"It doesn't matter. Explaining to someone from the past is meaningless; in the end, you can't understand my actions."
Paradox jumped off his enormous D-Wheel and activated his Duel Disc.
"In a Darkness Game, if the one who initiated it isn't defeated, you can't leave, right?" Paradox said calmly, "Very well. Yugi Muto, you are indeed one of my greatest threats in this era. Let me deal with you here first."
Though he couldn't figure out who this guy was or what he wanted, Yugi could tell he was no ordinary opponent.
What's more important is that Yugi, who couldn't participate in the KC Cup and could only watch, now finally has cards to play. Naturally, he can't back down.
"Fine, I'll accept your challenge!"
Yugi also activated his Duel Disc, pausing for a moment.
"But if I win, you must honestly explain your purpose."
Even though Dark Yugi initiated the Darkness Game, he certainly wasn't planning on taking lives at random. After all, AIBO was watching, and he didn't want to give off a villainous impression.
So he didn't intend on taking the opponent's life; the verbal condition was the defeat penalty of the Darkness Game. He drew two cards and, after a glance, immediately revealed one of the cards he drew.
"The effect of 'Watapon' in my hand! When added to the hand by a card effect, it can be Special Summoned immediately!"

"Then I'll use 'Watapon' as a tribute for a Tribute Summon!" Yugi quickly pulled out the next card, replacing the Watapon on his Duel Disc as a springboard, "Come forth, Dark Magician Girl, the greatest disciple of the strongest magician!"
The fluffy white sphere vanished from the field, and after the blue light dots dissipated, it was replaced by a whirl of dark magic. The golden magician girl appeared, spinning lightly, her little skirt fluttering like petals.

"But O Duel King of the past, what you are about to witness is a duel beyond your imagination. My turn, draw!"
Without another word, Paradox went straight to the field with his opening move.
"Field Magic - Sin World Activate!!!"
A dark, deep world resembling a manifestation of sin itself spread from him. The entire rooftop was quickly engulfed in darkness, and the ground beneath both duelists' feet seemed to turn into a dark transparent layer.
It was as if the duel's field had shifted to another dimension.
"Sin... World?" Yugi showed a look of surprise.
"Be careful, the other me," Yugi's voice advised, "I can feel an indescribable powerful force filling this field!"
"Ah, I know." Dark Yugi nodded, looking serious.
Paradox chuckled lightly and said, "I activate the effect of 'Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon' from my hand. By sending a 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' from the Deck to the Graveyard, I can Special Summon this card directly from my hand."
The card deck on his Duel Disc started an automatic search process, and one card was soon ejected, revealing a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon."
Paradox extracted the card, sending it to the Graveyard, and immediately his Deck shuffled and resorted automatically, "Legendary white dragon, appear in the form of sin!" he drew a card from his hand, "Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon!"
The Sin World resonated with roars, the cries of the dragon covering the entire rooftop.
