My regimen remained consistent throughout the past 2 weeks and 11 days and now I am on the 12th day and I have to get one final Zenkai before I recover for the day the Saiyans arrive.
For this Zenkai to work I knew exactly what I had to do.
I created four clones and had them all target me with Ki Lightning, my most powerful technique.
I had stopped measuring my power after that first day of training keeping my power hidden ensuring to wait until after my final Zenkai to get an idea of my full growth.
I stood in one corner and had all my clones cast the skill at the same time not at the highest strength due to being only a fourth as strong. Three blasts of blue Ki Lightning shot at me.
There was a huge explosion and I was sent flying into the wall of the Chamber and I was screaming in pain.
There was a huge cloud of dust and after the dust dissipated, my damaged body could be seen crawling along the floor towards the bag of Senzu beans of which there were only six left.
My body was bleeding heavily and I definitely had multiple broken bones and internal injuries and my nerve endings were fried so I didn't even feel how much pain I was in from moving with my broken body.
The pain from my clone's attack had already caused the clones to fade and after about 3 minutes, I finally made it to the bag and grabbed a single Senzu bean from my massively dwindled supply leaving only the last five for any emergencies.
I quickly chewed the bean soon all my injuries faded like magic and I felt very powerful and full of vigor.
I stood up and clenched my fists a few times and decided it was the perfect moment to see all my accumulated progress.
I flared my full power and I looked at my new and improved power level and was actually too stunned to speak for a moment.
"T-thirty Nine M-million nine-hundred thousand!?!?!"
Yep, you heard that right, my power level had reached a whopping 39,900,000
It took a while to come to terms with how I got so strong.
After some heavy thinking and trying to remember what happened in the anime, I realized how it jumped up so fast.
Goku was traveling and training in the gravity chamber for 6 days with only 100× Earth's gravity and made an increase from 9,000+ to 90,000 by the time he arrived on Namek.
A tenfold increase in 6 days under only 100× gravity.
With my original power level of 50,000 under the same conditions would've been 500,000 at a minimum, but I started the true training at 250,000.
Now you have me, training in over 100× gravity that increases every day and breaking my body down and building it back up.
Let's say that we double the 6 days to 12 with the same frequency of training, that's a 20 times increase. Now, a full week is 14 days so it's only two more days so it's probably at best an extra 2 percent increase in those two days, if that.
Now add on another 20 times increase for another 12 days give or take a percentage for those extra two days and then add one more 20 for the last 12 days. That's at least a 60-fold increase over these 2 weeks and 12 days. Then you add the last Zenkai boost and you get my current power level of 39,900,000.
I am vastly overpowered for the Saiyans, but for Frieza, my Base power is not enough.
The upside is that even without me unlocking Super Saiyan, my Oozaru form will make my power increase to 399,000,000 which is over double Frieza's full power of 120,000,000.
This is exactly what I'd hoped to achieve with my training as I didn't want to rely upon possibly unlocking Super Saiyan as it takes immense anger which I don't know I can tap into.
The best part about all of this is even with just the Max form I am just below Frieza's full power at 119,700,000.
I am now as prepared as I could be until Majin Buu is unsealed.

Piccolo was meditating in the wilderness watching over Gohan's nearly complete training when he felt an immense power level in the direction of West City, but just as soon as it appeared, it disappeared.
'What the hell was that immense power I just sensed?' Piccolo questioned internally feeling very shocked as the pressure he felt from the single second the power appeared had him trembling in fear.
(Krillin)
*gasp*
'What was that terrifying power? It came from West City, that's where Capsule Corp is. Was it Zenaku? No it couldn't have been, I must've imagined it' Krillin thought to himself literally talking himself out of his initial thinking.
Tien, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu had similar reactions to Krillin and Piccolo and most were terrified the moment they sensed it.

(MC POV Again)
I walked out of the ship after checking that everything was fine and found Bulma and got her attention.
She turned red and averted her eyes.
"What the hell are you doing? Put some clothes on!" She said frantically.
Just then I looked down and realized that the entire top half of my gi was destroyed and there were holes in my bottom half one of which was where my junk was.
Thankfully, my underwear was intact.
"I'm sorry, my clothes got destroyed in training, could you get me some temporary ones?" I asked barely embarrassed.
Bulma ran inside and came back after 5 minutes and tossed some clothes to me.
It was a black Capsule Corp t-shirt with dark blue jeans and boots.

