Chapter 92 - Chapter 79: The Ocean, Isn't It Magical?

"Found on the warship, a little girl." Lily said, "Nico Robin, with a bounty of seventy-nine million, looks even younger than Renedia."

"Yeah, what did she do to warrant such a high bounty?" Renedia wondered, "Did she rob a hundred towns?"

Moreover...

Lily glanced at Sage, then looked at the little girl on the wanted order; she always felt there was some resemblance.

Though the girl has black hair and blue eyes, while Sage has white hair and black eyes, even if there's some age difference, the facial contour looks somewhat alike at first glance.

But resemblance is normal, after all, the sea is vast.

"Ah..."

Sage picked up the wine glass, took a sip, and looked deeply at the wanted order, "This isn't now, this was a wanted order from twenty years ago, but why has it surfaced now?"

Lily is sixteen, Renedia is ten, Marika is only twenty-four this year; though she is very amiable, she isn't very old.

Twenty years ago, the oldest would have been just four.

Of course, they wouldn't know past events, especially from the West Sea...

What he did wasn't enough to raise the bounty so high, but now it spans such a wide range...

Was the intelligence found?

"Forget it, it's not important..."

He swept the wanted orders aside and said, "The deceased subordinates, when I recruited them, did I remember their names and hometowns? Compile it, and save up the wealth they left behind, have a chance to send it back to their hometown."

He is determined to be a landlord, but he isn't stingy, nor does he disdain taking the money of deceased subordinates.

They didn't spring from rocks; everyone has family or friends.

Orphan?

Even orphans have hometowns!

Probably...

Sage thought of a destroyed island in the West Sea, clicked his tongue, and picked up a Log Pose to inspect.

"Hm?"

Just at a glance, he felt something was off, picked up another to have a look, and his expression became bizarre.

Out of twelve Log Poses, six among them had three pairs that were different, with identical script on each pair's hourglass.

And six were identical!

"ARABASTA..."

Sage read the script, raised his brows, "Alabasta?"

"Sage, weren't you illiterate?" Renedia noticed the loophole.

"Just because I'm illiterate doesn't mean I don't know pronunciation! I wouldn't be unable to read my own name, would I?" Sage replied irritably.

He is indeed illiterate, but what he can't understand is those complex characters, not these simple phonetics!

He threw the Log Pose on the table, "This isn't a Log Pose, this is an Eternal Pose, if I'm not mistaken, three pairs point to those Navy Base islands the warships belong to, and these six point towards Alabasta."

The Navy doesn't mobilize without reason; whenever they do, it's mission-oriented, and they wouldn't carry a Log Pose, only an Eternal Pose is enough.

One to the destination, another back to the base.

"What do we do?" Lily asked.

"Of course we head to Alabasta, why go to a Navy Base? A single ship has three hundred people, how many would a base have? Going to Alabasta, we can find a doctor, and see if there's a Log Pose."

With the direction set, there's a place to head to, then there's no problem.

He recalls a bit about the events in Alabasta, but it doesn't concern him; he's a pirate, not some justice fighter.

Perhaps when he gets there, he can even rob the king.

He vaguely remembers that place seems poor, but no matter how poor... the king wouldn't be too destitute, at least in that royal palace, there must be treasures worth looting!
