"Great! just wait till the other testers arrive. man some of them are really late" he sighed he seemed to waiting for quite a while now.

[After the testers arrived]
"anddd there we go, our test is about to begin if anyone wishes to exit the test they can leave no one is allowed to leave mid test" Melody announced, then waited for few minutes to make sure if anyone wished to leave.
"No one? that's a wonderful choice now the test shall begin" she leaded us to the dungeon gate and spoke to Minho in separate
He looked serious when they spoke. it got me curious but not like i could invade their privacy or anything.
"Alright everyone! follow my lead" he spoke cheerfully as if we weren't about to enter a damn dungeon.
We followed him in the dungeon and..
"is this paradise really called a dungeon..?" A random guy spoke up
Honestly i knew why it looked like a paradise, but he stole my words. it was indeed beautiful
A peaceful land full of grass.. the wind with a hint of rain, what else would a person want in life?
The team was about to take a step thats when..
"STOP! not a single step should be taken!" Minho Shouted loud enough for the team to hear.
"its a trap. the more safer it looks the dangerous it is" i spoke without thinking twice
'shit! i thought out loud' i glanced at Minho and.. yes he was looking at me and opened his mouth to speak
"shoto.. how do you know about that?" he questioned
"w-well you see i am interested in dungeons so i studied about them.." i spoke nervously hoping he'd buy my excuse
"Ohhh! I see. Anyways! what he said is true, this dungeon is far more dangerous then you think"
I let out a exhale glad that he bought my excuse
"Proceed with caution as behind these tall grasses their might be bear traps Everywhere before we can reach the cave you might be able to see in the distance" he explained and continued
"everyone shall walk in a line so no one gets hurt, ill make sure to get rid of the bear traps"
After listening to Minho's instructions everyone in the team nodded and were about to walk when I spoke up
"Uhh can i try burning the grass? maybe it would help us?" i questioned. that was the best i could make use of my ability
Everyone's eyes landed on me along with Minho as he opened his mouth to speak
"That's... A wonderful idea! we can definitely apply that idea-" he spoke happy about the idea
I smiled i was glad i was of use in some way

[After applying the idea]
Everyone stood there silently since the whole so called paradise were nothing but ashes now.
Minho's stone faced were both funny and of guilt. he was definitely also upset about 'paradise' turning into ashes
"A-anyways everyone lets proceed your test." he spoke as he began leading the way.
I walked up to him and matched his speed, then mumbled "sorry"
"Huh? what are you apologizing for?"
"well.. for turning this place to ashes..?"
"nah, that was the best and fastest way to pass this area. if you weren't here someone might have gotten badly injured" he reassured me as he gave me a light fist bump on my shoulder.
If im being honest... after hating my skill for years. this was the first time i had ever appreciated my skill.
I strolled along with Minho with a content smile
Finally after a long walking and avoiding of bear traps we reached the cave.
"Alright everyone as soon as we enter this cave we will be faced with goblins which are probably E- rank or F-rank so it should be easy to take them down." Minho explained as we entered the cave. He continued
"the Boss of this dungeon is a goblin which is probably around C-rank or D-rank, but there are High chances the boss D-rank since the dungeon we entered is D-rank" As soon as Minho was finished explaining we started to clash with the goblins
Minho stood there as he observed us since he wouldn't really kill any goblin as he's just a guide.
While i tried my best to defeat the goblins with the dagger i had bought. it was honestly a little tough to fight with it but it was easier compared to long ranged weapons.
i guess the practice did pay off even though i was still having trouble with defeating a single goblin, if not for these gear i would be dead by now...

The sound of fighting with the goblins was very loud and vivid. never imagined i would fight an actual goblin and even win
We made our way through the cave fighting every goblin in our path assisting each other in our own way, But.. there was this one guy who kept being a trouble to everyone.
He was using everyone basically as his shield and pushing others towards the goblins when he just felt like it.
"hey, Minho. How'd that guy even get selected for the test?" i questioned genuinely curious because there's no way Koto would approve of a guy like him.
"Oh him? his name is Hajoon he was approved of the test because of his states and rank. he's a C-rank and since we are in need of high rankers Koto didn't have a choice but to approve of him"
he explained the reason pretty well even though he isn't even Koto's assistant, that just proves just how high observation he has.
'Scary..' even thinking about how scary he is, is making chills run down my spine
Like how could anyone be so calm and charming be so scary at the same time?
I was walking lost in thought and almost fell when the floor beneath me began to rumble
"Everyone! be cautious its the boss room!" Minho spoke serious about the situation.
'why's he this cautious? its just a D-rank dungeon.. right?'
"Minho! What's wrong?"
Minho looked at me when he heard my question and immediately was even more anxious then he already was.
"Shoto please stay safe the dungeon boss wouldn't be just any boss.. it must be higher now. the rank just changed" he spoke cautiously as the boss emerged from the shadows.
It was a scorpion boss, it was 2x bigger than we were and on top of that the goblin boss was still here. which meant we had to defeat both of them to clear the dungeon
But wait... a dungeon rank change..? this wasn't supposed to happen at this time. its supposed to happen after 5 years.
'this isn't right.. its not supposed to be like this! did the time line get messed up because of me?'
Minho pushed me dodging the scorpion's attack "Where's your head at?? focus Shoto!" He Yelled as he fought the Scorpion
The Scorpion has to be atleast an A rank since its able to keep up with Minho's Strength
How? Because Minho's a healer and who ever is a healer their max rank is A
No time for explaining right now though! i have to figure out how to defeat that thing first!
'What do i do?? its impossible to defeat that thing with my rank'
I was thinking while sticking to a corner that's when a blue screen popped up

Of course Minho would be worried Because..
My so called dagger was now a whole damn sword now. not a metal, But a dagger covered in fire. pure and raw fire which was now looking like a sword.
'I Could do this???' i was left speechless, 'well this is something now..'
