled — stars bent, and the river glowed with silver and gold.

Lord Shiva:

"This world's fate was written in cruelty. But I will give it one more chance — a new universe, where destiny may be rewritten.

You shall be reborn as Karna's twin — the protector of his path. But you must remember… conceal your power, for the heavens themselves would tremble if they saw your true form."

Vasu bowed, light flowing from his form.

"I will remember everything, Lord. I swear upon you this time, Karna will not stand alone."

Shiva extended his trident, touching the soul of the infant.

Lord Shiva:

"You will possess the Mahā-Kāl System, born of my essence.

But your body shall carry a seed — a power beyond divinity.

The Silver Superman Gene — an evolutionary code that surpasses the Trimurti themselves.

It will grow with every breath, every challenge, every pain you endure.

No limit. No decay. Only ascension."

The infant's body shimmered.

Veins of pure silver light spread through him — shaping his heart, his bones, and his soul.

A sigil of infinite evolution burned into his chest, merging with the trident mark of Shiva.

Lord Shiva:

"Even I shall not perceive your root completely. The Trimurti may sense a blur in time — but they will never see your truth. Unless they use there power fully to see

Walk unseen. Protect your brother. Rewrite his destiny."

The world resumed its motion.

The current carried the twins onward, but the air sang with divine hum.

As the basket floated toward Adhiratha's shore, two children slept

one born of sunlight, the other of starlight

bound forever by love, destiny, and rebellion against heaven itself.

The basket drifted silently on the moonlit Ganga.

The twins Karna and Vasu cried softly, their tiny stomachs empty, untouched since birth.

The river sensed their hunger and despair. A soft, radiant light rose from the waters.

From the luminous current emerged Devi Ganga, her form ethereal and maternal. She knelt beside the basket, her eyes soft yet commanding.

> "No child of mine shall hunger while I breathe," she murmured.

With divine grace, she cupped the infants close.
