"Welcome to Fairy Tail!" Natsu's voice boomed over the mostly empty street, as he opened the giant guild door, giving the two of them, Lucy and Cassian, a first look at the interior of the guild.
It looked… like one expected a guild to look like. Even a bit average, in that department.
There were rows of tables, with some of them occupied, by guild-members, there was a guild banner, and there was a bar, with even a few waiters walking around. It may not look super epic, but it sure as hell seemed like a nice place to be in, with all the laughter around.
"I'm back!!!"
No one even seemed to notice the door opening, until Natsu suddenly screamed out loud, while stomping inside, having possibly already forgotten about the two people, he had brought here.
"Natsu! Happy! Welcome back!" A particularly cute waitress greeted them.
Then, when another one wanted to greet him, Natsu abruptly accelerated, before jumping, and kicking him in the face.
Nodding along, after having become somewhat familiar already with Natsu's behavior, Cassian also went inside, leaving the shell-shocked Lucy standing there, by herself.
While a bit of chaos was unveiling around Natsu, Cassian simply walked inside, looking around, and especially also at the people, for the first time.
There were all kinds of people; old and young, men and women, sturdy and more lanky people.
He just wandered around a bit, but was quickly spoken to, by none other than the white-haired waitress, who had greeted Natsu, just now.
"Hey there! Are you new?"
She spoke in a calm, and very friendly manner. It was also, as if she didn't even noticed the commencing chaos around them.
"Hi there! Yeah, I just arrived, with Natsu. But, say… does this happen often?" Cassian responded, and pointed at the full-blown bar brawl that had started already.
After some guy in only his underwear came in, and challenged Natsu, it had only continued to escalate… and it had barely been a few seconds, since then.
"Yup, this happens all the time. Its best to just let it run its course. Besides-"
"…"
She was abruptly cut off, after a bottle of liquor hit her head, all of a sudden.
A second after that happened, she was already back on her feet, though, blood ran down her face…
Then, Cassian suddenly felt his instincts screaming at him, so he turned around, and just barely ducked under the naked guy, who came flying in his direction.
"Whoa, that was close…" He mumbled, as he turned to the cute waitress again, only to see that she was squarely hit by the naked guy, in his stead.
Seeing her not moving anymore, below the other person, he silently put his hands in a praying gesture, and closed his eyes, "We will never forget you."
In the next moment, the guy stood up from, where he was laying a moment ago, looking a bit disoriented. Only when he realized that he had been sitting on the woman, did he say something, "Oh my god, I'm sorry Mira!"
So, she was called Mira.
"Damn you Natsu! I'm mad now!" He said, while putting his closed fist on the palm of his other hand, and began gathering his magic there.
Spread across the room, multiple other members also made themselves ready, and prepared their magic.
A tense atmosphere seemed to settle over the room for a moment, and even Cassian thought about summoning the blade of light, from his right arm.
Lucy, meanwhile was just freaking out, having been somehow pulled into the middle of the entire chaos.
"This ends here!"
The voice was deep, and came from seemingly nowhere.
Just then, an enormous shadow settled over all of the gather guild-members, "Cut it out, you dolts!!"
In an instant, everyone went silent, and all fighting seemed to have ceased.
"Oh, you were watching… Master!" Mira suddenly spoke, startling Cassian nearly to death.
His presence, after the first shock, seemed to calm everyone down, and they went mostly back to what they were doing before.
Only Natsu, seemed to not have realized the situation.
"Dwa ha ha ha ha!! You're all scared of that?! Then, I claim victory in this battl-"
He wasn't even able to finish his sentence, before the giant 'Master' stepped on the young Dragon Slayer, making him shut up.
"Hmm? Two new faces?" The giant seemed to only then, notice Cassian and Lucy, among the many members of the guild.
He then proceeded to shrink rapidly, and while Cassian had assumed it to stop at about Natsu's height, it just kept on happening, until a really short old man, with a spectacular mustache, stood before the two of them.
"Nice to meet you!" The old man greeted them, before immediately after performing a sudden jump, up to the second floor, performing multiple back-flips, in the process.
Only… when he reached the second floor's railing, he didn't land perfectly, as Cassian and Lucy expected, but rather hit his head, and nearly fell down. In the end, he managed to grab onto the railing, and pull himself up again, acting as if nothing of this sort had happened.
"You dolts have done it again! Just look at all of these letters the council has sent us!" The old master held up a huge pile of papers, before he then continued to read some of them.
"Gray… it's good that you rung up that band of smugglers… but afterwards, you run around town, completely naked… and even stole the underwear of someone else straight from the line…
Elfman… while performing a job to protect a VIP, you attacked that very same VIP!
Cana… you drank fifteen full kegs of liquor in a certain tavern, falsely claimed it as 'expenses', and even worse, sent the bill directly to the council!
Loke… you seduced the granddaughter of the Council member, Rage.
And Natsu… I won't even read it out loud, but your trail of destruction, once again, caused a commotion, above its own worth.
But, there is also the rest of you… All of you, have done nothing, but make the council angry at me again!"
After every accusation, the addressed people tried defending themselves, even if it only sounded like bad excuses. Now, after everyone had been called out, there was a sense of awkwardness, and shame.
