Chapter 3 - Dead Lay Low

"Master, we had to sell all of our gold because someone went out and got themselves a ten million dollar bail."

"Sorry about that."

"Well, goblin lord, where is Danny?"

"I don't know and if I did, I wouldn't tell you."

"How harsh."

"But Danny taught me that I shouldn't trust the board and from your behavior, I don't."

"Well, I'm taking you to the South Hound."

"What is that? A bar, a hotel, your house?"

"The South Hound is a dog racer that I own and the diner is too deadly to go to."

"I thought we cleared the diner."

"We did, but the monsters will always come back."

"So why don't you have hunters there around the clock?"

"We did, until they made more and she killed all the hunters."

"What are the large bug-like ones?"

"Brand new."

We were driving down a small, quiet road in a semi whilst discussing the future of the Danny investigation.

"Can you elaborate on some ways to get them out of the picture?"

"There are no sigils or spells that can permanently put them down. Same as all monsters."

That made me think about the doctor who made himself immortal. Nobody deserves to live forever

"Even the way of the world?"

"Never got a chance to try that."

"Where are they?"

"Thing about that is, I don't know."

"You can travel at super speeds yet you can't find the ginormous bugs."

"It's a lot harder than you think."

"Now that this place is a breeding ground for monsters, you have so much trouble finding one that will squeal."

He stopped talking.

"Master, I haven't eaten in two weeks."

"Go get something to eat, hey do we have any hitch hikers ahead?"

Howard looked ahead and sighed.

"We got twenty five minutes before we get to South Hound and I doubt that there will be any road hobos."

The goblins gave him a weird look.

"We think we'll just eat the dog food that you got there."

The rest of the ride was silent. Eventually we reached this barn with fields around it. There was a large metal statue of a greyhound in front of the establishment.

"We're here, if you have a problem with how we treat the dogs, then I will promptly execute you."

"Master, can we eat something?"

"What are your names?"

"We don't have names, we have jobs."

I looked at Howard.

"What?"

"I was just wondering if you could get some dog food to feed my boys."

"Sure."

A bag appeared before us.

"Thanks."

They dug into it with a fury as me and Howard walked away from the goblins and their antics.

"So what are we here for?"

"I lied, I know where Danny is, I just didn't want the goblins to know."

"Why?"

"Because they are monsters."

"Right..."

"Just, hear me out, I know where he's at."

"Where is he then?"

"In the belly of the beast."

"He got eaten?"

"What, no. I'm saying that mother handed him over to Odin. The apocalypse is a low point on my to-do list so we don't kill her. I sent her to god knows where."

"Now that she isn't being held in one place, we need to find her and contain her."

"I got a quick question, how did she escape the moon?"

"She started a moonquake."

"But doesn't the moon have a single tectonic plate?"

"She made a new one."

And I sent this creature to god knows where?

"Can I get some sleep real quick?"

"Sure, we have a couch in the waiting room."

The whole ordeal, from breaking my femur to getting Bane to leave Danny's house was all over the course of around eight hours. I put my head up and my back down as I slept peacefully on the uncomfortable couch.

"Wake up."

The goblins were standing over me. I sat up and saw that one of them had a broken arm.

"We messed around with bad doggies."

"I see that."

"What can we do to assist you?"

"Get me a phone, I need to check up on Angela."

They complied and her response to me calling was odd.

"Hey Karter, I see that you are having a wonderful day whilst Danny is out there getting tortured."

"About that, he's alive."

"What?"

"We know where he's at and I need some tips."

"On what?"

"Magic, like what are some spells I could utilize for this death mission."

"Well, there are four types of magic: spells, enchantments, possession, and enhancement."

"Can you teach me some of that mojo over the phone?"

"Lets see here, sigils are enchanted weapons, you already know that and you also know how to use spells. Possession is what the way of the world is doing, he is using you as a burger suit, slowly eating you. As for enhancement, I don't know how to use that."

"Thanks for helping."

"No problem."

"I was being sarcastic."

"Oh."

She hung up and I went to Howard, who was sitting behind the receptionist's desk.

"Ready for the mission?"

"Are you coming with me?"

"I'll send in some of my worst men then you."

"Okay, but what about the mother of all monsters?"

"She will probably wipe out a couple cities then we can put you in there."

"So I'm the secret weapon?"

"Yes."

"Where is Danny?"

