Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 : The Understanding

Chapter 3: The Understanding

*Uncle Datian*: Alright, let me tell you the story of the Grantor, Mr. Omberial Kremer, as recorded in the book _Origin of Powers_ from the Grantor's Fortress.

In a parallel world to Earth called _Sera_, a pair from the same tribe was born: _Omberial Kremer_ and _Ivera Yaska_. They weren't siblings, but members of the _Rekamaren_ tribe—a tribe that completely changed its beliefs after these two developed supernatural powers at the age of ten.

Their powers were extraordinary, earning them the title _Eternal Rulers_. They married and had a child named _Karharad_, who inherited half the power of each parent, making his strength equal to theirs combined.

The family lived in peace, and the Rekamaren tribe rose to dominate all social classes thanks to this duo. But what truly distinguished them wasn't just power—it was intelligence.

- _Ivera_: Attractive features, long wavy hair, enchanting brown eyes, with a personality that swung between kindness and calm.

- _Omberial_: Wise, light brown hair, tall and charismatic, became the tribe's leader. Despite their power, they lived simply.

But peace didn't last. The once innocent _Karharad_ turned into a power-hungry tyrant, seeking absolute dominance. He decided to kill his parents, sparking a _great saga_ that split the world of Sera into:

- Followers of _Karharad_

- Followers of _Omberial_ and _Ivera_

The Great Battle

In the plains of the _Kantor_ tribe, Omberial and Ivera appeared with an army of warriors wielding primitive weapons and ancient armor.

- _Omberial_ (weeping): "My son, please… stop, I beg you!"

- _Ivera_ (calmly amid the roar of armies): "Karharad, I'm your mother… I nursed you, raised you for fifteen years. You are my beloved son."

Karharad responded with a swift attack on his mother. Omberial intervened using the _Speak or Rise_ technique, which temporarily froze time. He then canceled it, allowing Ivera to surprise Karharad with _Zaraphil_, a technique that converts body fat into intense physical power.

- _Karharad_ (thinking): "What is this technique? Not Zaraphil that broke my bones… but the one that made me feel like I'd vanish if I didn't decide."

Omberial and Ivera launched a barrage of attacks. Karharad countered with _Herflan_, a technique that forces the body to accelerate reflexes. He dodged his mother's strikes and attacked his father from behind.

- _Omberial_ (thinking): "So few words I've said to my son… he once dreamed of a quiet home and family, but chose another path."

Omberial lost focus. Karharad seized the moment and used _Shiyashio_, a technique that temporarily disrupts nerve coordination. Ivera then unleashed 100 punches per second using _Zaraphil ×15_, knocking him unconscious.

Omberial used _Knock on the Door_ to escape and ordered his forces to retreat. He and Ivera teleported to a space-like realm.

- _Karharad_ (shouting): "Cancel!"

Back at his base, Omberial gasped: "I almost vanished… if Ivera hadn't held me tightly."

- _Ivera_: "Why didn't you tell me about this technique?"

- _Omberial_: "It's dangerous… you could disappear into the cosmos."

- _Ivera_: "Use it. Go to another world. Pass your power to cleanse the corruption our son will leave behind."

After a heartfelt farewell, Omberial arrived on Earth in _2065_, creating the _Crystal Domains_, the _Evolution Map_, and _Element 13_. He was welcomed by _Araiz_, who became his assistant. Omberial died in _2076_, eleven years later.

After the Story

- _Arner_: "Yes… this is fascinating. It stirs my curiosity."

- _Uncle Datian_ (thinking): "Not a hint of empathy… what a cold heart."

- _Kard_: "Arner's face shifted from calm to strange… the more secrets there are, the more terrifying his curiosity becomes."

-Arner: "Alright. Let's head to the Patris!"
