The sun blazed mercilessly above the desert, turning the sky gold and red like a dying fire.
Dust rose around the two warriors locked in an endless dance of rage—Rayen, the Shadow Stable, and Atank, the Sword summoner Unstable.
Rayen lunged first, leaping straight at Atank with his dagger drawn, his shadow flames swirling around him.
But Atank's lips curved into a cold smile. "Predictable."
He slammed his palm into the ground—
BOOM!
From beneath, a massive Red serpent burst forth, jaws wide open.
Before Rayen could react, the snake swallowed him whole.
Jessica gasped. "R-RAYEN!"
Her eyes widened in horror.
T-Rex, however, folded his arms calmly, watching the storm of sand and Solar energy.
"Relax," he said, his tone disturbingly steady. "That attack won't kill him. Atank knows it too."
The serpent's body twisted violently, its Reddish scales glimmering under the blinding light.
Inside, Rayen struggled against the crushing pressure of the beast's insides. The air was thick, burning hot.
He grit his teeth. "You think you can trap me?"
He clenched his fist, his arm turning black with shadow matter.
"Let's see how you like this."
He drove his Shadow Dagger upward with a roar—
SHAAA!
The blade ripped through the serpent's glowing flesh, splitting it open from the inside.
A burst of dark energy exploded outward as Rayen burst free, covered in serpent blood.
He landed on the sand, panting heavily, eyes glowing faint violet.
Atank smirked. "Still alive. Good."
Rayen dashed toward him and kicked—but Atank caught his leg mid-air, twisting it.
"Too slow again."
He hurled Rayen down to the ground with brutal force. The sand exploded beneath him.
Rayen rolled, coughed blood, and forced himself up, dragging his body into a ready stance.
Atank raised his hand, summoning another weapon.
From the ground, a massive stone blade emerged, carved from the very desert itself.
He pulled it free effortlessly, the blade humming with raw energy.
"Stone Blade," Atank said, his tone icy.
He stabbed it into the ground—
CRACK—BOOM!
A shockwave spread across the Area.
The endless sand around them hardened into cracked, jagged earth, transforming the soft terrain into a field of solid debris.
Rayen's eyes widened. "He turned the whole desert solid…!"
Atank smirked. "Let's make sure you have nowhere left to hide in your shadows."
He lifted the Stone Blade again and swung it in a wide arc—
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
From the ground, giant boulders erupted, flying toward Rayen like cannonballs.
He dodged one, leapt over the second—
But the third smashed straight into him, sending him tumbling backward.
Dust exploded around him.
Atank appeared right in front of him mid-air, faster than the wind.
"Got you."
WHAM!
A devastating kick to Rayen's stomach sent him flying high into the air.
As he spun helplessly, Atank prepared another strike—but suddenly paused.
He looked down and saw something glimmering faintly.
A thin shadow string was wrapped around his sword.
"What—?"
From above, Rayen shouted, "You're not the only one who plays tricks!"
He yanked the string hard—using it as a slingshot—
and catapulted himself back toward Atank at insane speed.
THWACK!
Rayen's foot connected squarely with Atank's chest, sending him crashing backward through the hardened earth.
Dust shot into the air.
Both warriors landed, sliding across the cracked ground, breathing heavily.
For a moment, they just stared at each other—blood, sweat, and fury dripping from every movement.
Then, with a shared roar, they charged again.
Fists collided. Kicks met kicks.
Their movements blurred, too fast for the eye to follow.
Every impact created small explosions of Solar and shadow energy, shaking the battlefield.
Atank ducked under a swing, countering with a knee strike to Rayen's ribs.
Rayen grunted, blocked a follow-up elbow, and struck back with a headbutt.
Both staggered backward for a moment—
Then Atank grinned, spitting blood. "You're good, kid. But you're fading."
He vanished, reappeared behind Rayen, and unleashed a ruthless combo—
One punch to the mouth—CRACK!
Another to the stomach—THUD!
One to the arm—SMASH!
And finally, a spinning kick that sent Rayen flying across the field.
Rayen hit the ground hard, sliding until his back slammed into a broken pillar of stone.
Jessica's scream echoed across the battlefield. "RAYEN!"
She turned to T-Rex, panic in her eyes. "He's losing! Do something!"
T-Rex just stared at the fight, eyes narrowed, his voice low.
"He's strong, Jessica… stronger than most stables I've seen. But look at him. He's bleeding, exhausted."
Jessica clenched her fists. "He's fought too much already…"
T-Rex nodded grimly. "Exactly. First Umair, then that Centipede beast, and now Atank. His body's breaking down."
He sighed, looking toward the horizon. "I hate to say it, but today… he might not survive."
Jessica shook her head violently. "No! He will!"
Meanwhile, across the field, Rayen's body twitched as he tried to stand.
His breathing was ragged. The edges of his vision turned dark.
He pressed his palms into the cracked ground.
"Not… yet…"
Then the earth around him began to tremble.
Shadows seeped from beneath his hands, wrapping around his arms, spreading across his back like black fire.
The flames thickened—turning into shadow spikes made of pure darkness.
His eyes becoming darker weird markings appeared in his body
Atank took a step back, feeling a strange chill. what is this energy?"
Rayen's voice echoed, distorted, deeper than before.
"You wanted a revenge , Atank? You'll get one."
The Shadow Flames burst out behind him, spreading wide. The wind howled, the cracked land splitting apart under the pressure.
Jessica whispered, "His back… it's burning…"
T-Rex's expression hardened.
"That's no ordinary power. That's the sign of a stable losing control."
He clenched his fists.
"Rayen… don't lose yourself now."
The storm of shadow and Solar energy rose into the sky, painting the red desert black. The sky is becoming cloudy T rex looked upon and says it's been a while that storm arrived i think it's time for an storm coming
The next phase of their war was about to begin.
