They possess unique abilities unseen in other Monsters, capable of adjusting Monster Levels and combining the power of multiple weaker Monsters to summon a mighty force...
...Well, that's just a fancy way of putting it; it's really just addition up to twelve.
By adding a Tuner Monster to non-Tuner Monsters, the total Levels combine to allow the special summoning of a Synchro Monster of equal Levels.
This has become the mainstream "Synchro Summon" technique of future Duel Monsters.
For example, a Level 1 Tuner combined with a Level 7 non-Tuner can Synchro Summon a Level 8 Synchro Monster.
A Level 2 Tuner combined with a Level 4 non-Tuner can Synchro Summon a Level 6 Synchro Monster.
And so on.
This is exactly what Yusei plans to do now.
Normally, "Synchro Summoning" requires the technological achievement of the Moment era, needing "Yusei Particles" as a medium.
Technically speaking, such a summon isn't possible in the current DM era.
But that's okay, as the protagonist, everyone has some cheats, right?
As a "Signer", Yusei inherently possesses Yusei Particles; even if traveled back to the Jurassic era, he could still play Synchro. That's the power of special privileges.

In strong white light, blue armor, red round goggles, and white ribbons appeared. Dream-like starlight sprinkled from mid-air, and the armored Warrior ascended handsomely, electricity flaring from his body as he spun...

"Battle!" Yusei waved, "Use Junk Warrior, attack Valkyrie Vierte! Scrap Fist!"
The blue Warrior's jet thrusters ignited, spiraling towards the Valkyrie. A heavy fist wrapped in flame-like golden energy shot out, shattering the Valkyrie Warrior to pieces.

"Tch..." Jie Ke gritted his teeth, "Not sure what trick you're playing...but it won't matter! My turn, draw!"
He looked at the card he drew, smirking slyly and chuckling coldly.
"Though I'm unsure what's happening with your monster...whatever it is, it just needs restraining!"
He swiftly played a card.
"I activate Magic Card - Nibelung's Treasure!" Jie Ke chuckled lightly, "Equip one 'Nibelung's Ring' from my Deck to your Monster, and then draw five cards from my Deck." (anime card)
A beam of golden light transformed into a ring, shooting from his Deck, unexpectedly fitting onto Junk Warrior's hand. Junk Warrior let out a low hum, his armor flashing with electricity, followed by a deflated appearance, kneeling on the ground.
"Draw five cards!?" Judai exclaimed, "Such a cheating effect?"
Jie Ke smiled indifferently, casually drawing five cards into his hand.
"First, the troublesome trap...activate Quick-Play Magic - Mystical Space Typhoon, destroying your Set Card in the back field."
A black whirlwind rose, sweeping the designated card high into the air, tearing it to pieces. Naturally, it was Yusei's "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" from last turn.
"Battle." Jie Ke said, "Valkyrie Vierte, attack Junk Warrior!"
The Valkyrie Warrior charged suicidally, sword slashing. Junk Warrior didn't spare any compassion, punching the long sword to pieces, making the sister cry "Ah" as she retreated.

He wasn't concerned about his Life Points' damage: "At this moment, Valkyrie Vierte's effect activates. When destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, special summon one 'Valkyrie' Monster from the Deck.

Wearing purple armor, the superior Valkyrie elegantly debuted, holding a spear, cape fluttering.

The Valkyrie flew out, her long sword trailing a magnificent silver light, directly slicing towards the kneeling Junk Warrior. This Warrior tried to rise, but the shackles seemed excessively heavy, his fist too weighed down to lift, unable to resist under this sword's might.
Yusei waved his hand again: "Open Set Card, Continuous Trap - Scrubbed Raid! By sending a card on my field to the Graveyard, forcibly end the Battle Phase.
I send 'Scrubbed Raid' itself to the Graveyard, forcefully ending this turn's Battle Phase!" (anime effect)
The Trap flipped with a burst of golden light, sacrificing itself to transform into a barrier before Yusei. The Valkyrie's sword once again sparked fiercely against the sturdy barrier, rebounding violently, fluctuating continuously.
"Tch, barely hung on again, huh?"
Jie Ke was somewhat exasperated.
This guy, dueling like a cockroach? Is he that persistent?
"Let's see how long you can last with such sluggish tactics." He scoffed, "Set one card, my turn ends!"
