"If there were a healing course, students wanting to become healers could directly enter St Mungo's after graduation, saving a lot of time."
"That sounds great," Kael said, "I remember Madam Pomfrey had the same idea."
"But the school doesn't have enough startup funding." Dilys sighed. "The expenses to create a new course are far more than you imagine. The board members are used to the current situation, and they really don't want to spend a large amount of Galleons on something that they see no benefit in."
"Moreover, the costs of studying Alchemy are even greater than those for a healer, and the difficulty is certainly higher."
"I know that," Kael nodded.
In Alchemy, dragon scales and dragon blood are common materials, used as frequently as ginger root fish powder in Magical Potions. Even with Beauxbatons' financial resources, they have to purchase unwanted inferior products from the Fire Dragon Reserve.
But this can be solved as well, just lowering the standard a bit. If you can't afford fire dragon materials, use those with fire dragon blood instead. Or convert Alchemy Items to Magic Items... like those things sold when they were in school, they're actually included in this range too.
However, these are just plans. Whether they can be used or not depends on when Dumbledore returns.
If this mission to rescue Dumbledore fails, then no matter how good the plan is, it's useless.
Kael reorganized the scattered parchment and asked the Headmasters to call in Professor McGonagall, who was just about to go to class.
Soon, the door to the Headmaster's Office was pushed open, and Professor McGonagall walked in quickly.
"Here's what you requested," Kael handed her the parchment.
Even though there were only a few minutes left before class, Professor McGonagall seriously browsed through the parchment, trying to remember each detail.
Kael didn't disturb her, just watching from the side.
"What are you planning to do next?" she suddenly asked after a few minutes.
"Just wait around the school," Kael thought and replied, "wait for Nicolas to repair the Time Turner."
"I think you could do something else too."
Professor McGonagall looked at him deeply, "Everything in the school is normal now, and we don't need Dumbledore to make frequent appearances. You can completely leave and do what you like... like you mentioned on the Hogwarts Express, sleep until noon."
"Huh?"
Kael didn't expect Professor McGonagall to say that, "But didn't you want me to stay here ready to impersonate Professor Dumbledore to handle any emergencies that might arise?"
"That was the old thought; it's not needed now."
Professor McGonagall said calmly, "Dumbledore not being at school often is normal, and your staying here actually increases the risk of exposure.
"Go back, or perhaps travel elsewhere for relaxation... I recommend Germany, their academic atmosphere is quite distinct from the United Kingdom's, unique and with a lot of Quidditch games happening everywhere."
"Is that so?"
Kael muttered quietly, "But I feel like you don't want me staying at the school, deliberately pushing me out."
"Now that you've realized it... yes, I have such a thought." Professor McGonagall straightforwardly nodded, acknowledging, "The parchment says Nicolas Flamel will bring the repaired Time Turner back to Hogwarts, which also prevents you from acting on impulse."
"Isn't there a chance that Nicolas will send the Time Turner to me instead of the school," Kael said.
"Then I'll wait for him at his place."
Professor McGonagall spoke calmly, "Indeed, don't doubt it, I know Mr. Nicolas Flamel and visited his estate in Devon when younger, though that was decades ago, I know how to meet him."
"Then what about Transfiguration Class here at school?"
"I'll find a suitable replacement beforehand, it won't be hard."
"I must remind you again, Kael," Professor McGonagall's expression was serious, "Rescuing Dumbledore is the responsibility of us professors, not yours; there's no need for you to risk for it."
