Klyde pulled out his sword, lowering it.
' Now that I'm on third, I won't have any problems dealing with you. '
Klyde ran towards the monster, covering the distance in a second. He jumped into the air and threw his sword at on of the wolves, stabbing it through its chest.

He took out his other sword as he landed and stabbed the other through its head. He pulled of the sword as a wolf leaped at him and swiped his sword to cut it but it got caught in the wolf's snout.
Ice rushed from where it bit, spreading and covering the sword. He quickly let go before the ice could reached but then the wolf threw his sword at him.
He quickly crossed his hands to block the sword but it pushed him back. Klyde lowered his arms to see an ice shard flying at him and barely dodged it.
' Now I'm unarmed and still have 5 wolves to deal with. The seem to have high strength but their defense is low.
Klyde's hands balled into fists and raised in front of him.
' Hand to hand it is. '
As he was about to rush forwards, he hulted and leaped backwards instead, feeling as if the moment he moved he'd die. And not even a second later, a beam of energy fired past his prior position, blasting of half of one of the frost wolves and destroying his sword.

Klyde stood there, his eyes widened, frozen in horror, his breath getting heavier by the second. His head slowly turned towards the source, the Tachikara, with a blue magic circle in front of its antlers.
' One step forward and that thing would've killed me '
He then though back to when he first killed one.
' Is that why that thing gave that much exp?! I need to kill before it catches me of guard. But my sword… '
Klyde rushed at the wolves as the tachikara started charging another spell. He jumped over one of the wolves only for another to leap at him. He caught it by its gaw and threw it over to the one he jumped.
After landing, he then twisted his body to the left and landed a hard kick to it's skull, which threw it away.
Klyde reached for his sword on the dead wolf and pulled it out, then turned back to the monster.
' No… '
He put his sword back on his hip, and switched to his blaster, aiming at the tachikara.
He then fired, and what take out what a more power, blue energy that hit the tachikara in an instant and blowing it's head clean off.

Klyde said as he approached the two wolves on each other. He stopped near the one he kicked, now knocked out and stabbed it on the chest.

"This got more difficult than expected. And thanks to my recklessness, I lost a sword. I should leave before the second wave starts." He said as he looked at the disappearing bodies.

In a flash, Klyde's body appeared in front of the portal.
' It worked. I kinda wasn't expecting it to considering I hadn't cleared it. '
Klyde walked over to one of the trees and sat down under it's shade.
"My armour has taken significant damage. It's a miracle the enhancement function still works. If I continue down the dungeons my armour will eventually stop working. And without it in done for."

"As I thought… I'm left with 70% I have around 20 minutes left of operation time." He sighed. "I guess I should invest in this worlds armour. I'll just go hand in the cores for my quest."

"Huh?"
The guild attendant looked at the 10 Large cores on her dest, each the size of a grown water melon. Unlike the tachikara's core, these had a rough blue crystal surface with a few large protrusions.
"Okay, let me get this straight. You mean to tell me you where able to kill 10 ascended frostma wolves to get those." The guild attendant asked, shocked and in denial.
"Not precisely but I did kill the monsters for it."
"Those things are at least level 50! You know what. Forget it. Just hand me your card." The attendant asked as we layed out her hand.
Klyde took out the card and placed it on her, and when she dropped card.
"Y-you're l-level 23 now?" The guild attendant, eyes widened in shock.
"Yeah. I entered a dungeon and cleared a few rooms."
"A dungeon?!" She slammed her hands on the table "You should be at least 50 if you're gonna clear one ALONE! And that's only counting the first few rooms"
The few adventurers in the room all turned to the two apon hearing the attendant and whispers on Klyde's levels started.
"Is he really not even level 50?"
"No way. He must be faking his level. You can't just clear a dungeon room like that."
"You can't even fake levels. Are you nuts."
"For all we know, it could be that armor."
The guild looked at the fuss she caused about Klyde and fumbled to pick up his card. She then played a tray of silver coins from under the table down.
"Sorry for causing a fuss. I might've overreacted a bit. Here's your payment and card. You can look for more quests on the board if you want. And feel free to ask me anything."
Klyde took the sliver coins along with his card and put them back in his inventory.
' I never even checked my level when I got here. I'm still a low level though at the moment which is unfortunate. '
He looked back up at the attendant.
"There's actually something I'd like to ask. I aquired some more resources whilst looking for the cores. Is there anywhere I can sell them?"
"Oh, that. You can check the quest board or go to a store that might use it and try selling it there. Just don't get scammed."
"Okay. And how much would silver quarantine cost?"
The guild attendant pauses, and just blinks at him.
"I'm not even gonna bother anymore…" She sighed. "Somewhere around 10 gold I think."
"Okay then. Thank you miss"
"Y-you're welcome I guess, hehe…" She laughed awkwardly.
She waved her hand a bit as he walked on to one of the tables before lowered it.
' How is that even possible? He got 5 levels in 3 hours as a level 23. There's not even that many monsters here. H-how? '
"I must tell the baren about him. A person like him can't just roam around freely here. And that armor. If it really is skypirian, we can't afford to attract trouble here. At worst, we'll have to kill him."
