We went home soon from the hospital.
It was not too good, but still better...
I could at least move my hand and do light work.
After taking shower, we went down to have snacks.
"Hey!", Nikos walked briskly towards the table.
"Thanks for bringing me back...".
But before he could answer to me...
His phone rang,
"I'll be right back!", he ran outside.
After sometime Nikos returned.
"Who called?", I questioned him again.
"Oh! It was Aria"
His words made my heart beat stop, body stiff and my eyes locked.
"Why?", I asked slowly.
"No idea she said she wanted some help.", Nikos answered casually unbothered at all,

He didn't knew that his answer has created a sparkle of fire in someone's heart.
I got up and went to my room.
Nikos and Aunt Era called out to me but their voices fainted...

I held the photo near me and threw it on the floor, it shattered into pieces.
My anger grew...
I threw everything kept on the study table.
I sat down on the bed.
My hands rushed between my hairs, and then through my face.
I was feeling exhausted, just by a name.
Suddenly, something shined on the floor.
I got down to pick it up...
and realised, it's the same bracelet, I found near the old construction side in Greece.
And it belongs to Aria.
Every moment of that night rang in my head.
How it all happened, and where it ended.
The bracelet was cold...
but still beautiful.
What does this mean?
Staying beautiful and composed even when life is cold, serious and everything you never expected?

I threw the bracelet again, the voice was still soft.
Not harsh, not hard...but like water drops falling on a metal sheet.
My memories disturbed me, and only one thing kept coming in my mind.

"KNOCK! KNOCK!", The bangs on the door were too harsh.
I got up and my stomach growled due to hunger.
I had not eaten anything since yesterday evening.
I went downstairs immediately.
"Good morning! Aren't you hungry?", Nikos greeted me and questioned me at the same time.
Now, should I greet him first, or answer him first?
"Good morning, yes I am hungry."
It's better to reply together.
We sat down on the chairs and maids served the food.
"Hey! Wait! Did you forget us?", Stella's voice came from the main door.
" I knew you would be coming", I ignored her face, and answered while I stared at the plate.
"Are you talking to the plate or me?", She forced a smile.
I looked up to answer back but I stopped as I saw that Stephen accompanied her.
Wait, no I am not afraid of Stephen but...
He wanted to discuss something important and I could figure this out from his expression less face.
"What's in your mind today?", I questioned him.
"You figured out quite early.", Stephen replied.
I bet he had not accepted me to directly question him.
"Okayy , I'll not beat around the bush, you remember your grandfather, right?", he paused.
"The one who went against the Valle rule and fell in love before father?", I asked, a bit not sure about my answer.
"Yes, he. ", Stephen looked directly into my eyes.
"What", my voice trembled.
"He came back. He came here, not alone..."
Stephen's words send chills down my spine.
What does he mean by not alone?
Who would accompany him?
Father???
"Who? Who came? The monster? My father? Didn't he?", I stopped eating and questioned him.
"Not your father but someone you never expected"

Aria's POV (Continuation: dinner time)
I quickly went down.
"Come on, eat. You might be very hungry.", Aunt filled my whole plate with a mountain of food.
But I was not hungry, instead...
My thoughts drifted back to the book.
Who is the mastermind?
Who were the ECONOMOU's?
Who were the Gail's?
Wait,
I know someone.
Gail...

And Blackveil Corporation...If I am not wrong, currently is under Lucian's guidance!!!!
"Are you okay?", uncle questioned me.
This sudden question made me panic...
And the spoon slipped through my fingers and landed on the floor.

"Aria! Where is your mind. You haven't even eaten half of the food...it's been 3 minutes!", aunt shouted on me like a echoing thunder.
"Stop it!!!", I shouted.
"I was just thinking about my tests!"
"You are already sending me away! And my tests are there and on top of that you are shouting at me!", I got up from the table and moved out.
"Stop!", uncle's voice growled.
My body refused to move.
"Fine, give your test. Your tests will finish day after tomorrow, so be ready... you'll leave for Greece in the evening that day as soon as your tests are over.", his voice was calm but anger flowed through my veins.
"Why? Why are you treating me like this! Did you raise me just to snatch my freedom away! What do you expect me to do! Am I supposed to leave my friends and the place I love the most!".
Tears rolled down my eyes, my face became wilder.
My hairs were all messy.
I shouted again, "You took grandma away! Didn't you! You also helped Aunt Ema! Right! You are the one who should leave this place . Have ..."
Before I could continue...
"STOP IT! IT'S ENOUGH FOR TODAY. If you don't want to eat then go to bed early and pack your luggage... you'll be staying there for 2 weeks and you will be going there as soon as your exam ends."
Uncle's voice cut through the air and rang in my ears.
It seemed as if life was testing my patience.

I ran towards my room and locked it.
I cried for the whole night...
And didn't know when sleep took over me.

I woke up my eyes all swollen and face puffed like a popcorn.
I went to the bathroom and took shower.
I wore my uniform and went downstairs.
Everyone was having breakfast.
And guess who was there?

"What are you looking at?", I asked confused.
"Your face, you look like a pig!", she laughed.

I tried to avoid greeting Aunt Ema.
"Aria! Are you not able to see our guests? Greet them!", Aunt Nilia ordered me.
I almost choked on my food.
"Good morning!", I greeted them.
"So, I heard your tests are going on?", Cassian asked me.
"Yeah...", I avoided his question.
"So...Who was the guy that day in the park? Was he really Lucian?", Cassian again questioned me but this time his voice seemed to have a cunning tone.
"Who?", I knew that he wanted me to get in trouble here in front of Uncle but I will still act innocent.

"Don't you remember, the one who demoted me? That Valle! Lucian, who came to save you that day...", Uncle William said coldly.
His voice was expressionless.
I could not help, but my eyes moved on their own and I found uncle Archie stared at me.
"What were you doing with him?", his voice came stronger.
I got up quickly, took my bag...
"Bye ! I'll be late."
I ran out of the house before anyone could stop me.
I got a cab near the taxi stand and went to school.
