The next day
After bidding my mom goodbye, I entered the car they had prepared for me with a heavy heart. The only thing on my mind was meeting Ethan!! I stared out the window, admiring the beauty of nature. That woman bothered me a lot!
She knows too much. Maybe I should start looking for another job. I can't just sit, eat, do nothing and still get paid… how is that even normal?
We reached a hotel at night and stayed in a luxurious room not far from the airport.
The next day…
We headed straight to the airport and entered a jet. "Wow…" I breathed out as I stepped inside. "Who owns this beautiful jet?" I asked one of the guards.
"This jet is for…" he scratched his head and looked at his friends.
Why is he suddenly quiet? Is my question somehow wrong?
Another guard rolled his eyes and joined us. "This jet is for the Rogalio family. It's not a big deal, it's just one of their jets. King Thomas uses it."
