Combining the information about the two Pokémon seen through the Eye of Insight, it can be basically concluded that these moves should be exclusive skills of the Galar form of the two Divine Birds.
After transforming into the Galar form, Moltres loses its Fire Attribute, Zapdos loses its Electric Attribute, replaced by Dark Attribute and Fighting-type attributes.
This is why Ash does not let Mewtwo use Psychic powers to directly counter the attacks from the two Pokémon. Zapdos's is manageable, but if Moltres uses a Dark Attribute skill, Mewtwo's Psychic power will be easily broken, resulting in unnecessary injuries.
The reality is just as Ash anticipated; Moltres and Zapdos are indeed using their exclusive moves gained after changing forms, Fiery Wrath and Thunderous Kick.
These two skills are one Dark Type and one Fighting Type. The former concentrates extreme anger into a point, transforming anger into flame form, yet it possesses no heat, only dense malice.
The other one utilizes extreme speed to unleash the sound of thunder, essentially a Fighting Type move, hitting the opponent with a special effect that lowers defense.
However, Ash is not very familiar with the Galar form of the dual Divine Birds, so he also does not know how their exclusive skills work.
Now all he can do is rely on existing intelligence and the Eye of Insight to determine the skills and status of the opposition.

Mewtwo instantly feels a surge of anger rise from the bottom of her heart, and all her transformation skills suddenly seem undesirable to use.
On the other side, Zapdos sets its stance and swoops down again, with colossal claws carrying sharp energy coming towards Mewtwo!
While sealing Mewtwo's troubling Psychic transformation skills, the other side is launching an attack against Mewtwo?
Truly worthy of being one of Team Galactic's four cadres, the command ability is indeed impressive. Had the hard power disparity not been so vast, he might not have so easily captured the opponent.
However... the term overpowered disparity is still applicable now!

Through the brief engagement between Mewtwo and Zapdos just now, she has determined that this Pokémon named Mewtwo is definitely a Psychic-type Pokemon, not just one that can use a few Psychic Attribute moves.
If so, then Moltres possessing Dark Attribute is the perfect counter to Mewtwo!
High overhead, Moltres sends out an ear-splitting cry, a dark red glow gathers in front of it. The glow lacks the scorching texture of flames, but instead, it swells like congealed ink, accompanied by malice enough to warp the air, this is the Dark Pulse move of Dark Type.
The light quickly surges, transforming into a dark red wave that blots out the sky, pressing menacingly towards Mewtwo, the air causing ripples of gray-black waves as it passes, seeming even space might be corroded by this malice.
Mars smiles confidently; to her belief, Psychic-type Pokemon facing Dark-type moves inherently have no resistance; this Dark Pulse should pierce Mewtwo's defense, even if it does not deal severe damage, it should drain its vitality significantly. But in the next second, her smile freezes on her face.
"Dodge." Ash's calm voice rings out, Mewtwo's silhouette instantly vanishes from the spot, moving lightly, like a phantom, leaving only a slight afterimage of Mewtwo on the spot.
That formidable Dark Pulse sweeps past her afterimage, crashing heavily down on the sea below with a "boom," sending up tens of meters high of black waves, amongst which are tiny specks of dark red light.
After MEGA evolution, Mewtwo not only experienced a vast increase in Psychic power, but her speed also reached Epic Level enhancement. Even with Taunt sealing her transformation skills, relying solely on her mobility speed, Mewtwo was enough to dominate the Intermediate Divine Domain level.
That velocity of Dark Pulse seemed like slow motion to Mewtwo.
"Thunderbolt!" While evading, Ash has already prepared Mewtwo for retaliation.
Cold light erupts in Mewtwo's eyes, her body starts to sparkle with crackling golden currents, tiny electric lights jump on her body, as her arms slightly lift, the current swells instantly, transforming into a thick golden thunder column like a giant snake, crashing towards Moltres!
Although transformed into the Galar form and possessing the Dark Attribute, Moltres still carries the Flying Type attribute, and Electric Type moves are super effective against Flying Type!
The golden thunder column carries a piercing roar as it swiftly reaches Moltres.
Moltres, having just released Dark Pulse, had its old strength exhausted without new power born, unable to dodge in time, could only instinctively spread its wings to block. But the speed of lightning far exceeds its reaction; the golden thunder column penetrates through its wings instantly, slamming hard into its torso.
"Screech——!"
