As Leon comes back into the living room he sets his gaze on Raven's figure eating with a mature composure though the slight reddish-blush on the tip of her ears and her the small smile tugging at her lips betray her posture, Leon realises that she probably had a hard time living alone and scavenging for food if she's this happy eating Donuts from a convenience store.
His face hardens as he realises this is different from the TV and shows, it's real-life and she's a living person infront of him not a character in a show or the famed superhero no this is just a teenage girl who thinks she doesn't have anyone left in this world and thinks she's a danger to everyone near her.
Her every stance and position even while eating hints at her readiness to fight should it come to that, not that he blames her it's only been a day since they met how can he expect her to trust him so easily or maybe that she doesn't want to hurt him either as she probably thinks she's dangerous.
Softening his expression, Leon moves upto her on the couch and bends down giving her the cup of tea.
Leon: here ya go.
Raven: Thanks.
Leon: So, Lemme formally introduce myself again properly now the name's Leon Braveheart moved here last year from a place near Metropolis, currently age 15.
My powers are Kí based, which means I channel my powers from the earth kinda like magic but in a more natural type of way. What about your Raven?
Raven: * Puts down the cup * Umm... My name's Raven as you know, I came here from New York recently before that I used to live with my mom until she passed away never knew my dad so now I'm an orphan and homeless. My powers are magic based and I have a hard time controlling them so I meditate often to control it and I'm 15 as well.
Leon: * Right Eyebrow tenses up * Hmmm... She's being vigilant good, trusting me so easily would've been too suspicious backstory is a lie that I know but 15? That makes her abit older since today's my birthday... he muses.

Nothing alittle bit of money can't help with even if I'm underage, and I've got a contact that helped me so yeah while I'm an orphan I don't need a guardian i inherited alot of wealth from my adoptive parents.
Raven: That's... Cool wa-wait adoptive? What about your real parents?
Leon: *Gets up from the couch* never knew em ... And honestly it doesn't matter much cuz my adoptive parents loved me alot so I never felt the urge to miss them either.
*As I look back and maintain eye contact with an intense look*

No, I meant since you don't have a place to crash you can stay here with me and since you're also a superpowered individual we could help each other learn to control our powers better you know ?. Plus I don't like the thought of you going out to live in the sewers anymore, a girl needs a healthy and clean place to live.
Raven's mind stops working for abit after Leon's teasing but she quickly regains her composure and sits up straighter.
Raven: Thank you Leon, but my powers aren't weak and even if you're superpowered it'll be difficult to handle me when I lose my mind at times, it's not safe for you but thank you you've helped me, gave me shelter and food you're a very kind person and that's why I can't give you more problems with me on top of that I'll be fine, I've lived on my own and survived for the past 3 years alone.
Leon: *Snorts* living in the sewers almost dying to malnutrition? Sure you've been doing well I see.
Raven blushes and moves her head away at that comment, I-I-I lost control a few days ago so you saw me at my worst.
Leon: *Gives her a deadpan stare * Sureee....
And I assume you'll continue to live in the sewers there? And eat whatever you find thrown out?
Raven: * Continues to move her face away from him trying to hide her blush and expression * Th-That was just you finding me at a rough patch it's not always like that usually * the last word being said so low it was almost inaudible*
Leon: * Softens his gaze * Look at me Raven
She faces him, Mind ready to make any kind of excuse that she'll be fine but as she gazes at his soft smile and concern filled face her words get stuck in her throat.
Raven, Listen well I have too much money so much that I don't even know what to do with it and I'm an orphan so I'm always alone in this big house, You can stay here it's safe i don't need anything and if you're worried about repaying me? Take care of yourself that's all I want, you can take the guest room it's almost been empty and with you here the house won't feel so empty anymore. We're both alone in this world so might as well team up ya know ? Kinda like You and Me vs the world? My powers give me superstrength to an extent not like superman or wonderwoman but I'm stronger than a normal human by a huge scale, so relax it'll be fine. You can stay here for a week or so as an experiment if you don't like it here i won't stop you from leaving but please? It'd be more fun in my lonely life with you there.

While Leon's thoughts are wandering inwardly, his exterior however remains the same soft and smiling with a gaze full of concern.

* As she averts her face from Leon hiding her expression unable to see his concern for her which is something entirely new for her*

Raven: H-hey Leon? Why are you so nice to me? You don't have any responsibility nor have we ever met but everytime I can feel your concern and familiarity with me.I-I'm not saying you have ulterior motives just that nobody's been this nice to me.
Leon etchs a smile on his face as he says__ Because I used to be lost too, and alone in a dark place all by myself thinking why do I have bear the burden of suffering, with nobody to help me so I guess It's 2 part kindness 3 parts wanting to resolve some experiences of my own to not feel that pain again by helping you .( Though that was my past life )
Raven: I see ....

Raven: No it's not * The smallest of smiles on that pale face of hers appears* It's a very kind and selfless thing to do that comes with perk of genuine peace. So I don't mind it Leon you're still a very kind person.
Leon: *Chuckles* Then I'm glad you have a high opinion of me .
