Monet maintained a smile, saying nothing.
Sage glanced at those toys and said, "What's so interesting about Ability Users."
A moment ago he had no impression, but upon seeing these toys, he immediately remembered.
That truly could be considered one of the 'miracles' — the ability to turn people into toys with the 'Hobby-Hobby Fruit.'
"Ability, huh..." Renedia curled her lips upon hearing that, "I thought it was some sort of scientific construct."
"Alright, go play if you want, this place isn't bad, vacation time, everyone go on vacation!"
Sage waved his hand, "Before the ship is built, all of you relax here!"
This time he brought the entire crew, and on Doflamingo's turf, should he leave someone to guard the ship? Surely Dof himself would deal with it.
"Oh!!"
The pirates cheered and scattered, each finding a place they fancied.
Those who liked to gamble went to the casino, those who liked to drink headed to the tavern, and some simply formed small groups to wander the streets and sightsee.
Dressrosa, surrounded by the fragrance of flowers, is not only enveloped by delicious food and music; beautiful women and passionate dances are also a highlight here, worth strolling around.
Urouge and Hawkins also left the group, while Marika set out to select ingredients. Although Renedia wasn't interested in ability creations, she wanted to see if there were any inventions worth her attention. Staying by Sage's side were only Lily and Moriah.
Moriah observed the surroundings, chuckling eerily: "Heh heh heh heh, I've never been inside before. That damned Celestial Yaksha has such a nice domain."
Lily looked at those toys, her brows furrowing.
Sage claimed it was an ability...
Which means these toys might have transformed from other things, plus they could speak and think...
"Are they humans?" Lily murmured.
However, she didn't feel discomfort.
She herself was a pirate, possessing a pirate's mentality.
No matter how these toys came to be, one thing is certain... suppressing those who resist isn't oppression but a victory of power. Switching positions would yield the same results.
So many toys... if the ability were to fail, it might bring about quite a disturbance.
They followed Monet towards the center's rocky pillar, passing by a circular arena along the way. Lily frowned, staring straight at it, "The smell of blood..."
"It's an ancient tradition passed down, the Bullfighting Arena..."
Monet said, "In the past, this was where criminals fought for people's amusement. After the Young Master ascended the throne, it remained, but now it's not criminals fighting, rather those who want to prove their bravery competing inside."
"The governance seems quite good..."
Sage nodded and smiled, "No wonder there's a knack for business."
"Everything the Young Master does is very impressive." Monet smiled gently, leading them up the spiral staircase around the rocky pillar. At the top, they saw a huge quadrilateral wall, and within the walls was Dressrosa's Royal Palace.
"Fufufufufu! Sage, you've come!"
Monet didn't even have to push open the wall's gate; from within, Doflamingo's unique laughter echoed.
The gate of the wall opened from inside, revealing at the far end, Doflamingo in his pink feather coat, walking with the most infuriating stride in the world, arms spread, laughing with head held high.
"How do you like my Dressrosa? Stay and help me! Fufufufufu!"