A long sigh came out and then I figured something out, the bosses were nuts. Backstabbing and betrayal on those closest to you, I could never let my heart take it, until later.

"He is by the river."

"There isn't a river in town."

"In...twenty two minutes there will be."

"How?"

"Because the mother gave him to the board president, the king of hell."

"That still doesn't answer my question, why is there a river that appears and disappears? What does the river have to do with Danny?"

"The river Styx is a river that flows out of the underworld and into this horrible town; now that Danny, the town's hunter, is in custody, the president will be able to kick off the war without killing the mother."

So the president wants to become the monster king but everytime he tries to get his forces to come out via the river Styx, Danny would kill all of them. Now that Danny is out of the picture, the president won't hesitate to kill me since I am now the protector and he won't need me for the end of the world.

"Where were those forces?"

"They are my weakest and my strongest will be on the outside whilst you go in and get Danny."

"I'm going to hell with a bunch of goblins and some of the worst men in your army."

"Harsh way to put it."

"That is the only way to put it."

We got back in the semi and drove to Quinn's landing where a ditch was waiting for us.

"This is where the river will emerge."

"Thanks Howard, I'm sorry for my outburst."

"No worries, I've been through continental divides. A monster host yelling at me isn't that big of a deal."

"How exactly do I get into hell?"

"Just jump in the ditch."

"Alright."

I leaped into the small hole in the ground but before I could hit the bottom, a hole formed at the bottom of the ditch and through it I plunged into a flaming place where chains held skinny red creatures that looked as if you drained all the blood from their bodies by their feet.

"Help...us...please."

"No I can't, plus, I am here to get a friend and go."

Still falling, I saw a river flowing down a hill and the end of it was going upwards to where I had fallen from.

"We have an invader at the entrance!"

A creature with a wolf head saw me from a boat on the river and yelled for help. The whole legion knew I was there and by the looks of things, I was outgunned, again.

"Back."

The boat flew backwards toward the base of the never ending river. Soon after, my feet were about to hit the ground when the rest of the legions showed up.

"Get him!"

"Up, two inches!"

My feet were about to collide with the base of the river before the descent stopped and I went up two inches before falling into the slow moving waters.

"I assume you are Karter?"

"Yes."

"Well, I'm in charge of this place, please, call me Hou."

The dagger in my belt, I completely forgot about it. Somehow there was a way to kill him and save Danny.

"Can I do this real quick?"

"I know about the dagger in your belt and I will not move for five seconds."

He was this confident? My dagger was put to his neck and the sigil vanished but the president didn't.

"DOWN!"

A small crater formed in the ground under his feet as he pushed an inch downward. The president, who was standing on the beach not far from my knee deep landing spot, was not affected by me at all.

"Your time is up."

I blinked but whilst my eyelid was going upward and the way of the world was pushing him downward, he rushed me. My eye barely caught him attacking from the left before he struck me in the arm.

"Karter, run!"

My eyes went upward as I fell to the ground with a broken arm. Bane was swinging from the roof with his chain and wrapped in the chain going upward with him was Danny. The part of the chain that was on the opposite end of Danny was being used as the grappling hook.

"Down."

Way of the world was never used this many consecutive times. The thing was that I had him for only a day and he was burning up from the constant use.

"Now, the rest of the navy is here. I'm giving you a choice, find the queen and take care of Odin, or die."

Truly an inescapable situation. My friend was burnt up, and I didn't have my spellbook on me. But a spell was memorized.

"What kind of dirt do you have here?"

"Red, why do you ask?"

My left index finger touched my broken arm, bone sticking out of the elbow.

"Always bet on red."

Before he could realize what just happened, my blood had already carved the sacred sigil into the dirt.

Light burned itself into his eyes as the waters at the bade where I landed were starting to go upward to my exit. The legions of ships were now feet behind their tyrant.

"Move out of the way."

"I'm your ruler! Where are you?"

Last of my strength was put on making one of the boards of the wooden boats go inward. Allowing water to flow inward.

"Hope I made it, Danny."

The eyes on my head gave out. I didn't have them closed, but I was too weak to process the light that they were taking in. Same for my knees, I simply stopped moving. Along with my senses as they just stopped, my ears weren't covered or ringing yet there was no noise. This was peace, similar to sleeping but there was no darkness or dreams, just nothing.

"He should be stabilized."

