Someone knocked on the door, and I heard a teenager's voice — soft and familiar.
"Ma'am Fernandez?" a girl called from outside.
"Wait a moment," I said, looking at Klarissa.
She smiled, and I walked to the door.
When I opened it, I gave a small smile — the kind that made my students confused. They knew me as the strict teacher in this school.
"Yes?" I said, smiling at my student, Erica.
"Uh… we just wanted to ask if—" she stopped when Klarissa waved from behind me.
"Is she the new student teacher?" Erica asked.
I gave her a small smile that was already fading.
"Maybe we can talk later, Ma'am Fernandez…" she said, then left with four other students.
I looked back at Klarissa with a teasing smile as I closed the door.
"I think we really need to go to your class," she said, smiling as she bit her lower lip. "Let me meet your students."
"I guess… but we still haven't finished what we started," I said as I walked closer to her. "It's bad to leave something unfinished — it might come back to haunt you."
I whispered near her ear while my hand slowly went to her waist.
Then the door opened.
"Ms. Fernandez?"
I quickly moved my hand away while Klarissa froze. I pretended to look for something inside my drawer.
"Yes?" I said, turning to see Melissa — my… other one.
She looked confused, her eyes going between me and Klarissa.
"What are you doing?" she asked, her voice calm but cold.
"I'm getting the records and checking what lessons we'll do next with the new student teacher," I said, glancing at Klarissa.
"It's nice to meet you, Ma'am—" Klarissa started, but Melissa cut her off.
"Padilla," she said sharply.
I didn't know what was wrong with her, but something in her tone told me she wasn't just upset — there was something more behind it.
"I guess me and Klarissa have a class to go, Good luck for today," I slowly approached her, As her eyes softened like something was really wrong in that. "Ms. Padilla" I said walking out my faculty.
Klarissa followed, I can hear her step as we walk to the building of humanitas.
"This school was quite big huh?" Klarissa said as she continue to walk besides me.
"Well I guess, UP is bigger than this," I said looking directly to her eyes, my eyes couldn't resist the way she looks so I look away immediately.
"Well UP is a real campus, too many rich students and smart ones," She said as she continue to walk and keep talking
We keep talking until we reached my first period.
"We're actually 40 mins late," I said as I chuckled looking at her.
"Really?" She said smiling at me, I can see her eyes fading as she smile and her dimples that made me want her even more.
We're outside of the room when I heard one of the student.
"You know what when we go to ma'am Fernandez's fa—" she stopped talking as she saw me looking at her.
"What is it? Jil," I snapped looking at her with sincere eyes.
I can sense her nervousness as she keeps on shaking that time and avoide eye contact as I spoke those words.
"Stop Lea, Hey you may go," Klarissa said holding my arms, I couldn't help but not to talk anymore.
I looked at jil and followed her with my eyes.
When my eyes met Klarissa, I can't help but to keep myself calm—there's really something about her that made me feel calm.
"Lea, don't scare your students with that look" She said looking at me with the eyes she had earlier when we're doing something unholy.
"Fine, let's go to Iron," I said and walked inside the classroom.
My students are well-known for being nice and full of respect because of my attitude towards them.
"Good afternoon Ms. Fernandez, Good afternoon Ms.—" They stopped as they wonder who Klarissa is.
"Good afternoon 12-Iron, today I'm with Ms. Klarissa Villafuerte she's a student-teacher came from UP" I said proudly as I looked at Klarissa while talking.
The classroom was full of chatter and Klarissa introduced heself.
"Good afternoon 12-Iron, as what your ma'am Fernandez said, I'm a student-teacher and you may see me often with Ms. Fernandez," She said showing her smile to my students.
I know this woman has a soft heart that made her really perfect to my eyes.
We spend the time to different sections, I can sense the happinesses on her day as we walked back to my faculty.
"I love your students," She said smiling at the buildings of different strands.
I just look at her with a smile on my face, I grabbed her waist as we walked back to my faculty.
At the faculty we talk about what happened earlier.
"Hmm sorry about this afternoon," I said looking at her teasingly
But deep down, I know she likes it as her moans keep playing in my mind.
"You don't need to, It was wonderful," She said looking at me with a smile
I stepped closer to her as she looks at me with a faint smile—It was captivating.
