Chapter 119 - Chapter 116: Taking the Initiative

"Boom... Boom—Thud!"

Tenjo Hikari slightly shielded his eyes.

He and Manjome were directly teleported here, so upon landing, the surroundings felt a bit dazzling.

Once he regained his bearings, he found himself in a massive "warehouse."

Calling it a warehouse might be an understatement, as a warehouse in most people's minds is only as big as a residential house. In reality, this dimension stretched endlessly, only when looking up could he barely see a wall emitting a green glow.

"Buzz, buzz—"

Red lights flickered throughout the hangar, resonating sounds everywhere.

Manjome's brother rubbed his head, slowly and reluctantly crawling out of the dormant cabin. The dimensional teleportation had made him feel entirely uncomfortable, as if he might vomit at any moment.

Over at Duel Academy, as Manjome Chosaku's team slowly emerged from the cabin, lights and cameras gradually came on, transmitting the images.

"They're here, they're here!"

"Good luck, Manjome!"

"Eh, should we really cheer him on? Isn't he the third young master of the Manjome Group? He just has to duel casually and can become an executive at our school..."

"What nonsense! This is the Manjome!" Judai overheard and immediately retorted.

"Besides, Entertainment Duelists, or whatever they're called, wouldn't possibly agree, right?" Mitsuzawa Daichi crossed his arms and shook his head.

A group of students exchanged glances, nodding in agreement.

Regardless, at their age, it's impossible to listen to brothers or sisters obediently. They'll do whatever they want, especially when it involves dueling.

As they were chattering away, Marufuji Ryo, who had been observing carefully, suddenly changed his expression: "Not good!"

Buzz—

Buzz—

Lights flickered.

On some columns within the hangar, massive crates suddenly descended from above like elevators. Some had "X," some had "A," some had "Z," each labeled in different colors, making it hard to discern the situation at a glance.

While everyone was still confused, the gigantic containers landed with a roaring crash, and then each box automatically opened, revealing their contents.

A blue robot armed with double cannons, X-Head Cannon; a red robotic flying dragon spewing electric light, Y-Dragon Head; and a mechanical leg, Z-Metal Tank, speeding across the floor on treads.

Additionally, many robots emerged from these containers, among them even multiple X-Head Cannons, all staring straight at the humans.

"It's the XYZ Series." Manjome shown a hint of a smile. "Great, it's the cards my master once gave me... Hey, how are you—"

Recognizing the familiar robots, Manjome relaxed a bit, intending to interact, but a nearby X-Head Cannon suddenly flashed red eyes, with a "buzz" sound, its dual cannons aimed at Manjome, instantly gathering energy.

"Intruders detected!"

"Intruders detected!"

"Communicating... Communication ended!"

"Eliminate the intruders!"

"Watch out!" Tenjo Hikari shouted, "Captain!"

"Leave it to me!" Captain Crystal responded promptly, and the dazzling Diamond Knight appeared in front of everyone. As shells approached, a gigantic white crystal shield was raised to block the attack.

"Eh, eh?"

"Danger!"

"Darn, it's a dimension hostile to outsiders!"

At the academy, Judai and others' expressions changed, filled with worry.

"Light and Darkness Dragon!" Manjome called out, and with his summon, a gigantic dragon surged forth from the interplay of light and shadow. It soared high into the sky, emitting intense white light, illuminating its surroundings.

With the appearance of the Light and Darkness Dragon, surrounding robots targeted the dragon with their cannons, facing off against it.

"Wait, X-Head Cannon! We mean no harm, we are travelers from another dimension!" Manjome hastily shouted.

He tried his best to convey his sincerity, and feeling his intent, the Light and Darkness Dragon's glow became gentler.

The warm light was gradually recognized by the robots, which began to glow with various lights. Soon, electromagnetic sounds buzzed.

"Communication, communication."

"Re-evaluating."

"Human identity determination complete, different from the previous case."

After this, they seemed less hostile towards Tenjo and the others, though still quite cautious.

A robot rolled on its wheels to the opposite side, its eyes beeping twice as it scanned Tenjo and the others.

"Intruders, state your purpose."

Manjome let out a sigh of relief.

It's terrifying to be pointed at by so many robots with cannons.