I had walked back into the ship, changed into the clothes, and came back out.
Bulma was still a little red from the earlier situation, but she could admit that Zenaku looked good in normal clothes.
"Thanks for the clothes Bulma. And sorry again for the inconvenience and the earlier situation." I said realizing I was actually scratching the back of my head just like Goku. It seemed like I did it because I was nervous and didn't know where to put my hands.
"Whatever, just be careful next time you're training as there's a lady present. And go take a shower I can smell you from here!" Bulma said frustratingly before walking back inside.
Bulma noted the similar mannerisms of Goku but that was where the similarities stopped he was a lot different from him.
I then went and showered wishing I had done it before putting on the clothes, but it was fine.
I walked back out fresh and clean and told Bulma that I'd be back and I locked onto Kami's Ki Signature.
I was going to try and get some new clothes from him as I knew he was better at the skill than Piccolo and Piccolo would probably be upset if I found him again just to get some clothes.
If I had the option, I'd prefer to make them myself but I know absolutely nothing about magic in DBZ so it'd take some time before I learned anything remotely useful.
I arrived on the Lookout and I noticed that the Z-Fighters were resting most likely after a workout, I nodded at them and went to find Kami.
When Kami saw me, he looked at me knowingly.
"I suppose you know everything about my power then?" I asked.
"Yes. It is the most powerful power I've ever felt on this planet. You are definitely the strongest Saiyan I've ever met." Kami explained.
Kami was sure to say 'this planet' as he could sense God Ki and knew how powerful the Supreme Kai was who was said to be able to one-shot Frieza at full power. His power level was said to be a couple billion but no exact number was given.
"So why are you here?" He asked.
"It may seem silly, but I'd hoped you'd be able to make specific clothing for me." I explained.
Kami was shocked as it was such a small thing.
"Very well, I don't see why not. What design and specifications did you have in mind?" He asked.
I then went into an explanation of the design and what I'd hoped it would be able to do.
By the end of it, the clothes I requested appeared on the floor in front of me and I was told that they had the special abilities I'd asked for.
These clothes were weighted as high as Kami could create, but the weighted aspect could be toggled on and off and the weight could be adjusted.
The clothes also had a self-cleaning and self-repairing feature so I wouldn't have to come back here to get a new set or get them repaired.
Kami actually praised my ingenuity in requesting the weighted clothing be able to turn on and off as he said it would be quite annoying to have to take off the clothes every time I wanted to get that extra speed.

I knew I had prepared as much as I could so I decided to rest until tomorrow.
I was in my room on my ship and I had just finished some light training when I felt something tugging at my mind which I was able to quickly ignore, but it persisted.
It seemed to be constant and when I tried to focus on the tug, I suddenly heard a voice in my head.

~Hey can you hear me? Hello?~ The voice said.
~Hello? Who is this?~ I asked.
~Finally, I've been trying to contact you telepathically, why couldn't I reach you?~ The voice, which I knew to be King Kai asked.
~How am I supposed to know? I just felt a tug at my mind, it created a sort of buzzing but I was able to ignore it until it became constant.~ I explained.
There was no response from King Kai for a while then he quickly spoke up.
~ Never mind that, my name is King Kai, I am the one training Goku here in Otherworld and I need you to tell Goku's friends to wish him back to life as soon as they can. The Saiyans will be arriving a month early, they'll be there tomorrow ~
~Why tell me? Why not tell one of Goku's friends yourself?~ I asked as that was what he had Goku do originally.
~Because I know how strong you are and I need you to fight the Saiyans in Goku's stead as he makes his way to Earth. It should take him at least 2 days to get there so you only need to hold them off that long, but with your power, I don't think Goku will even get to fight.~ King Kai explained.
~Not that I had any plans not to help fight the Saiyans, but if I help, would Goku be allowed to teach me whatever you've taught him?~ I asked because I honestly didn't know if he was allowed to share the techniques.
~That's fine with me, just make sure you wish Goku back as soon as you can.~ King Kai replied.
~You got it, King Kai.~ I replied as I quickly flew in the air toward Roshi's place.
I told Master Roshi about my conversation with King Kai and he agreed to quickly gather the dragon balls.
I was standing next to Bulma as Master Roshi quickly said what he had to, to summon Shenron, and then quickly ran away from the Dragon Balls as if he was scared.
I then saw one of the most iconic scenes that I always thought was cool from my last life.
The sky darkened, the dragon balls started to glow and then a huge explosion of light erupted from them and the giant dragon shenron appeared in the air.
Master Roshi first tried to wish for the death of the Saiyans but it didn't work so he simply wished for Goku's revival.
"Alright, now that that's done, we have to gather everyone up and prepare for the Saiyans arrival." Master Roshi said to which I nodded and volunteered myself as the messenger.
