Chapter 467 - Chapter 273: Tsunade: Pay Extra

"Still haven't succeeded, maybe I really don't have a space-time talent." On the eleventh day of obtaining the Flying Thunder God, Mokgetsu looked at his own panel and sighed slightly.

He had been doing his best in cultivation. For these ten days, he hadn't learned the Breathing Technique with the Fuinjutsu, nor had he developed any immersive learning with the Flying Thunder God, even using Shadow Clones together, but after ten days of effort, he still couldn't see any proficiency.

"I'll try for another month, if it doesn't work, I'll have to give up." Mokgetsu planned to continue cultivation according to the original plan.

In the next month, he would still practice the Flying Thunder God, but unlike the first ten days when he only practiced the Flying Thunder God, the order roughly would be to balance Fuinjutsu and Flying Thunder God, then medical knowledge, and lastly Breathing Technique. If there was no proficiency in Flying Thunder God in the next month, Mokgetsu would temporarily give up on it.

Although Mokgetsu was still very young and had a long life ahead, his disciples would face dangers in the short term. Mokgetsu needed to mature as quickly as possible, and he couldn't stubbornly insist on something where he couldn't gain even a bit of proficiency.

In the morning, Mokgetsu taught his disciples as usual, and in the afternoon, he went to the Ninja Academy to attend classes.

Although he had learned quite a bit of ninjutsu, there's never too much of it, and acquiring it repeatedly could also increase proficiency.

[Completed one large class teaching]

[Evaluation: A]

[Rewards acquired: Earth Release: Rock Concealment Jutsu, Water Release: Celestial Cry]

Now Mokgetsu generally wouldn't deliberately aim for a B-level evaluation to obtain Chakra, because it was faster to take his disciples out for missions if he wanted to earn Chakra.

After saying goodbye to the students, Mokgetsu went to his office to put things away.

Now Mokgetsu had his own vice principal's office, no longer sharing an office with other teachers like before.

Actually, Mokgetsu didn't care much about this kind of thing; to him, an office was about the same anywhere, and it wouldn't affect his ability to earn rewards. However, a vice principal's presence might make ordinary teachers a bit uneasy, so considering this, Mokgetsu moved out.

"Mokgetsu... Principal." Ueda Aya and others, who happened to pass by, instinctively wanted to greet Mokgetsu, but halfway through realized he was now the vice principal and corrected themselves.

"Teacher Ueda, Teacher Iketani, you just finished class, right? The Third Hokage is the principal; I'm just the vice principal. You can call me the same as before." Mokgetsu smiled and nodded in response.

Mokgetsu preferred being called teacher over principal, after all, the word "principal" reminded him of a certain advantageous principal.

"Yes, Teacher Mokgetsu, I just finished a ninjutsu class." Ueda Aya looked at Mokgetsu's gentle smile and relaxed as she laughed.

Because they were acquaintances, Mokgetsu chatted a few words before going back to the office to put his things away.

"Even though he got promoted faster than anyone else, it's really not something anyone could envy." Watching Mokgetsu's retreating back, Iketani Isamu sighed.

A teacher who joined the Ninja Academy less than two years ago had ascended to an unprecedented vice principal position. If it were anyone else, Iketani Isamu would be terribly envious, but he couldn't muster any jealousy for Mokgetsu.

Because there was no reason to be jealous, Mokgetsu's merits warranted this position. He had brought up an unprecedentedly strong class, pioneered holiday training and graduation internships, and all achieved excellent results.

Not only was it merit, but Mokgetsu's personal character also left no room for jealousy. Despite promotions being like riding a rocket and his strength being far above theirs, Mokgetsu's attitude in dealing with them hadn't changed, with no condescension whatsoever.

"After all, it's Teacher Mokgetsu." Ueda Aya sighed softly.

If she didn't have any thoughts about a colleague as handsome and kind as Mokgetsu, that would be impossible, but Mokgetsu displayed perfection to the point of her feeling inadequate and not daring to approach.

After becoming vice principal, she completely gave up any ideas, as the gap was too large; they probably wouldn't have much common ground even in conversation.

After putting his things away, Mokgetsu bought groceries and went to Tsunade's house.

In a laid-back state, Tsunade was willing to help him with his disciples, so it wasn't a big problem for Mokgetsu to cook a bit.

Because Mokgetsu cooked very well, if he was coming over, Nohara Rin would also stay to join him for a meal.

"Why is today's meal so bland, just one dish with stir-fried pork and chili peppers?" Tsunade, who liked to eat meat and drink, complained.

"Sometimes you have to change things up. If you really want to eat meat, Tsunade, you can go outside and buy some cooked food." Mokgetsu laughed and offered a reason.

The truth was that Mokgetsu wanted to eat vegetarian today, but of course, he wouldn't say it that directly.

"Well, forget it, but don't fight me for the meat. It's a big no-no for a student to fight a teacher for food." Tsunade decided to use Chakra to enhance her arm speedily to grab the meat slices into her bowl.

For Tsunade, Mokgetsu's meat dishes were more desirable than his vegetarian dishes, and Mokgetsu's cooking overpowered any dish from outside. She'd rather eat Mokgetsu's veggie dishes than go outside to buy meat.

When the spicy and delicious pork slices filled her mouth, Tsunade couldn't help but reveal a happy smile on her face. Her two biggest joys now were eating Mokgetsu's meals and gambling at the casino.

However, Tsunade couldn't handle too much spice, and after eating several slices of pork with rice, she had to stick out her tongue to cool down.

"Lady Tsunade, water." Shizune proficiently handed over a glass of cold water to Tsunade.

After a gulp, Tsunade gave Shizune a thumbs-up and then continued eating.

"Mokgetsu, can't you add more meat to your stir-fried pork with chili peppers? I'll pay for the meat, is that okay?" After eating for a while, Tsunade noticed there were only chili peppers left in the dish and complained.
