Aria's POV-
It was an intense fight.
But I really enjoyed it.
It was amazing.
One guy grabbed my arm — I ducked, twisted, and elbowed him right in the ribs. Another came from behind — I kicked low, knocking him off balance, then with all my force I punched him right on the jaw, he fell down with blood dripping from his mouth which was soaked in blood.
I had fights in my previous school, I used to score good marks in the exams and the others were jealous and those who were rich tried all the methods they could, to pull me down.
So, that's when I started to know my strength.
I am strong, strong enough to pull them down with my aura. 🔥
I turned around only to see Lucian staring at me.
WHY?
Suddenly...
A third attacker lunged at me, I spun, grabbed his collar, and slammed him against a nearby fence — too hard
The rest, they ran away probably because of fear.
I knew...
It's over.
I moved towards Lucian, who was continuously staring at me, trying to understand my personality maybe.
"You okay?", he asked me.
I looked towards him, eventually, the corner of my lips rolled up into a smirk...
And the only answer that came to my mind was,
"I always am."
"Let's go" he said and smiled at me.
The only thing I could see was our shadows forming in the dim light coming from the moon.
"That was a close shave." he said probably waiting for my response.
I noticed the knife on the ground, maybe it should be thrown away, so I took the knife from the ground and threw it in the bushes nearby...
"Take me to your home." I said.
"Why?" he asked.
"Just do as I say." I replied looking straight into his eyes.🔥
We reached his home, and I could clearly see that a wave of relief washed over his maids after seeing him.
But a question, which bothered me the whole way came clicking to my mind.
"Who were they? Do you know them?" I asked him.
he pulled out his phone from the pocket of his coat...
And dialed a number,
The screen shone bright...[ ringing...ringing...ringing...ring...]
One could clearly see the screen, the name said Stella, a girl.
He has a girlfriend? No way!
[Hey! Remember me?] the voice asked.
Yes, it was a girl.
"Just help me with something...
I need a fully secured and trusted security team and also make sure to find out about the guys who attacked on us...I mean me, this night." Lucian ordered the girl.
[Wow! look someone just called me after 3 weeks and is bossing around, not even bothered to ask how am I?] the girl on the other side spoke sarcastically.
Such a stupid, dumb girl.
"Just do as I said." he ordered.
[Fine, but meet me at the COFFEE HUB near Woodland Street.] she said and instantly hung up.
Wow! Now this girl is bossing around.
I will accompany Lucian.
Who knows what is she unto?
"Why so sudden." he murmured but I could clearly hear him.
"Give me the keys, I will drive." I ordered but he is too lazy, so I just snatched the keys from his hand.
I drove straight towards the Woodland street, I knew the shop very well.
I used to come here, this coffee shop is best and premium.
The owner there, he even tried to set me up with his son but from then I stopped going there.
After a while...
We stopped in front of the coffee hub.
I threw the keys towards him and stepped out of the car.
The air was thin, the smell of alcohol filled the air.
Suddenly a voice said,
Someone shouted, "Lucian", and hugged him!
Wait! What?...
Lucian immediately pulled back and adjusted his coat.
Honestly, I like it. The way every time, he adjusts the coat.
"Stella?", Lucian said, looking towards her in surprise.

"Just tell me why did you call me here? I don't have free time just to waste here.", Lucian said firmly.

Tell this witch, calling someone to meet at this hour.
I checked the time on my smartwatch...

I felt that someone was staring at me...
I looked up and of course!!!!!
That girl was staring me like I am an alien!!!!
Analyzing me from top to bottom!
Is she going to eat me?