My eyes opened to see a hospital room and my arm in a sling. There was a heart monitor and IV hooked up to my arm. No piece of skin wasn't covered in bandages.

"Hel...hello?"

There was nobody in the room except the burnt body of a would-be monster hunter.

"Fine Tom, you win."

A man walked into the room with brown hair and a doctor's coat. My vision wasn't able to make out that much more.

"Hi."

Vocal cords were just as bad as my skin.

"He's awake, oh my god, he's awake!"

The doctor ran out of the room as my vision began to clear. Minutes went by as my senses returned. This was the way of the world healing me, it had to be that. No way that I had been out for that long. Was it?

"I'm sorry to tell you sir, but you have been out for three weeks."

An old man was now in place for the brown haired doctor.

"When will I be free to go?"

"You will be discharged around tomorrow."

"Thanks."

How did I get out of hell? Bane was with Danny and if anybody was in range of me, they would have wanted to kill me.

"HELP, THERE'S A SHOOTER IN THE BUILDING!"

"Goblins."

My voice was weak, there was no way I could have gone out and faced a killer alone and without my gear.

"Hello master, you look horrible."

"That's what hell does to you, now go and investigate the screams."

It felt horrible, bedridden and somehow strong enough to spend all day everyday alone.

"We checked and uh, just an angry ex."

The goblin didn't even move.

"How do you know?"

"You're hallucinating."

The goblin disappeared as I jolted out of my bed to see that I was merely dreaming of the goblins in my bed.

"Are you ready for your discharge?"

"Yes please."

"Do you have any friends or family to come and pick you up? We do give old patients bus tickets."

"Is there a river?"

"Yeah, the canyon floods every year."

"Get me out of here."

"Bus ticket, or no?"

"No, I will make it fine but please just get me out of here!"

She put me in a wheelchair and wheeled me to the ambulance bay. I stood but then dread hit me.

"Wait, is Angela here?"

"Why yes! What makes you ask that?"

"Get her out here please, she is in danger."

"Sir, we can not do that."

"Alright, way of the world, up."

The roof ripped off the hospital and in the corner room was my favorite half monster.

"Karter, what are you doing?"

"We need to leave now."

"Fine."

She got her things off of the counter and we were off to the junkyard.

"So, you fought the board president and the mother of all monsters within twelve hours, and the only reason you survived is because of a power nap?"

"I also fought the armies of hell."

"How?"

"That couch helped a lot more than I gave it credit for."

"Nevermind."

The bumpy ride of worldly travel took us to the junkyard and soon, we were there.

"This is our stop."

"Wait, did you leave the goblins here?"

"No, they're at the dog races."

"Well, who took care of my son?"

"Fenwood?"

"Yes?"

"The baby that sounds like an infant and grown man at the same time, baby Fenwood?"

"Yes?"

"I called child protective services. He was sleeping in the vents."

"He was sleeping in the vents!"

"Yeah."

"I'm going to kill Danny."

It struck me that Angela and Danny had a kid. They were in their fifties.

"Well, we need to scavenge up something, you get all your books and witchy stuff, I will go to my burnt house for some information on where Bane took Danny."

"See you in a bit."

"Northwest."

My body flung into the air going northwest at super speed whilst contemplating what I was going to do. A: threaten Bane into giving Danny over before beating on Danny. B: negotiate with Bane. Before the thought could get to me I arrived.

"Hi Karter, so nice to see my landlord these days."

"Hand over the man."

"Hey Danny, your babysitter is here."

"What?"

"Babysitter! By the way, how did you get out of the pit?"

"I don't know, I passed out and woke up in the hospital this afternoon."

"Well, the armies of hell have broken loose and now half the town is in flames or flooded by the new river."

"Who stopped the forces of hell?"

"Nobody, I provided some cover fire for Danny whilst we escaped but other than that nothing."

His face started to look confused at his own remark.

"Maybe some of the goblins came in and got me?"

"The way of the world could have given you a one way flight to the metaphorical hell?"

"Let test some of these theories, the way of the world was worn from the fight and couldn't have saved me. As for the goblins, to me."

Thirty goblins showed up in the burnt house.

"Hi master, do we need to pay for medical bills now?"

"Just answer the question, did you go into hell and save me from the legions?"

"Master, don't take this the way that I mean it but, if you don't tell us to do something, we're not doing it."

"That takes out the goblin theory."

"Hey Karter, got any old friends that were bad people?"

"Yes."

