[ Congratulations to the Host for successfully completing the mission of finding a location for the Guild! ]
[ Guild Renovation will commence in 5 minutes.]
[ Please refrain from entering the building until renovations are finished.]
Sage's eyes widened as system notification panels filled his view, flashing with countless messages.
He felt a rush of excitement and relief; he had purchased the building, but its poor condition meant he needed a substantial amount of money for renovations, something that seemed nearly impossible in his current situation.
However, with the system's assistance, this task would be a breeze. His main concern now was figuring out how to afford food; otherwise, he might have to endure a few days of hunger.
Taking a deep breath, Sage asked the system, "Will the renovation cause any noise or disturbances?"
[No Host, no one will notice the changes in the building; they won't suspect anything.] The system responded.
"Good!" Sage nodded in relief. As he gazed at the building before him, he sensed an invisible energy surrounding it,a mysterious force that he couldn't quite grasp.
Shaking off his thoughts, Sage looked around and made his way to a lone tree on the opposite side of the building. Leaning against it, he kept his eyes fixed on his new property while his mind raced with possibilities.
Now that he had found an ideal spot to establish the Guild and with free renovations courtesy of the system, his primary worry shifted to earning money.
He was completely broke and needed to register adventurers or secure commissions for missions; that was his only path to income at this moment.
But it won't be easy. The concept of adventuring is quite new here, and not everyone is quick to accept it; some might even think it's a scam.
Sage realizes he needs to come up with a few feasible ideas to earn money quickly, after all, he doesn't want to starve.
Thinking about all this, Sage shook his head. "This is going to be quite difficult."
He looked around the Guild area, which wasn't too deserted or overly crowded. There were plenty of people, especially Warriors, since this was one of the few places in Greyvale City where they came to buy weapons and potions.
The area had taverns, restaurants, inns, and numerous shops specifically built for Warriors. While there are many such places in Greyvale City, this one was relatively small and catered mainly to low-level Warriors.
Sage noticed groups of Warriors coming and going, two or three at a time, from various races. He even spotted two Elves earlier, which surprised him; he thought Elves preferred living in their Magical Forests close to nature.
Still, encountering an Elf was intriguing for Sage; it was the first time in his life he'd seen one. He felt an urge to touch their pointy ears but restrained himself,he certainly didn't want to end up dead.

[ Host: the renovation is complete; you can now enter the Guild. ]
Just then, the system's mechanical voice snapped Sage out of his thoughts.
"Huh! Already?" His eyes lit up as he turned his attention back to the building. When he saw its current state, his excitement grew.
He rushed toward the structure, admiring it from every angle. "System, you really know your stuff! It looks completely different from before."
He was thoroughly satisfied with how the building had transformed.
The entire structure had taken on a new appearance: all the bricks were replaced with brand-new ones, and the moss and climbing plants that once covered it were gone.
The roof had been redone as well; what used to be collapsing walls now looked brand new.
The entrance featured two heavy doors topped with a large wooden sign displaying "Adventurer Guild" in bold golden letters alongside the Adventurer Guild symbol.
The symbol,a triangular silver shield placed within a nine-pointed star, featured two great swords crossed behind it and was surrounded by nine pairs of golden wings at its base adorned with two silver griffins.
"Hmmm! This is quite different from any Adventurer Symbol I know!" Sage rubbed his chin as he examined it but didn't dwell on it too much,it seemed like something created by the system anyway.
With an excited heart, Sage rubbed his hands together and slowly pushed open both doors. As he stepped inside for the first time, wonder filled his eyes.
"Wow! This place is huge! It wasn't this big when I first bought it!" His surprise flickered brightly as he took in his surroundings.
The first floor of this building, which is the building main level floor was impressively spacious, almost the size of half a football pitch.
The entire area features polished tile flooring and is flanked by five sturdy pillars that support the structure.
Just a few meters from the entrance stands an elegantly crafted receptionist desk, accompanied by throne-like wooden chairs.
Behind the desk hangs a large, deep green banner emblazoned with the Adventurer Symbol.
Throughout the space, small flags displaying the Adventurer Symbol are tastefully arranged.
Strategically placed tables and chairs add to the ambiance; each piece is exquisitely designed with intricate carvings that lend an air of refinement and elegance.
At the far end of the floor looms a massive blackboard, standing upright like those found in classrooms. While it shares a similar height with typical blackboards, it is three times larger in size.
Sage's mouth fell open as he absorbed his surroundings. He wandered around for several minutes, getting acquainted with his new environment.
Although it was currently simple and devoid of extravagant designs, Sage felt it would suffice for now.
He nodded thoughtfully as he explored before making his way to the receptionist area. Sitting down on one of the comfortable chairs at the tall desk, he noticed numerous cabinets lined along one side. Curiously, he opened a few but found them empty.
Suddenly, a voice from the system interrupted his thoughts.
[ Host your Status Panel has been updated and the Adventurer Guild Interface has been opened; take a look ]
Sage's eyes lit up with curiosity. "Open Status Panel," he commanded.
Instantly, a glowing green holographic panel materialized before him, adorned with complex runes and flickering edges inscribed with an ancient language.
On this holographic screen was his status displayed in golden text that seemed to pulse with power:

As Sage read through his Status Panel, he couldn't help but twitch at the talent section where it labeled him as "trash."
A pang of disappointment washed over him at this harsh assessment.
"Hey system, come on! I can't be that bad, right? I must have some talent!" Sage protested.
[ Analysis complete. Host possesses zero measurable talent for mana manipulation or physical combat. Aptitude is significantly below the local average. Classification: Trash ].
"Damn!" Sage exclaimed, clutching his chest with a pained expression.
He hadn't anticipated the system to be so harsh with its comments. Taking a deep breath to steady himself, he opened the Adventurer Guild Interface.
