But does it make sense for the Meteor People to bring out a Garchomp?

But Hydreigon acted faster than Garchomp, with three mouths glowing, azure, sky blue, and violet energies surged forth, quickly taking the form of a snarling Energy Flying Dragon in front of itself!
The Energy Flying Dragon "flapped" its skeletal wings, roaring and charging at the approaching Garchomp.
Upon seeing this, Garchomp immediately spread its broad shark fins like a roc spreading its wings, causing a brilliant green sheen to spread across them, forming sharp energy blades that unhesitatingly sliced towards the charging Energy Flying Dragon!

The airflow scattered, multi-colored Dragon Attribute Energy erupted in a smoky explosion, the impact of which blew through Baimu and Zheng Fang's hair.

They saw Garchomp break through the smoke, continuing its charge towards Hydreigon, with smoke lightly swirling yet never lingering long on its body—apparently, it didn't take much damage.

A deafening explosion sounded as if it were about to tear through people's eardrums, the scorching airflow twisting the air around, as if it intended to vaporize everything nearby, while thick smoke billowed forth like a towering wall, engulfing the entire field in an instant.
The aftereffects of the move were far stronger than Baimu had expected.
It was merely a clash between Dragon's Fury and Dragon Breath.
