Looking at the three golden cards floating before him, Erwin didn't know whether he should be happy or dismayed.

One Snape card was expected, but the other two were actually the same person.

**

Name: Tom Riddle

Alias: Voldemort, Second Generation Dark Lord

Quality: Gold

Dark Arts Talent: 8 (Born for Azkaban)

Defense Against the Dark Arts Talent: 6 (Expert)

Spells: Three Unforgivable Curses and numerous Dark Magic

Special Skills: Horcrux Creation

**

Erwin felt dizzy.

He was completely overwhelmed.

'How did I draw one Snape and then two Voldemorts?'

'My Dark Arts talent is already maxed out, what's the point of this!'

'Wait.'

Defense Against the Dark Arts talent. That actually worked perfectly.

According to the system's explanation, each time Erwin fused a card to obtain a talent, the highest limit couldn't exceed the card's level plus one.

For example, with Voldemort's card, by combining the Defense Against the Dark Arts talent, Erwin could first raise his talent from five to six, and then, with the second card, reach level seven.

Fortunately, he'd drawn Voldemort twice, allowing him to raise it to level seven.

Erwin felt considerably happier.

The three gold cards would be used perfectly.

Next, he examined the stack of purple cards.

Counting them carefully, there were a lot of purple cards, not a bad drop rate at all.

He studied the rewards more carefully.

The more he looked, the stranger his expression became.

By the end, his handsome face had twisted into something thoroughly bizarre.

The purple cards were:

Potions Knowledge x1, Charms Knowledge x1, Transfiguration Knowledge x1, and...

[Cruciatus Curse] x5, [Avada Kedavra] x5, [Fiendfyre] x5.

Erwin stared in disbelief.

'System, tell me, did you do this on purpose? Why is everything Dark Magic?'

Erwin was speechless.

'Did I just grab a Dark wizard's nest?'

In resignation, Erwin could only merge all the cards.

The change in talent wasn't immediately noticeable.

Countless spell patterns and incantations flooded his mind in a torrent of information.

Five minutes later, Erwin slowly opened his eyes and took a deep breath.

He stretched out his palm and opened it slowly.

A cluster of silver flames appeared in his hand.

Following his thoughts, the flames constantly shifted shape.

Eagles, lions, serpents, and finally, Velora, a phoenix soaring with outstretched wings.

With a clench of his fist, the flames disappeared immediately, leaving no scars on his hands.

"I remember Crabbe's [Fiendfyre] was red. Grindelwald's [Fiendfyre] was blue."

"It seems everyone's [Fiendfyre] color is different, but silver isn't bad. It's rather striking."

Erwin muttered to himself.

His current [Fiendfyre] level wasn't far from Grindelwald's, perhaps one or two levels behind at most.

At most one or two more draws, and they'd be nearly equal.

As for Crabbe and Goyle, one of them had let out [Fiendfyre] and burned himself to death.

His rating in the system was estimated to not even reach level one.

Afterward, Erwin checked his other spells and found they'd all improved to varying degrees.

His magical power had also increased substantially.

"Open my personal status panel."

Erwin addressed the system.

A blue light screen materialized before him.

Looking at the Dark Arts talent on his panel and the three most proficient spells, Erwin fell into contemplative silence.

'I feel like the perfect candidate to be the third-generation Dark Lord.'

Although he'd drawn other spells many times through daily sign-ins, nothing compared to the proficiency boost provided by purple cards.

Now he'd drawn five purple cards at once per spell, and coupled with his Dark Arts talent, his Dark Magic level had suddenly risen to a tier second only to the Dark Lords.

'I should have the level of an elite Auror now, right?'

Through the system's display of various talents and numerical magic levels, Erwin had mentally divided the wizards of the wizarding world into several tiers.

He wouldn't count those who hadn't graduated yet. Beyond them were:

Ordinary adult wizards, elite adult wizards, Aurors, elite Aurors, professor-level, and pseudo-legendary level like Dumbledore.

The reason he considered Dumbledore and the others pseudo-legendary was that their talent levels hadn't reached level nine. That's why Erwin had added a true Legendary tier above them.

To motivate his future self.

Erwin's current magical power far exceeded that of ordinary wizards, four or five times their level.

Coupled with the spells he kept drawing, under normal circumstances, it would be no problem to handle an Auror, even an elite Auror.

If Erwin used his Dark Magic, even a professor-level wizard like Snape would need to proceed with extreme caution.

Nodding to himself, Erwin was quite satisfied with his strength.

After all, he'd only been at Hogwarts for less than two months and already possessed this level of power.

When Voldemort was eventually resurrected, he'd be able to protect himself no matter what happened.

If he was lucky enough to draw more gold cards to increase his magical power limit, perhaps by then, Erwin could confront Voldemort directly, wand to wand.

When the time came to defeat Voldemort, he could dismantle the Death Eaters and then build his own organization to become the third...

'Wait, no…' His thoughts were spiraling.

'I can't think about this anymore.'

It must be the system's fault for making him draw so much Dark Magic, affecting his mindset.

How could he possibly become the third-generation Dark Lord?

Shaking his head, Erwin threw those unreliable thoughts from his mind.

At that moment, the system's voice suddenly appeared in his consciousness.