Lucian sensed that she was unto something so he instantly pulled me towards him and said...
"Stella this is Aria Sinclair, my classmate", he said pointing towards me.
"Aria this is Stella Flick.", he then pointed towards her.
"Hey stop staring at me.", I shouted!
"Why? Am I looking like a monster?", she asked annoyed.
"Oh yeah! Of course you are a shameless monster! You hug someone in the middle of the crowded street?", I asked frustrated.
"Why? I am his secretary. Do I need your permission!", she shouted at me, clearly embarrassed by what I said earlier.
"Oh yeah! A secretary hugging her boss in the street. ha! are you really his secretary?", I asked her.
"Why are you jealous?", she asked, smirking.
I quickly moved back and looked towards Lucian.
But...
That shameless guy...
He smirked back looking directly into my eyes!
"Of course not! I don't even mind even if you kill him.", I shouted.
"Stop it!" Lucian shouted.
Oh wow! Trying to act like a hero.
Suddenly...
He pulled me towards him.
"Move in, and wait for me." He whispered.
A forced a smile but...
Why should I move, no way I am moving!
"Sorry for the disturbance!", Lucian apologized to everyone around.
He looked towards Stella then at me.
"Stupid! Seriously!", he said.
Wait! I am not stupid that witch is stupid.
"Move in and behave
"Whatever", The witch and I replied at the same time.
I looked at her and rolled my eyes trying to ignore her but...
She held Lucian's arm, and moved in!
You just wait for me Lucian !
we went in.
"Sit, I'll order.", Lucian said and moved towards the counter.
Suddenly...
I felt someone's leg rolling over mine under the table.
This witch!
Lucian come fast or she is really going to eat me.

Lucian came back in short time, "Now tell me, why did you call me here?", he asked her and sat besides me.
Yeah! That's like my boy! No wait Aria focus.
"Do you really have some manners? We are discussing some family matter move out!" She shouted. Before I could reply she continued.
"Did you parents not teach you that you shouldn't listen to...."

WHY AM I ORPHAN?
MAYBE IF I HAD PARENTS THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER GIRL! JUST MAYBE!
Suddenly...
Lucian shouted "Shut up, sit and wait for me.", he then turned towards me.
My head was down and I didn't realize I was crying! Why? I have to be strong . Don't cry!
He held my hand and led me outside the shop.
"Are you okay?", he whispered, coming closer.
I didn't answer. It felt like everything around me was mute. The only thing I could hear in my ears was... Maybe if you had PARENTS!
"Hey! It's okay.", Lucian said and pulled me in a hug. I didn't resist, as soon as he hugged me, I cried even louder.
Why?
It took me minutes to calm down. Lucian stepped back, adjusted his coat and gave me his handkerchief. And what I saw...
His chest was all wet! No way. I cried this much.
Maybe I could help all the street dogs by crying. Ha!
" Thanks.", I said taking the handkerchief. "If you want to join then come in, or just take a stroll outside." He said pointing towards the garden nearby.
"Yeah! Sure", I replied moving towards the garden but he suddenly pulled me back.
"What?", I asked.
"Wear this.", he said handing me a box and he stepped inside.
Why? What's this?
I opened the box and a beautiful bright gem stone shined. There were two!
They were earrings. Let's go!!!!
I immediately wore them. So beautiful!
I strolled almost for 15 minutes.
I checked the time on my smartwatch 2:25am, yeah! so we officially spent one whole day without sleeping. I turned around, when suddenly I saw Lucian and the witch. They came out, holding each others hand! And... the lawyer, yes the one at Lucian's home yesterday was here.
I quickly ran towards the shop! But the shop owner, with his son and some bodyguards a the back, was standing there.
Why?
I tried to slip in but the bodyguards caught me. "Beat her. Almost 30 Slashes.", One of the bodyguard ordered!
"No, wait! why?", I asked panicking.
"Because we have a strict order, the meeting going inside is an international meet and someone who randomly barges in, is ordered to be punished."
What? International meeting but just yesterday Lucian was mad at him!

I couldn't help or do anything to save myself and the rest, they were enjoying the film.
Yeah! Humanity...
" Please just stop! Call Lucian, I am-I am his... classmate!", I shouted.
"Wow! Liar, you are an orphan." shouted the owner.

Suddenly, one slash struck me at the back. Everything felt numb, the surroundings started to become black... No! I was about to faint! No, be strong.
