The changes were evident through the grades of Term 1 Year 3. Besides Chakra Control and Jutsu where he still got a C grade Naruto got a B in Taijutsu , Shuriken throwing and Hand Signs

As for Naruto he didn't like talking about dramatic emotional things so he answered shortly that he used to eat cup ramen in his room lying around finding ways to play pranks all day but after Sasuke changed he was dragged to train taken to eat together often and also taught simple cooking in a funny nickname called
"Ninja Art : Fundamentals of Nutritional Science" or simply put it was simple cooking like boiling eggs frying a sunny-side-up egg making an omelet and so on to prevent him from only eating ramen
"Sasuke can cook too?" The parents of the three clans asked almost every time this was mentioned. Sasuke nodded and said he learned some from the house cook because he thought that if he had to stay overnight during a mission in the future and was delayed until he returned to the village late he might have to hunt and cook some food and he didn't want to just eat simple things like grilling and roasting so he learned a bit
As for Sasuke when he was asked about his well-being he answered that he was well taken care of by the Third Hokage. He had a house that was neither too big nor too small and had a gardener Suiren a cook Kazumi and a caretaker Riku.
Even though it wasn't as warm and comfortable as the house in the Uchiha compound it was somewhat comforting that there were still people waiting for him to return home. Sasuke nodded slowly before asking Mirai to teach him other fire jutsu besides the Great Fireball Jutsu which was the only one he knew
"The fire jutsu you can use now is the Great Fireball which Itachi taught you. It's better to practice using it skillfully first. Even though your Hand Signs are fast you still can't control the fire emission very well. If you master this jutsu it will be the foundation for other jutsu that can be applied and if you become truly skilled you might even be able to modify it to create your own original jutsu"
". . . Yes. . . Then I will concentrate on practicing this jutsu"
Sasuke nodded slowly before starting to practice the Hand Signs Boar > Horse > Tiger channeling Chakra to his chest and spitting it out as a flame 2 meters wide and 2 meters high extending 5 meters long before the fire Chakra died down and he gagged slightly because there was residual Chakra that wasn't fully expelled or if compared to an engine it would be incomplete fuel combustion resulting in residual soot
"The Chakra is not released well. If it were the real world you would be choking and unable to continue fire spitting practice for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of time. But this is my world which is 4 times faster than the outside so there is no problem"
"Even in the outside world I wouldn't let the 5 minutes of rest from fire spitting practice go to waste. I will use it to channel Chakra restore my body resolve the choking Chakra sensation in my chest and throat or continue practicing Shuriken throwing"
