The land bought by the Yukinoshita and Yuuki families was a small, tree-covered hill. The two families had planned to jointly develop a mountain-side amusement park, but accidents occurred as soon as they began cutting down trees, delaying the project for over half a month now.
Upon reaching their destination, Haruno let him out of the car. Asa quickly entered the woods under the cover of night. The hill wasn't very tall, but the temperature dropped noticeably as soon as he entered. With his superior sense of smell, he could faintly detect a subtle scent of blood in the air, along with the smell of grass and wood.
Asa expected to spend some time exploring before finding anything, but he hadn't walked far when a gentle voice belonging to a mature woman spoke up.
