Volume 10, Chapter 3: "The Birth of the Beyond"
The void no longer echoed it sang.
Where the multiverse once ended, Erevan stood alone, his aura weaving golden fire with the rhythm of collapsing infinities. Every movement he made rewrote the essence of creation itself.
Fragments of dead realities drifted around him stars, laws, gods, and forgotten timelines. With one calm gesture, he reached into the emptiness and willed them to live again.
Galaxies formed from his thoughts.
Dimensions spiraled from his breath.
Concepts like hope, will, and limit bowed to him.
He had become something no being had ever achieved the architect of an existence without origin.
But in the silence that followed, a sound cut through a voice, faint yet infinite.
> "You are not the only one who escaped the writer's hand…"
From the edge of eternity, a figure stepped forth.
They were wrapped in fractured time, their body shimmering with cosmic glyphs that bled starlight. Every step erased centuries, every blink created paradoxes.
Erevan watched calmly, his aura tightening golden lightning clashing with void-black flames.
"Who are you?" he asked, his voice bending creation's tone.
The being smirked. "A reflection that refused to fade. The Chronarch of Endless Reversal born from stories erased before they were told."
The void trembled.
Every universe Erevan had built rippled, reacting to the Chronarch's arrival.
They raised their hand and suddenly, time broke.
All of Erevan's new galaxies rewound themselves, collapsing back into singularities. The Chronarch laughed their power stretched across infinite causality, devouring the new multiverse in reverse.
But Erevan did not move.
Instead, his eyes flared with transcendent defiance.
> "You control time," he said. "But I exist where time never was."
The Chronarch froze.
For the first time, something resisted his absolute recursion. Erevan lifted his palm reality responded, not with force, but with truth rewritten.
A wave of pure narrative power erupted bending even paradoxes into subservience. Every law of time, death, and logic acknowledged Erevan's supremacy.
The Chronarch's symbols shattered.
Their existence fragmented across every plane.
"Impossible…" they whispered, fading into distortion. "You shouldn't even "
"Exist?" Erevan interrupted, stepping forward. "That's the point."
With a single word, the Chronarch was erased not destroyed, but transcended into Erevan's will.
Their abilities became part of him:
Chrono-Nullification: the power to command every possible timeline.
Concept Overwrite: the ability to define reality's rules at will.
Omni-Resistance: nothing could alter, end, or rewrite his essence.
Dimensional Infinity: existing simultaneously in every realm and narrative layer.
The multiverse realigned itself around his new presence.
From within the void, light returned not from stars, but from Erevan himself.
He whispered to the newborn reality, his words shaking unseen dimensions:
> "Let there be existence… without end."
And the Beyond was born.