Danny went upwards from the basement and into my view, nothing changed about him. Only thing off was the brain that was in a jar he was holding.

"This is gonna get good."

"When I first got the curse, and before I was caught beating pirates senseless in a convenience store, there was my old mentor, Tieo."

"So that's how you learned to fight."

"I was in a band of thieves."

"So I've been living with a thief?"

"Actually, I was a gunman."

"I've been living with a murderer?"

"They disarmed me pretty quickly and that's how I learned to fight, it was an inside joke that the crew would pull on hostages, take out a gunman to find out he specializes in brawling."

"You are a sick person."

"Rich coming from the guy that shoves his six-month-old in the vents."

"Fenwood has a hard time sleeping in his bed."

"There was no bed."

"Okay, you got me there."

Danny set the brain jar down on the broken floor before

coming over to me. Bane looked a little sad that he was alone again.

"Karter, I want to hear the rest of the story so stay for a little bit."

"Well, eventually, the gang met a powerful man. We were shot and left for dead. Only Toei died and the rest of us went our separate ways."

"Sounds like he deserved it."

"Yeah, he killed the president of Taiwan."

"I thought you were a band of thieves."

"We were, he just wanted to have some fun."

At that moment, I realized that I was a bad person. Not just a person shaped by the context of my curse, but I willingly pertook in these activities.

"That doesn't matter right now, we need to get going."

"Where are we going?"

"To the river, the best chance we have of success is burning the boats whilst they are off pillaging and trapping them here, no ferry for their warriors."

"But there are about two thousand of those things here and I bet they have monsters on there twenty four seven."

"Plus we already have them working their ways outwards of town so this place will soon be known as the first charred place."

"There isn't really a lot of good options so we gotta take out the boats."

"Fine."

We waited until nightfall where we took the last of the weapons that we had on ourselves, a chain, the way of the world, a dagger, gloves, goblins, and a brain in a jar.

"You go and try to take out the ones in the front whilst we take the back."

Bane took his chain and threw it around one of the werewolf looking creatures at the entrance to the makeshift dock where the ships the size of storage containers were being held whilst scouts were off in the world. They were out and pillaging the people of this town and forming alliances with the monsters that were already here.

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

The other werewolf jumped at Bane but Danny decided to go against the plan and jumped in, stabbing the werewolf with his brain in a jar. Yes, I do mean stab.

"New plan, go in, kill everything you see and take the weapons or gold."

"Wait up a second, Danny. You think that the forces of hell have gold in their warships?"

"Most likely, wouldn't you take trading tools when going on an expedition?"

"He's right."

"Okay, down."

The furthest boat went flying downwards into the ten feet deep water. Soon enough, the crew came out screaming.

"Forget the cargo, run!"

I looked at Danny for the answer of what to do with them.

"Leave em', they'll probably drown since there is only one body of water in the char pit."

"Alright."

Now, we went forward to the rest of the boats. Each taking our own and clearing it. Slashing away at con men and monsters. Some of which I recognized, Al Capone, John Ponzi, and more.

"Please, I just took the job so I can see my family again."

The man was skinny and short, like he was only a teenager in the process of getting caught doing a bad deed.

"No."

He was sent to the bottom of the unforgiving waters with the rest of the crew's bodies after we finished our massacre.

"No more sailors."

"Not even Popeye?"

"Nope."

"Down."

The rest of the boats went down to the bottom of the river as we left. Soon, the rest of the legions would understand.

"Troops, there is a threat in the south."

The surgeon cowboys ran from the woods as we were walking to the junkyard with guns. Soon, the twelve of them surrounded us.

"Boys, we want to get all of the money from your pockets, right now."

Soon enough, we were about to hand over our money before some of the hell troops came to the area, dressed in blue cloth military outfits.

"Gentlemen, drop all memorabilia or else we will shoot."

"Seems these parties have a mexican standoff."

Tieo, my best friend and the devil on my shoulder was here as well. Dressed in his white business suit he had a silenced handgun trained on the cowboys heads.

"Good to see my old friend again."

"Don't tease me, Ribb. I know what you and the others did to me. There was no other way you and everyone else could be alive after that."

My friendly demeanor changed as I knew he had me by the throat.

"Whatever problems you have with my manservant, take them up with me."

The leader of the monster battalion looked at Tieo.

"Sergeant, you have no place here, get back to the docks."

