After the combat, after the celebrations, Kieran pulled Adrian into their private quarters with clear intent.
"You were magnificent," Kieran said, his eyes already darkening with desire. "Watching you fight, watching you win—it was incredibly arousing."
"Was it now?" Adrian smiled. "What are you going to do about it?"
"Everything."
Kieran pressed Adrian against the wall, his mouth claiming Adrian's with hungry intensity. His hands were already working at Adrian's clothes, urgent and demanding.
"You were so powerful," Kieran said between kisses. "So confident. Watching you dominate that arena made me want to see you dominated."
"Then dominate me," Adrian challenged.
Kieran's response was immediate and intense. He stripped Adrian roughly, his own clothes following. Within moments, he had Adrian bent over their bed, his body pressed against Adrian's back.
"Mine," Kieran growled, entering Adrian in one smooth thrust. "My powerful mate. My incredible vampire. Mine."
"Yours," Adrian gasped, the sudden fullness perfect.
Kieran's pace was rough, possessive, claiming. He took Adrian hard enough that the bed frame creaked, vampire strength unleashed without restraint.
"So good," Kieran said, his fangs finding Adrian's shoulder. "You're perfect. Powerful and mine."
Adrian could only moan in response, pleasure overwhelming him. When Kieran's hand wrapped around him, stroking in time with his thrusts, Adrian came with a shout that probably carried beyond their room.
Kieran followed moments later, his own release pulled from him by Adrian's body clenching tight around him.
They collapsed together, both breathing hard despite not needing air.
"That was intense," Adrian said.
"You inspire intensity." Kieran kissed his neck. "Ready for round two?"
