How is the new name and image??

Laxus came out, put on a show for a bit, then went back to being the King of the Second Floor.

Noah, stared at by everyone's curious gazes, slowly recounted what had just happened.

Because Mystogan used Magic to make everyone fall asleep, Noah mistakenly thought Mystogan was an enemy and immediately fought him, but Noah quickly understood Mystogan's identity, and the skirmish ended there.

Mystogan left, the Sleep Magic was dispelled, and everyone woke up.

"What a bore—I wanted to see blood flow like a river!" Cana hiccuped, looking like a bloodthirsty spectator.

The others also expressed regret that Noah hadn't engaged Mystogan further.

Although Mystogan was often away for years, only appearing to turn in jobs at the guild, he always used Magic to make everyone sleep, and over time, this had accumulated some resentment among them.

Fairy Tail's main approach was to confront things head-on.

You, Mystogan, coming to deceive, to sneak attack—that's just not Fairy Tail at all!

Noah listened with a black line on his face as his companions complained. He originally thought their dissatisfaction was because Mystogan's actions had infringed upon them, but he didn't expect these people to be completely obsessed with fighting...

And even if it were a direct confrontation, among those in the hall, only Erza and Mirajane would be questionable if they were prepared. Everyone else would fall asleep instantly against Mystogan's super-powerful Sleep Magic.

Sometimes, Noah felt that the people in this guild were overly nonsensical, and he specifically called out the hot-headed Natsu.

However, this was also a major characteristic of Fairy Tail, something that had to be appreciated.

Outside the guild doors, two figures, one tall and one short, slowly appeared, but Makarov's loud voice was unusually clear.

"Kids! I am back!"

Natsu scratched his head. "Huh? Weren't you just here, Guild Master?"

Gray chimed in, "I knew it! No wonder Noah could fight Mystogan."

"..."

Makarov's forehead showed faint hash marks, realizing that no one had noticed him leaving.

If Jude hadn't come to the guild with him, and if it weren't to leave a good impression on Magnolia's big patron, Makarov would have instantly thrashed Natsu to vent his anger.

Noah handed Mystogan's note to Makarov and explained what had happened earlier. "It was all a misunderstanding. Everything's fine now, Guild Master—you don't need to worry."

Makarov nodded. Although this kid Noah was lazy, he handled things with discretion.

Jude, who was with him, showed great respect upon seeing Noah. "Mr. Noah, we meet again. I'll be entrusting my daughter to your care from now on."

Noah pouted. "'Care' should be your responsibility as a father, shouldn't it? Don't push it on me—I'm only three years older than Lucy."

Seeing that Jude hadn't revealed his identity as a big magnate, Lucy breathed a sigh of relief. She was afraid that if everyone knew she was the daughter of a rich man, they wouldn't treat her with such genuine sincerity anymore.

Noah directly handed Jude over to Mirajane for reception and pulled Makarov to the temporary library.

Because he was the parallel world counterpart of his old father, and given Makarov's character, Noah trusted him greatly.

Noah told Makarov about his immunity to Sleep Magic and asked this knowledgeable great Mage to help him analyze why such a situation occurred.

Makarov, as expected, didn't disappoint Noah. After a few minutes of thought, he provided an answer.

Mental power.

Sleep Magic is mental Magic. This type of Magic doesn't cause direct physical harm but acts on the mind.

If a person possesses extremely strong mental power, they can greatly resist mental Magic, and it's even possible to achieve immunity to mental Magic.

At this point, Makarov, sitting on the desk, looked at Noah. "Are you truly completely unaffected by Mystogan's Magic?"

Noah nodded. "The first time, I didn't even feel the fluctuation of Sleep Magic, and I thought Mystogan was looking down on me, which caused the misunderstanding."

"Hiss~"

Makarov took a sharp breath.

Although the current Makarov was still among the Ten Wizard Saints, due to his age, his mental power was far from what it used to be.

Against Mystogan's Sleep Magic, Makarov believed that while he could resist it, if he couldn't dispel it with Purification Magic in time, he feared he wouldn't last a few minutes before collapsing.

Besides Makarov in the guild, the impetuous Laxus could also resist Mystogan's Sleep Magic, but his mind would still be slightly affected.

To achieve "immunity" seemed impossible in Makarov's eyes.

Yet, the young man before him was precisely such a person.

Makarov had no thought that Noah would lie. He always had faith in the children of the guild.

After Makarov's explanation, Noah came to a conclusion.

His mental power was so strong that it far surpassed even an existence like Makarov.

But where did this "power" come from?

After seeing Makarov off, Noah pondered alone in the library.

According to Makarov, the strength of mental power is innate, and while it can be increased through acquired training, the growth is pitifully small.

So, could it be that when his old father created him, besides pure Magic Power, he also added something else?

Noah then shook his head, rejecting this idea. To ensure his perfect birth as an artificial human, Faust wouldn't add any unknown or unstable materials.

In eighteen years, Noah had never specifically trained his mental power.

It was neither innate nor acquired through training.

Then there was only one answer.

Pure white Magic Power interwoven in his hand—this was the reason why Noah's mental power was far superior to ordinary people's.

Even the Magic "Wish," which was not recorded in the magical compendium left by the learned Second Guild Master of Fairy Tail, Precht.

[Ding~ You have a new Otherworld Wish commission, please check it.]

Noah's mouth twitched. This darn Magic really knew how to time things. As soon as he used Magic, an order came in, giving him a strong sense of a boss urging him to work.

The Magic solidified, still in the form of a book. The contents of the wishes Noah had completed before were recorded in this "Wish Book."

Flipping to the shimmering page, Noah looked at the details of his new order.

[Archaeologist Jackie Chan has encountered a bit of trouble. Having lost his wheelchair, he urgently needs a pair of crutches to fight off a mafia encirclement.]

[Reward: Otherworld Power · Flying Kick]

[Deadline: Before Jackie Chan 'borrows' crutches from a passerby.]

Noah reread the commission details carefully. He truly couldn't imagine how an "archaeologist" would use "crutches" to fight a group of "mafia members."

And how strong would "Flying Kick" have to be to be labeled with the term "Otherworld Power," just like "Armament Haki"?

But it didn't matter—the order was simple anyway.

Noah returned to the hall, his gaze fixed on a certain guy who had, unknowingly, stripped down to his bare chest again.

"Gray, make me a pair of ice crutches. Make them sturdy."