"The docks are gone and I'm deserting."

Tieo's gun was then moved towards the soldiers but the seagren's revolver moved towards Tieo.

"How about we all just get a load of our mind?"

"What does that mean?"

"Get high."

The way of the world took action and destabilized the gravity under the monsters to where they started to fly upwards whilst the cowboys were simply floating like a five year old in water.

"Missing someone?"

"No, Danny, I've hurt a friend and this is my repayment."

Tieo walked off into the woods.

"You should've killed him again."

"He was my friend and I betrayed him."

The trek to the junkyard was completed and once we got there, I released my grip on the cowboys.

"Hey Karter, we need to talk."

Angela was wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants as I entered the junkhouse.

"Is it because I told child protective services you had a kid in the vents?"

"No, I want to open up to Danny."

"Well, I know just the thing."

My body shot out of Angela's room and into Danny's.

"What are you doing here?"

"You need to tell Angela that you're a hunter."

"What, no?"

"I had to tell her that you were kidnapped by a creature and that Bane was a close family friend."

"Alright, fine."

He stormed into Angela's room whilst I stayed in his room.

"WHAT?"

A loud, bang erupted from the room and Danny came back.

"Did you know she's a witch?"

"Uhm, yes?"

"Always whiny, that's why we broke up."

He didn't know that his claim was a lot more literal.

"Now that you two are honest with each other, go on and enjoy a good life."

"You heard the dragon I've only got around two years left."

"Ignore that, you've already lived a long life."

"I'm fifty four."

"Really?"

"YES!"

"Turns out two years is a lot longer than right now."

Tieo was in the doorframe and had a gun on Danny's head.

"Easy now, son."

"Goblins."

Ten of them appeared in the hallway to the right of Toie as he tried to shoot at Danny but the goblins quickly disarmed him, literally.

"Didn't know that I had a prosthetic?"

"No, but care about explaining what you are doing topside."

"Well, revenge on my old crew, escaping the hell fight club, and wiping out the entirety of Taiwan once I get the presidency."

"Nice dreams, but master is going to tear you a new one."

"No, I won't."

"Pardon?

"Take him out to the woods..."

"And kill him?"

"No, just let him go."

Tieo looked annoyed.

"Stop this forgiveness crap, we all know who you really are. No need to keep hiding it!"

"There is no excuse for what I did but, this is a new beginning for me."

The goblins started to take him away.

"NO NO NO NO NO NO, GET BACK HERE AND PUNISH ME!"

Danny looked at me.

"He blames himself for me killing him, I know it."

"Why?"

"He had put me there for his entertainment and realized I was his only true friend. He wants me to punish him for his recklessness."

"I'm so sorry that I brought you into this, son."

"Don't be, it's the best thing to ever happen to me."

Everyone in the house felt horrible besides the goblins and Bane. They were the only ones that slept that night.

"Wakey wakey."

The board had me duck taped to the center of their table.

"Wow, a lizard and the president of hell, Christmas must have come early this year."

"I'm the board president, not a hell president. The board is a separate organization."

"Thanks for the geography lesson."

"You're welcome."

"I was being sarcastic."

"Oh..."

The Lizard lady stood.

"We would like to ask some questions about your history with an ex affiliate of ours."

"No."

"Please sir, this is a mutually beneficial agreement."

"Which one?"

"Both."

"Let's start with Toie."

Her scaly face wrinkled at the sound of his name as I said it. Like it physically pained her.

"He was last seen going to your residence."

"Never seen him in my home before."

"You're a good liar."

"Yeah, back."

The two flew back against the wall and soon enough, I was free.

"We're..."

"Not going to interfere with my operations, I will continue my work as a hunter and will be paid for it. If this agreement is decided elsewise, then I'll call the mother and have some fun with you two."

"What about my army?"

"I'll hunt them down as well. No interference from you."

"This is madness."

"Maybe, but you kidnapped me."

"Fine."

"I didn't ask for your say in this agreement, now up."

I flew through the roof and hit the roof of the city before flying through it and seeing the city was right under my house.

"Hey Ribb, so nice to see you!"

"Bane, if you ever see a board member in town that doesn't own the dog races, kill them."

"That is not nice."

"Actually, it's fitting since they just kidnapped me."

"Okay."

"Say, do you have a car?"

"No, I use the chain."

"What even is that?"

"It's a magic weapon enchanted with the blood of thirty sinners and fifteen righteous."

