Judai, with his natural card-drawing ability, was inherently better at drawing than others. In the early animation, his Elemental Hero build seemed to have only seven or eight Monster Cards—the majority of which each had no duplicates, and half of them were Mortal Bones, with the rest of the deck filled with seemingly meaningless Magic Traps.
If a card enthusiast saw this build, their first reaction would be, "Can this thing really have combat power?" But if you operate under the assumption that you will always draw the card you need, stuffing the deck with dozens of support cards that can handle various situations might actually seem impressive...
"I will definitely have a battle with Judai in the future. But before that..."

"First, solve the issue within the Yellow Dormitory. I haven't planned to easily give up on the first place."

From some perspectives, Yugen could see shadows of himself in Mitsuzawa.
Mitsuzawa was the only one Yugen had found in the Academy who, like himself, carried several decks for dueling. When Mitsuzawa enrolled, he used the experimental entrance deck and carried six decks of different attributes and themes, which he called the "Six Harmony Decks."
In the original work, he devoted a month to research to complete the seventh deck to duel against Yuki Judai, who claimed to be first. But now it seems this honor goes to Yugen...

Although Mitsuzawa's performance in the animation seemed quite lackluster, and his main aces were weak in the real card environment, many didn't know that quite a few powerful and versatile lower-level and support cards from the competitive environment were actually his.

In his eyes, Yugen was actually a rather unpredictable opponent. Unlike 90% of Duelists, Yugen always changed decks and countermeasures. He also realized that the opponent, like himself, liked to research opponents in advance to find weaknesses.
At least from Mitsuzawa's current observations, the themes, types, and attributes of Yugen's decks had no regular pattern, and strategies varied, making tactical lockdown quite challenging.
But this should be the same for the opponent. Mitsuzawa's Six Harmony Decks had almost no commonality with each other, and the just-completed seventh deck was debuting for the first time. It shouldn't be easy for the opponent to target.