"But…" The master began again, and then used a bit of fire magic to incinerate the entire stack of paper "The Council can eat crap for all I care!"
He then tossed the burning stack downwards, only for Natsu to fetch it, and chew it through.
"…"
That was something weird to look at, Cassian was sure that that still nearly trumped the list of weird things, he had seen Natsu do. He didn't have much more time to think about this, though, because the Master soon continued his speech.
"Listen! Ours is a power that goes beyond the bounds of reason.
But it is born out of reason itself.
Magic isn't some Miracle.
What we do is match the energy between us… with the wavelength of the world's natural energy. And take what is embodied in that union… using our force of will and concentration.
More than that, we pour our very soul into it to make what we call magic. If you spend time worrying about what those in authority think of you, your magic will never advance. So don't let those idiots on the council intimidate you!
Follow the path you truly believe in! That is what it means to be a Fairy Tail Mage!!"
Cheers erupted from everywhere around, the second the Master finished his speech.
Cassian looked around, and saw countless people smile, and enjoy themselves, as well as the company of everyone else. It seemed like a real nice place to be in, even if they could be rather rowdy, if let be.
After that, the entire guild continued to celebrate. If it was about the new members, or something else entirely was unclear, but everyone was having fun, and that was what counted.

Somewhere along the evening, filled with laughter and many drinks, Lucy and Cassian were also officially welcomed into the guild, and were then also given their guild marks.
"Are you sure, you want it there?" Mira asked Lucy, as the latter held out her right hand, to receive the guild mark.
"Absolutely!" The blonde responded with true enthusiasm.
Mira then turned to Cassian, "And, where do you want yours?"
He thought for a moment, threw a look at his armor, and then proceeded to slightly pull down his undergarment from his neck, "I guess, I'll take it here."
She could only look at him in surprise, about the unusual placing of the guild mark. After all, on the left side of the neck was certainly something.
Having been given the go-ahead, Mira proceeded with the short procedure, stamping the Fairy Tail mark right above his collarbone. Though, there was also a question that unconsciously slipped out.
"Say, why do you wear your armor, the whole time, though?"
Cassian looked a bit embarrassed, when he was asked that, "Well, my teachers tried teaching me so-called Requip Magic, but either there was too little time, or I simply had no affinity for it. Ultimately, I was unable to learn it, before they went over to the next Magic Type."
"So you had magic teachers, huh? Are you from a well-off family then? And, when did you start learning magic?" The beautiful white-haired girl asked.
He was even a bit overwhelmed with the sudden enthusiasm, but still answered.
"Yeah, I had the fortune of being taught by two very capable and powerful mages. I only started learning magic a little while ago, actually. And, as for my family… I don't really remember much, but I know that they were definitely not from Ishgar. But, where they are now… I don't know."
It looked like his half-truth, hit Mira a bit harder, than he had expected. She must've felt bad for him, for apparently not having a family, anymore.
"Ah, don't worry about it. Since I can't remember anything, it isn't like I'm very sad about it, or anything, haha." He tried consoling her, but seemed to have failed miserably.
"Say, is the land around here, very expensive? And, what about the housing situation?" Cassian quickly changed the topic, which, this time, seemed to be more successful.
Mira looked thoughtful for a moment, "Hmm, if you consider buying land, then the prices are generally very steep, ranging from a few million, to a few dozen, easily, depending on the size of the property. And the housing situation, an average monthly rent around this area is around 60-100k Jewels."
Cassian looked somewhat defeated, and it only got worse, as she continued talking, and she seemed to notice this rather fast.
She seemed to think even harder, so hard that it looked like she might hurt herself, even, until she suddenly lit up, "I know something, which is generally not well-known. There is a forest just outside of Magnolia. Most people think that it belongs to the kingdom of Fiore, or something like that, but it is actually just free land, where everyone could live, if they knew about it.
So, if you don't mind living outside of town, in a forest, as well as that you still need to put a brand new house there, then that could be something, worth looking into."
He thought for a moment, but found it to be a rather good option, though, he might as well check the mission board fist, before making any hasty decisions. If he had a good income, then he could just as well rent a good property that already had everything he wanted.
Due to his interest in the mission board, in just that moment, he also became witness of how a small child argued with the Master, about something he couldn't quite make out, before storming out. Shortly after, Natsu got his bag, as well as Happy, and headed out again.
He apparently already found himself a job to take on.
Merely a few minutes after Natsu left, Lucy ran after him, after having had a short conversation with the Master, about Natsu, most likely.
Cassian considered it for a second, but decided against it. He didn't even know what that was about, and Natsu was strong enough that he can handle himself.
Therefore, he turned his gaze back to the mission board, and looked for something suitable…

Small question on the side, do you all want to be somewhat involved? Like, should i do notes on the end of each chapter, or something like that?
For example: Is there any Noble Phantasm, or skill from any servant that you think would fit him, or that one that you simply want to see?
I'm also open for some story suggestions, of course.
The only thing, where i will fully put my foot down, will be the Love Interests. There will be two. They definitely won't be any time soon, but that is a definite point. If you got problems with 'Harem' stuff, even with just two, then sorry, not sorry.
