Once again, the young adventurers met in the forest, ready for teleportation to the dungeon.
Twig summoned Aliane, and within moments, the Kafra employee appeared before them — elegant, polite, and perfectly composed as always.
The three greeted her with bright smiles, brimming with anticipation.
Twig thought to himself:
"Today, I'm definitely reaching level 50 in my class. I'm less than two hundred thousand experience points away.
Each monster in this dungeon gives about two thousand XP… so if I defeat around a hundred of them, that should do it."

"Aliane, today we'll be heading to the same place as before," said Twig. "We're continuing where we left off — clearing the fortress."
"Understood, young master. Request received. Beginning teleportation."
A soft blue light enveloped the group. Already accustomed to the teleportation effect, the three remained calm.
When the light faded, they found themselves standing before a massive fortress — an enormous structure carved into the heart of a mountain range.
"Thank you, Aliane. We'll see you soon," Twig said.
"Good luck, young masters," she replied before vanishing.
Twig turned to his companions.
"Let's move."
Aron and Jenny followed closely behind, crossing the heavy stone gate that marked the dungeon's entrance.
It didn't take long before they encountered the first enemies.
They already knew this dungeon well — it contained three main types of monsters.
The first were Tamruans — grotesque warriors with humanoid bodies but exposed, pulsating brains.
They looked like cursed soldiers doomed to fight for eternity. Tamruan acted as a captains or leaders among the monsters, skilled in swordsmanship. From them, the group had obtained several valuable items — including the chain mails they all now wore.
The second type were the Raydrics, living armors which appeared in two forms:
close-combat knights, wielding swords and shields, and ranged archers equipped with longbows and crossbows.
Despite having explored almost the entire dungeon before, they had never found any other monster types.
No secret bosses, no hidden wings — nothing.
They had even discussed it before, trying to make sense of it.
To them, it seemed like this fortress was once a military outpost — now haunted, manned by an army that could no longer rest.
Knights, archers, captains… all cursed to fight endlessly, guarding something that perhaps never even existed.
But the three didn't dwell on it. They had better things to do.
One thing was certain: this dungeon had yielded powerful equipment.
Swords, armor, bows — a true arsenal.
It was here that they had obtained their Chain Mail [1], and where Aron had earned his mighty Two-Handed Sword [2], a heavy, imposing blade capable of cleaving through any enemy in their path.
"Today's the day," Twig thought, clenching his fist.
"With this fortress, I'll finally reach level 50."
Without wasting a second, he charged at the nearest Tamruan.
His movements were sharp, fast — a blur of precision.
He struck with Bash, smashing the creature square on the head.
The impact was devastating. The monster dropped instantly, defeated before it could even react.
Twig's power was on another level now.
Before the others could regroup, he pressed forward, driven by pure momentum.
Aron and Jenny exchanged knowing looks.
"There he goes again," Aron said with a grin.
Jenny chuckled. "Told you. It's happening again."
They didn't have to wait long.
In the midst of a crowd of monsters, Twig thrust his sword into the ground, activating Magnum Break.
A wave of fire erupted from his position, expanding in all directions.
The ground quaked, the air trembled, and a blinding blaze swallowed everything nearby.
Enemies caught in the blast were instantly reduced to ash.
Those farther away, outside the explosion's range, tried to retaliate — but it was futile. Twig's sword now blazed with fire, each swing leaving behind streaks of flame as he cut through the remaining monsters with ruthless precision.
It was a massacre. A display of overwhelming power.
Twig noticed his friends standing still, just watching.
He turned toward them and shouted:
"Come on, guys! Don't just stand there — move! We don't have time to waste!"
Aron was the first to respond.
He drew his heavy two-handed sword and charged at a nearby Tamruan.
With a single swing, he cleaved the creature clean in half — and didn't stop there.
Each monster that approached was cut down mercilessly, one after another.
Meanwhile, Jenny moved with incredible agility, darting between enemies, striking swiftly.
Her thrusts were fast and deadly, cutting down isolated monsters with precision and ease.
The group fought in perfect harmony.
They were no longer those same kids who once trembled at the sight of a dungeon full of Porings.
Now, they were mighty warriors — unstoppable, deadly, confident.
The trio advanced through the fortress with fearless determination, exploring every hall, staircase, and courtyard.
Everywhere there were monsters, there was also the sound of steel.
Blades clashing. Roars. The crash of armor.
Before long, much of the dungeon had been cleared.
Twig could feel it — he was close to his goal.
But when he glanced at his companions, he saw the fatigue in their faces.
The battles had been longer and more intense than usual. They needed a break.
"Let's rest for a bit," Twig said, opening his inventory.
He pulled out some pre-made meals that Jenny had prepared beforehand.
They sat together by a stone wall, the silence of the fortress surrounding them.
As they ate, Twig reflected.
Not only had they grown stronger — they had built something close to a real life here.
They had food, equipment, comfort… So much had changed since the day he first woke up in this world.
After their short rest, they rose again, renewed.
With fresh determination, they swept through the remaining corridors, finishing off every monster in sight.
Finally, after endless battles and exhaustion, Twig heard the sound he'd been waiting for.
[Ding!]
[JOB LEVEL UP] +1
Another sound followed immediately.
[Ding!]
Congratulations, Host! You have reached Job Level 50.
Then came the triumphant announcement:
[Ding!]
Congratulations, Host! The Tier 2 Class Advancement Quest has been unlocked.
Available Options: [Knight] and [Crusader].
Twig paused, catching his breath.
Aron and Jenny finished off the last monsters nearby and ran toward him.
"All good?" Twig asked, still smiling.
"We'll fall back for now — but we're not leaving just yet. There's one last thing I need to do."
The siblings nodded, following without question.
They made their way back through the quiet halls of the fortress, now devoid of life. Twig walked ahead, thoughtful. He had already decided what came next.
At the dungeon's entrance, Aron and Jenny stopped beside him, waiting for him to speak.
But Twig only smiled — calm and confident.
He closed his eyes and silently commanded:
"Begin Knight Advancement Quest."
The familiar tone echoed in his mind.
[Ding!]
Quest Initiated — Class Advancement: Knight.
Twig felt a sudden pull in his chest.
When he opened his eyes again… he didn't recognize the world around him.
He was standing in the middle of a massive medieval city — cobbled streets, towering stone buildings, the faint tolling of distant bells.
He looked at his hands.
They were rough, larger — not his own.
Glancing down, he saw a full suit of armor gleaming in the sunlight.
He raised a trembling hand to his face… and froze.
A beard.
For a moment, everything went silent.
Then, one thought crossed his mind — sharp and panicked:
"Holy crap… did I transmigrate again?"