On the other side, Manjome Chosaku was still shaken.

As an ordinary person, he had never had the chance to visit the Other Dimension before, so he didn't have much "awe" for it. After all, his third brother had visited the Other Dimension many times, and if he could do it, there was no reason he couldn't.

However, he didn't expect that as soon as he arrived in the Other Dimension, the residents of this world would give him such a spectacle.

Is this what exploration in the Other Dimension is like!?

Does Jun travel in this kind of world on a daily basis?

Manjome took a deep breath, letting Light and Darkness Dragon fly back a bit, and walked to the front of X-Head Cannon, saying seriously, "I am a Duelist from the Other Dimension and hope to receive the recognition of the Spirit..."

"Beep...beep..."

"Warrior from the Other Dimension?"

X-Head Cannon looked slightly surprised and, after some calculation and communication, nodded gently, "Okay. Human warrior."

Manjome clenched his fists in place and shouted excitedly.

This is X-Head Cannon! The Spirit of the card passed to him by his master. If he could gain their recognition, his master would surely be pleased!

On the other side, Manjome Chosaku recovered and shouted loudly, "Jun, remember, you cannot use Monster Cards with ATK over 500! You absolutely cannot use a card like Light and Darkness Dragon!"

He still didn't quite understand Dueling, but he could see that the "power" of Light and Darkness Dragon was quite strong, enough to scare away those ordinary robots.

It would be bad to let it come onto the field.

"Got it!" Manjome shouted, lowering his head, "I definitely know!"

"Using only, below 500 ATK?" However, upon hearing this, X-Head Cannon seemed a bit dissatisfied, "Insult, Duel Ceremony, will become enemy..."

"No, X-Head Cannon!" Seeing that even Light and Darkness Dragon was disregarded and the Duel with him was about to begin, Manjome quickly shouted, "It is because I respect the Duel that I must abide by my brother's rules!

Because a true Duelist must face challenges head-on, no matter how difficult the situation!"

"I will defeat you using only Monsters with ATK under 500, that way, you should willingly accept and become my card!"

X-Head Cannon beeped twice more.

Then, Manjome Thunder noticed that the surrounding robots quietly began to withdraw their weapons and moved aside, leaving X-Head Cannon.

Seeing this, Manjome Chosaku quickly shouted, "Quick, lights, camera, quickly, film this well!"

Manjome sighed.

He looked at Tenjo Hikari, the implication clear.

Before the footage broadcasts to TVs worldwide, Tenjo Hikari should leave.

Tenjo Hikari nodded gently, turning to go look at other places.

"Huh, aren't you the helper Jun found?"

"Yes, Thunder asked me to gather some other cards." Tenjo Hikari made up a lie casually.

"Jun, don't be too arrogant!" Chosaku's face tightened, "I allowed you one aide, and yet you are still being greedy?"

"Humph, big brother, a Duelist must have the spirit to forge ahead relentlessly!"

"Come on, Duel—"

"Tenjo, don't worry about me, I will definitely not lose!"

His expression was resolute as he shouted.

Meanwhile, Tenjo Hikari gradually walked away, no longer listening to Manjome's elder brother.

At this point, all that is needed is faith!

His heart was also a bit excited.

Previously, he'd always been on the defensive; this was his first time actively launching an attack to search for something of Akaba Leo.

The vigilance of those robot Spirits and their hostility towards outsiders was evidently not innate but because they seemed to have really suffered an "attack" and, during analysis, also mentioned "different from before."

So, it was simple.

He whispered softly.

"Heh heh heh, realizing to call my name now, are you! Fine, I'm also quite unhappy about that guy's audacity to equate me with those demons like the Three Phantasm—it's time for divine punishment."

Tierra appeared beside Tenjo Hikari, closed its eyes, raised its Magic Staff, and then the Puppet Strings flailed intensely, presenting a long line before Tenjo Hikari.

"I sense the aura of the Three Phantasm, ha ha~" Tierra laughed softly.

"They actually came here!"

This was fantastic.

Constantly harassing him and bullying his classmates, but Tenjo Hikari had never had the chance to take the initiative to attack; this time, he must let that poached egg see properly what Polymerization truly means!
