Chapter 313 - Chapter 121: Three Great Shows! The Wrong Secret Chamber!

"Unlucky twin brothers."

Ian doesn't have much fondness for the Weasley twins, as their products have dominated the market at Hogwarts, causing him to lose a considerable amount of Golden Galleons income.

There are so many rumors about Ian, and these two brothers are also largely responsible. Of course, Ian believes the Weasley brothers mean no harm, but that doesn't stop him from smirking uncontrollably when he sees the two caught during their night adventure.

It's like a cat catching a mouse.

Or perhaps the mouse playing with the cat, only to suddenly get caught—it's truly amusing—Ian stood on the stairs witnessing the comical scene below.

"This way! Quick! George!"

George quickly ran behind a suit of armor to hide, calling for his brother, and soon, the other mischievous twin appeared on the scene below the stairs.

Fred Weasley also immediately found a suit of armor to hide behind. Shortly after, the unsteady-footed caretaker Filch appeared in view.

"Where are they? I'm sure I saw someone!" Not only is he physically unable, his stamina is clearly no match for the young people, and now without his cat, he seems to have lost his eyes.

To tell the truth, the reason many find caretaker Filch difficult to deal with is mostly because of his cat, Madam Loris.

This cat is the real "captor," not only much faster on its feet than Filch, but with keen senses and intelligence, making it difficult to shake off.

If the cat discovers the night adventurers, it will alert Filch, who knows some of Hogwarts' secret passages, allowing him to intercept the little wizard through these corridors.

Of course.

Tonight, Filch didn't have the assistance from his cat, because due to its attempt to attack Ian, it had been captured by Ian and locked in a cage before dinner. Ian placed Madam Loris in a room full of fish snacks, but the specially designed cage couldn't allow the snacks inside.

This was definitely the best punishment for Madam Loris.

Perhaps Ian's act of revenge inadvertently helped the Weasley brothers, as Filch stood in the hall looking left and right, failing to notice anything amiss with the standing suits of armor.

"Clang~"

A slight noise came from a distance and immediately caught Filch's attention.

"Over there!"

He seemed very confident in his judgment and immediately hobbled towards the source of the sound; once the coast was clear, the brothers emerged from behind the armor.

"He's really an idiot."

George wiped his mouth, as he had been sneaking snacks while hiding.

"I bet he'll be so angry he won't sleep a wink tonight for not catching us." Fred Weasley also proudly snatched the snacks from his brother's hand.

"We must hurry to explore the Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts' lair, the Living Map shows he's not in the office; I bet his office must hold a lot of crime-violating evidence."

George tidied up his outfit, which had become disheveled during their escape. Clearly, their reason for night adventuring tonight was to provoke the Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts.

Perhaps it was curiosity driving them.

Though Ian thought that maybe the brothers were really asking for trouble.

"Maybe we can earn a Special Contribution Award for this! Dumbledore will give us points generously! We will become heroes among Gryffindor!"

Fred's expression was full of longing.

"Perhaps Dumbledore will even grant us permission for future nightly adventures, allowing us to oversee the entire school's safety." George agreed with eager anticipation, fully illustrating how the brothers sing the same tune.

Just as the two were about to embark on their adventure.

"Clatter~"

Suddenly.

A figure suddenly emerged from the wall behind them, knocking down the armor George was hiding behind, and immediately trapping the unprepared George beneath the armor.

"Indeed, Hogwarts at night is more exciting than during the day." Ian saw Peeves, after finishing the ambush, quickly disappear into the wall again with veteran speed.

"My back! Fred! I feel my kidney must be crushed!"

The full armor, not lacking any parts, was heavy, and George struggled in vain to push it off. Seeing this, Fred immediately cursed "Damn Peeves" before going to his rescue.

Fred had just pulled out his magic wand.

"Don't curse me!"

Peeves reappeared from another side, and under the astonished gaze of Ian, who was observing everything from the stairs, he "possessed" another suit of armor.

"Peeves can't have such abilities, can he?"

Ian widened his eyes.

Of course.

His eyes were certainly not as wide as George and Fred's, because after Peeves entered the armor, the suit of armor suddenly started clawing like a wild boar and charged at Fred.

Directly pouncing onto him.

The next moment.

Fred was also pinned beneath the armor. Peeves, heavily panting, immediately emerged from the armor and started pulling various heavy objects and other armors to pile them onto the brothers.

"This is the price of offending me! Na-na-na~ Surprised at how powerful I've become now?" Peeves made a face at the loudly complaining brothers.

"Why is Peeves here!"