"Well, can you get me to the junkyard?"

"Yes."

He took out his chain and now it had a hook on the end of it as he grabbed me and threw it at a tree before grabbing me and using the hook to pull us to the tree and then use it again. We were swinging like some monkeys on vines. After a couple minutes of screaming and regretting not using air way of the world, we were at the junkyard.

"Nice seeing you back here."

"Good seeing the witch isn't done cooking."

"You made Danny into a hunter."

"No, he made me into a hunter."

Her face went pale as she collapsed into the ground.

"I'll get her inside."

"Thanks, Bane."

"Your welcome, Karter."

He carried her inside as Danny sat watching through the second story window of his house. When I entered there were ten of my thirty goblins waiting to jump at me and ask for food.

"Master, let us eat."

"Not right now."

They gave me puppy eyes with their hiddeus goblin faces before I dug into my wallet and pulled out two hundred dollars.

"Please master?"

"Only Spend it on food. And no man meat."

"Fine."

The ten goblins left out the door and soon twenty more fell behind.

"Karter, we need to speak."

"Sure thing Danny, once you explain why the board kidnapped me in my sleep. Sounds almost like you sabotaged the defenses to get back at me for Angela."

"I would never do such a thing."

"Sure, but did you know that Angela is actually a witch?"

"What?"

"I mean, the goblins and Bane of all people have been better at protecting their homes than you are. That is saying something as you are hated by the entire board and Bane, who lives in a burnt down house is safer than you. That is unless you sabotage defenses to get rid of me."

"I didn't mean it like that."

Tears were in the man's eyes as he realized he tore down everything.

"None of them do, now go and get some jobs."

"This is all your fault."

"You are in denial, this is all you're doing and now I am going to remake the monster world in my image."

"You think you're some kind of god?"

"No, I am going to rebuild this sad, hypocritical agency into an actual monster hunter force, no exceptions."

Was I sounding like the doctor? This was almost like Tieo was speaking through me but this was all my intentions as I truly meant them.

"Well, where are we going, partner?"

"We're going to get some monsters off the moon."

"Why?"

"Get ready to become a general in my new army."

"If I get the chance, I'll hunt you."

"Then we better get going."

We walked out of the house and outside was still the moon in the early morning light.

"How are we going to breathe?"

"Simple, we go get some stuff and I get us a trip."

"We are not using the way of the world to get to the moon."

"Then I'll steal a rocket ship."

"What supplies are we gonna need?"

"My guess, kevlar, oxygen tanks and glass?"

I turned to see Bane looking at us from a second story window.

"Can I go to the moon?"

"Sure."

"Why did you say yes?"

"Need more than one general."

"Can I come?"

"NO!"

Danny stared into my eyes.

"Why can't Angela come?"

"Everyone knows that four is a crowd."

"Now where do we get the goods?"

"Kevlar and oxygen tanks, amazon and army surplus."

"Fine, I'll get my keys."

Ten days later, we had the goods.

"Now, we go up."

The three of us flew into the air and waited for a few minutes. Our bodies were weightless as we floated higher and higher until we were short of breath.

"Activate the tanks."

We slowly went towards the moon before we finally reached it.

"Don't speak, the tanks only give so much."

Our legs felt weightless as we walked around the moon. There was a white light coming from the ground.

"Hey, there's someone here."

Off in the bottom of a distant crater lay a group of monsters. Unable to perish by the lack of air on the moon.

"I see...human."

"No, I see brother."

The creatures were werewolves, zombies, and the mysterious magic man from the woods on training day.

"Listen, I just came to talk."

My jaw didn't feel like it was moving and I was hearing everything they were saying, in space.

"Nice to see that you were not only a hunter, but a traitor."

"How are we talking?"

"Silence speak."

"Pardon?"

"We can speak to each other when we can't speak to another, thanks to you holding our brother hostage, you can speak to us."

"Wow, a personal club for me and my relatives."

"Now what are your reasons for coming to this peaceful kingdom?"

"To get you out."

"Why?"

"Well, the depths of hell have opened and no one else hates the board and their army like you guys."

"It has been a while since I've breathed some air."

"What's the catch?"

"I am in charge."

"Okay."

"Earth."

The beasts flew down to the earth and soon enough, it would be time to collect the troops.

"You found them?"

"Yeah, they should be burning up in orbit right now."

"We should get going."
